Sydney was a pleasure to host! This was our first time on the island and we had a fantastic time! The Airbnb was perfect, impeccably clean, bright, great location and the pool was beautiful. The location couldn’t have been better. with a three minute walk to one of the most gorgeous beaches we’ve ever visited. The sand was pristine white, and the water was crystal blue. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun riding around the island and trying lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that our trip was so short, next time we will book for a longer time. We loved our stay!

Linda was a pleasure to host! Beautiful property, very clean and well-appointed. Communication with property management was timely and responsive. Keypad lock is a little tricky.

Keith was a pleasure to host! It is a very nice little home but expensive. It says it accomodates 8 but there are 2 bedrooms and only beds for 6. The 7th or 8th guests have to sleep on a couch which does not pull out into a bed. The problem with sleeping on the couch is that there no curtains in the living room and you are very close to the street so there is zero privacy. Anyone walking by can see you. Especially at night. We got to the area early and drove by a couple times. At around 3 we saw someone in the driveway so we stopped and they said that it had been cleaned a couple of hours prior and they were coming to inspect it. We left and had to wait a bit longer before we received the email to get access. It would have been nice if they would have let us have access earlier once it was clean. We had 5 teenage girls wanting to get ready for dinner. It is a little tough when you book for 1 day at $1200 and you can't get in until 4 and have to be out by 10am. Nice house but lacked walkability.

Samantha was a pleasure to host! This was perfect for a girls weekend, there are lots of places to grab a drink, and get nice food, and spend the whole day on the beach. The house was gorgeous, and had everything that we needed.

Nice pool and location. House and backyard are much smaller than seen in the pictures. It’s a 2 bedroom house and advertising is misleading. 3rd bedroom is over the garage and only accessible through a fire staircase. Not for elderly or kids.

We loved our stay. AMI is one of our favorite places to vacation. The location of this home is perfect. Close to great shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach! The size of the pool was great for our 4-year-old. My only advice would be to be careful of the corners in the pool. They are quite sharp and can be dangerous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and perfect for our family of 5.

We couldn’t have been happier with the home - just a few minutes to the beach and a sweet little pool and gorgeous hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. Upon arrival to the property, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful pool area and clean, crisp, coastal vibes inside the house. I enjoyed the variety of appliances available for use, the provided beach towels and chairs, and the starter kit of dish and laundry soaps. Now I want to mention some things that were… rather less enjoyable and wish I would’ve known about prior to booking. It took several days and several phone calls to figure out how to get the pool and hot tub heated — turns out you can heat only one at a time, bummer. We were also told we had to leave the vacuum in the pool, which takes up SO much space it’s comical. Then there’s the pool alarm on the door out to the pool area, which has no off button, even if you aren’t traveling with children. I completely understand it’s importance, but being jolted awake every time you open the door and forget to bypass it is rather irritating. Getting any type of suitcase or large bag up the spiral staircase up to the bedroom above the garage is near impossible. Period. The outdoor shower was out of order during our stay, unfortunately causing a lot of sand to end up inside and in the pool. The listing advertises “3 minute walk to the beach,” however, the closest beach access we found was about a 10 minute walk. Not a huge deal, just false advertisement. I wish the rental company provided a map with all of the beach access points for those of us not familiar with the area.
