The facility needs attention. It’s run down. However a lot can be overlooked/tolerated due to the price and location. It can’t be beat. We will definitely book here again.

Wonderful place. Heated pool and hot tub was great for our 6 year old. It’s in walking distance to downtown Orlando which we went to both nights. Train rides and carousel rides. It was wonderful!!! Would 100 go there again!! Price was great too.
Went to FL for a convention, and it was exhausting. It rained a lot the week we were there, but we made the best of it and enjoyed the time in the apartment watching movies, resting and relaxing.
Flat hás a good potential, just need more attention Positive: Location is the prime thing of this listing for sure. Free parking is a good point of it. Flat is spacious Owner of listing is helpful and kind. We were with our baby and were managed to checkin earlier. Negative: Unfortunately flat is outdated and needs lots of fixing and a renovation perhaps, maybe change all furniture that is about 15 years old. Not good pans and pots, it takes ages to heat, tap in the kitchen had a leak, also the bathroom one. We couldn’t had a bath in the bath tub because the tap didn’t work as well and it was loose. Coffee maker there was no filter so it was worthless. There was no salt/pepper, no oil, sugar, nothing. Toaster is pretty outdated as well (we’ve seen a mini cockroach coming out of it). Reception of the resort is not friendly and helpful at all.

Com certeza voltarei! Positive: Localização e estrutura do prédio. Negative: Tudo foi perfeito, tirando só um probleminha com o cartão de acesso que foi prontamente resolvido pela recepção.

Location is in a great area. You’re in walking distance from multiple restaurants. Once we arrived we were put in a different unit from what we booked, but it was changed one night before check out and discount supposed to be given. Washcloths are not provided only hand towels, towels, and the towel for shower. Overall the stay was good and I’ll be willing to rent again
Sehr gut. Positive: Zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Negative: Klimaanlage laut, Kühlschrank noch lauter. Einige Reparaturen im Badezimmer empfehlenswert.
Positive: I don’t like anything about this apartment. I contacted to customer service so many times to get help but nobody helped me, . Stay away from this place Negative: The AC is not working and there is a bug in the bed. Bedsheet was full of sand
