House was what we needed for a large group, staying in the area for the renaissance festival.

Stayed here with family for the Ren Faire and this place was excellent! Perfect for entertaining with an open main floor, additional hang out space downstairs, and the garage game room. The house was stocked with a TON of basics I don’t normally see in rental homes like ample paper products, seasonings, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies. Not to mention our host was super responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!

The home and amenities were perfect for our needs! There were plenty of bedrooms and many of the day-to-do items for cooking and cleaning were already stocked in the house. We had a great stay!

Lovely house and great hosts. The house was prefect for our group and we felt at home while staying here. Any small issues were resolved quickly.

The house was a wonderful space to get multiple families together for the 4th! We rented a boat that was delivered directly to the dock and had a wonderful time. The setup was great overall!

We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the time together as a family. I will say, the bottom floor is MUCH BETTER than advertised! It’s spacious, lovely, and perfect! We dealt with Kelly was is absolutely amazing!!!!!!

This was the perfect home to bring together friends for a Lake Norman vacation. The house was clean, the rooms were comfortable for each guest, and the place had all amenities necessary for a great weekend. The back deck was a wonderful space for sitting out and appreciating the outdoors, while the game room offered some fun competition. Kelly was very communicative and clear with instructions for check in and check out, and made sure our stay went well. We definitely recommend a stay at lakeside Tuscan villa!

We had a great stay in the Lakefront Villa! The house was clean and well maintained! The hot tub was a great treat, too!There was plenty of room for all! Kelly was a great host who while not onsite was proactive in her communication and responded quickly to our needs.The roads are very quite and safe to take walks on.

Kelly's rental was spectacular!! This was a perfect location for our college aged children to join us for Easter! There was more than enough room for all of us, we were able to enjoy the back porch, the kayaks, and each other's company in the beautiful weather! We were able to utilize the grill and beautiful kitchen with all of its amenities to prepare a delicious meal that our kids have sorely missed!! Kelly was SOOOO responsive and was even able to accommodate us an extra day with last minute notice... we are all so grateful! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!!

Kelly has such a beautiful home! Very very very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with seasonings and everything we needed to cook. The game room was not in the house but in the garage which isn’t directly connected to the house but it was fine. It was a little cold downstairs but that might have been user error! Great stay and would stay again!

We rented the same property last year at this time. There was no heat. We communicated, and the heat issue was resolved before arrival. This year the weather in Charlotte was very warm during our stay. We tried to adjust the heat by using the AC. The AC did not work. We reached out to the home team and were told to open the windows. This was not acceptable. We opened the windows, and mosquitoes came in, so we had to get a fan. Nice people, but when you have a full house, it can be very uncomfortable.

Everything was great about our stay! House was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a great stay! Communication was great before and during our stay!

I can't say enough good about this place! We were there for a family birthday party so we had ages 20 - 90 and it was perfect. From the easy entry for the grandparents to the spacious rooms for socializing, to the many sleeping accommodations. If we are back near Lake Norman, we will definitely stay here again. Kelly was very helpful with every questions we had.

Would love to visit during the summer

Kelly was fantastic, and so was the home. I was a bit hesitant about staying somewhere with no or few reviews; however, Kelly's place exceeded expectations! She was very responsive and even allowed a late checkout at the last minute, which we truly appreciated. We stayed here for a sporting event we participated in, and we all definitely enjoyed returning to a clean space with stunning views. We even had the pleasure of being greeted by deer a couple of times, which was a nice touch. I would recommend her and her home again and again! 10/10 recommend.
