Cozy, clean & safe. All the things :)

Great home and location! Easy to get anywhere, beautiful area! Home was so cozy, great time with my wife and son for a long weekend getaway. Really enjoyed our time at Joey’s.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic—within walking distance to shops and Fox & Locke, where we enjoyed a great concert during our visit. The home is absolutely darling, with two comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and the cutest décor throughout. We especially loved the large yard, relaxing spa, and porch swings—perfect places to unwind and enjoy the peaceful, quiet surroundings. The house was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The combination of a great location and such a cozy, thoughtfully updated home made our stay extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and being within walking distance of downtown Leiper’s Fork was a huge plus. The home itself was beautiful, charming, and very clean, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We especially loved the front porch, backyard, and hot tub, they made the home feel like such a relaxing place to stay. One small note, which may just come with the character of an older home, is that a couple of the doors were a little tricky. One of the bedroom doors didn’t always close completely unless locked, and the front and back doors took a little extra effort to close and lock. It wasn’t a major issue, but something the host may want to keep an eye on. Overall, we really loved the character and charm of the home and had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely little cottage in super cute Leipers Fork. A short walk to Crown Winery, shops, restaurants, and all that Lepiers Fork has to offer. We highly recommend the Leipers Fork Distillery tour, just a 5-minute drive away.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was a mix of a peaceful get away with the excitement of a small town that offers great live music, creek access, a friendly winery and good food in just a 5min walking distance. This weekend was refreshing to our body and souls and we appreciated all it had to offer.

Joeys Village Bungalow was the perfect setting for a girl’s get away for myself and best friend. Such a peaceful setting in a quant town. We loved the wine tasting in the creek in Leipers Fork. Joey always responded quickly when we had questions. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. (It’s minor, but we stopped to buy coffee beans because it said he had a grinder and coffee pot) It had changed to pods and Keurig. No biggie. Thanks Joey for everything❤️

This was a lovely Airbnb. The host thought of everything down to creamer in the fridge…. yard was beautiful. House was perfect. well, we didn’t use the fire pit, there would’ve been plenty of wood and the hot tub was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little find to escape the hustle and liveliness of Nashville. Loved the little town of Leiper’s Fork and downtown Franklin was a short uber ride away to shop, have a drink, or explore the town’s history. Our host Joey was super responsive and helpful during our stay as well whenever we messaged him. Definitely would visit again.

Joey’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend couple’s retreat. Leiper’s Fork is a hidden gem in the Franklin area (check out the distillery!) — we fell in love with it fast. Quick and easy access into Franklin as well. Amenities were excellent and modern updates to the original design made it feel lavish and historical at the same time. Joey was proactive and responsive in his communication; very gracious host. We would book again immediately if we visit again!

Wonderful bungalow walkable to Leiper's Fork. We're locals who took a staycation here and loved the interior design, comfy beds, backyard, and shops and galleries we could walk to. Also a few minutes away is an Alpaca Farm, a trailhead for Natchez Trace and farms selling Sourdough and Wagyu Steaks. All around great trip for adults and kids.

We traveled to Tennessee to visit Nashville but wanted to stay outside the city. Very pleased with this property. Lots of charm while also being equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable and peaceful. Joey was very responsive to answer any questions and friendly. We loved our stay and would heartily recommend the property to anyone.

This home was amazing! It felt very rustic with a farmhouse vibe. The hot tub and modern bathroom were great amenities. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen we've seen in an AirBnB! The neighborhood was safe, nice and peaceful. My husband and I LOVED the front porch swings! My husband also loved the fancy concrete driveway and walkway, which made it really easy to unload and reload the car at check in and check out. Lastly, Joey was extremely proactive in his communication, and even sent us a fancy app that walked through all the instructions! We would definitely stay here again!

Joey's Airbnb was a beautiful home in a beautiful spot. Everything was clean and had a very homey feeling. It's a 5 minute walk to a small town with some restaurants and little shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really loved this Airbnb! The beds were very comfortable and the linens were quite soft and luxurious, from the bed sheets to the bath towels. While I often experience Airbnb hot tubs as a bit wonky, this hot tub also gets 5 stars! Pristinely clean, runs it year round, very private and it holds the heat. Also my son particularly loved the playhouse in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was both fancy and comfortably cozy all at once. Finally, the goats next door were an added petting zoo bonus! They didn’t make any noise, and were friendly and let us feed and pet them with their very kind owner’s consent and saltines! The Airbnb is a 5 minute walk to adorable little Leiper’s Fork, with a few rest and shops. We were displaced from our home due to the recent and epic ice storm, and Joey the host was extra gracious and generous with us. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! 6 out of 5 stars 😉

Lovely house we enjoyed all the country charm and the easy walk into town

We loved our stay in Leipers Fork! Our 3 year old son loved the trampoline and playhouse. The hot tub was incredible and we absolutely loved exploring Leiper’s Fork, the restaurants and shops were extremely close to the house and our stay was very quaint, peaceful, and charming. This is a great location if you’re looking for a more quiet place to stay outside of Franklin but still in days trip driving distance to other amazing towns nearby.

Loved staying in Leapers fork, Franklin is a beautiful place to stay and historic district was only a 20 min scenic drive away!

This was a fun place to stay. There is the hot tub and play house in the large backyard. Two sweet swings on the front porch. Next door are two adorable goats. Go out the back gate and there is a nice sports and play structure park with a great path for walking or jogging. Only a very short drive away is the charming Leiper's Fork village which is small but packed with music, food and shopping. The beautiful downtown Franklin area is about 20 minutes drive and you have all the perks of Nashville about 45 minute drive away. A little bit of everything.

This adorable home outside of Franklin was absolutely a dream. It gave me the feeling of being out of the country, but still only a short 15 minutes to everything I needed.

Joey’s Leipers Fork Village Bungalow was the perfect addition to our fall break - very welcoming, cozy, and clean! During our time in Leipers Fork, we took advantage of the short walk to shops and, of course, the winery, as well as the short scenic drive to downtown Franklin. Joey was a fabulous host, leading up to and during our stay. I highly recommend it!

Excellent accommodation for a family with young kids. Plenty of great outdoor activities for kids. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Cute country cottage vibes.

From the moment I walked in it felt so cozy and clean. The little neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I’ll miss talking to and waving at the little old man next door with the goats. We chatted almost daily. Location was perfect. Top tier linens are my thing and they did not disappoint. 🌻 Thank you Joey. I’ll be sure to spread the word with my traveling friends. ☀️
