5 stars! Easy walk to the beach! Home had everything we needed and some! Private pool was a huge plus when we got too hot at the beach. We will be staying there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb was very nice, clean, and felt brand new. The location was perfect, close to the beach, stores, and a cute restaurant and bar right on the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect for our week long family vacation. Great location, quiet and clean property, and caught some fish off the dock.

This BnB was very cute, clean and perfect for 5 people! The AC worked great, hot water always and there was a filtered water dispenser and an ice maker in fridge. The walking distance to beach is accurate, but you do have to cross a busy road with all your things. I recommend driving to a beach access. There was lots of extra bedding/blankets but would have liked extra towels. The parking lot was the only negative bc it is pretty small, parking a large SUV or truck was a squeeze. I would stay here again 100%

Very clean and modern, bed set up was fantastic for the five of us! We had an issue with our door code but it was immediately fixed when I called them. The only issue was the front door lock would stick sometimes, I'm sure due to the salt and humidity in the air. The washer and dryer was great and plenty of bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this charming rental! It’s gorgeous on the inside…very clean and charming. It is literally a block to the beach and provides everything we needed. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach toys and towels, this was absolutely perfect for our family of four! Hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our getaway beach vacay with this home. Positive: The property was beautiful as pictured and it was in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach. The beds were very comfortable as well. Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the lock on the front door was a bit difficult to lock at times. Also, the outside of the doors were very rusted. Other than that, the property was very clean and pretty.

Our stay at this house was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property is exceptionally well cared for. The home felt brand new everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s obvious the hosts take great pride in keeping it clean. The house is just a short walk to the water, making it incredibly easy to enjoy sunrise beach walks, quick swims, or relaxing evenings by the shore. Being that close to the beach made the whole trip feel peaceful and effortless. The home was bright, comfortable, and very clean. The furnishings and appliances were all in excellent condition, and the space felt fresh and welcoming throughout our stay. It had everything we needed to relax and feel at home. If you’re looking for a clean, new, and perfectly located beach house for a getaway, this place is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were in Corpus Christi for my son’s Aviator Winging Ceremony at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The property was new, clean, beautifully furnished, modern appliances and furniture, even stocked with coffee pods. Would highly recommend this lovely waterfront property if ever attending an event at NASCC!

Great stay!

Our travel plans changed and we arrived much later than planned. When our gate code wasn’t working the owner responded quickly and we got in. I was blown away by the attention to detail and beautiful fixtures. I now want to duplicate the shower in my own home! The beds had very nice plush toppers. My sons enjoyed the bunks and Pac-Man. My favorite was the tiny private pool area with gradual steps leading in. We cooled off in the pool early in the day and then walked across the road to the beach late afternoon. Really appreciated the outdoor freshwater shower on our return. Would love to stay again, next time 3 nights instead of 2.

Absolutely loved this place!

After a 10 hour drive, I look forward to a great air bnb - this one was everything we needed. The beds were all SO comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, the location was quiet, yet close to the beach, the island has enough restaurants for a long weekend, but Port A and Corpus are close by for more activities. The little hub of new homes is so nice because it was so quiet and not overcrowded. I def recommend a stay here if a good nights sleep and a chill island weekend is what you are looking for!

Gorgeous home, so clean, comfortable beds, and close to everything you'd want to do. Very nice pool just steps away, too! We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The space was ample and comfortable, easily accommodating our entire family without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions we had throughout our stay. A few minor issues we encountered included the absence of washcloths, a few gnats in the bathrooms, and a broken beach tent that was provided by the host. However, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Everything else was wonderful, and we truly appreciated our time at the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment. Perfect location and super walkable to the beach and other amenities in the area. The host communicated effectively and made the check in & out process super easy. The house is perfect! Super clean and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

5 Stars – It Was Perfect! We had a great stay! This home was absolutely perfect, with enough sleeping space for all 8 of us and plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained like new. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were planning to head straight to the beach—but the house felt so cozy and inviting that we ended up staying in and playing games instead. It truly felt like home. The neighborhood is beautiful, with brand-new houses all around. One of the best surprises was the outdoor shower in the backyard—perfect for rinsing off after the beach and cleaning everything before packing up. The home had everything we needed and more. I’m already planning our next visit. Highly recommend—and I’ll say it again: it was perfect

It started a little rocky. The code sent through the air bnb portal did not work on arrival. After contacting though they were able to reset for us remotely. The house is beautiful and perfect location for beach family getaway near Houston. Would not recommend Port A Carts - they do not service whitecap beach area. This was a vendor recommended. It took over a week for my almost 500 deposit to come back. Many local golf cart companies nearby.

Beautiful!!! 4.75/5 stars My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sand Key Vacation Rental at Corpus Christi and it was absolutely beautiful. The home accommodated our family of 5 with ease and we immediately felt right at home. The location was the perfect distance from the beach. We chose to drive and park directly on the beach. You will need a beach permit which is $12 for the entire year. Gas, local eateries and HEB were about a 15 minute drive from the home. It wasn’t a perfect 5 star due to some minor preferences- not enough hand towels and condiments. Overall, this home was perfect for our family and we plan on making it an annual getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and had enough space for our family of seven. The home was clean and very beautifully decorated. We are 100% sure that we will be staying here again on our next visit. Thank you for helping to make our vacation relaxing and fun.

My little family and I loved this home! It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. My Dad has some mobility issues but the walk in shower and rails to help you walk up the stairs were perfect and safe. We felt safe in the area and everything is also explained i. The welcome guide. AC and hot water were perfect and it was a very short drive/walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer! The team was extremely responsive and always answered any questions quickly. Can’t wait to come back 😊 Highly recommend.

This townhouse was perfect for us. It slept 8 people and we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with new top-notch appliances. The beach is just a couple of blocks away and there are stores and restaurants very close. We will definitely book this townhouse again.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Communication with the host was a breeze—always easy to get in touch with, whether by phone or message. The house itself was brand new and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we could possibly need to make meals, which was such a bonus. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly, even the sofa sleeper was great! The master bathroom felt like a luxurious spa, with all the high-end finishes. Plus, the location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
