Fisher Family Annual Spring Break We had such an AMAZING time! The property manager really did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable. The home was beautiful, and the view was phenomenal!!! We will definitely be renting this place again in the future should we have another Austin trip. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

My friends and I had a great stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The check in process was smooth and the property manager was easy to communicate with. There is both a pool and hot tub on the property, but you have to pay extra if you want them heated. There were more than enough rooms, and we loved that there were so many king size beds! I would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a beautiful place to stay with amazing views of the lake!

Very clean and open with nice amenities. Great home for a group! Plenty of room for everyone, just make sure everyone is ok with sharing a bed.

Host had great communication and was very responsive. Had a great time at the home. Plenty of room and space for our group. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Lake was low so we didn't venture out to kayak or boat ride. Loved being able to bring our fur baby to join the celebration. Would recommend staying at this home. Thanks for sharing your home.

The actual house was an interesting architectural conundrum. The Beds and rooms were nice but of the 4 bathrooms only two were actually usable for showering Access to the pool area was strange which made it difficult for enjoying drinks and food while hanging out in the pool The kitchen was functional but for a place that had room for 16 there was only three coffee cups and few tumblers. Guests need to bring their own. Lastly the lake access was a disappointing surprise. Use of the kayaks was Pointless as the water was not accessible from the house and the closets boat launch area was private. For the cost, I didn’t feel the home met the expense

I have mixed feelings about this place. The pictures were somewhat accurate, however the rooms and restrooms were dusty with a weird mildew smell. The pool was really dirty, we were taking out leaves and dead bugs in order to swim in it. The “lake access” is a joke. The water levels are low, but even if they weren’t there is not a safe way to get to the lake from the house. There were a lot of spider webs in the kitchen and we even had to kill a big spider that came out from under the wine cart. They didn’t have a manual or instructions for the AC units in the basement and it took a while to figure out how to get the AC running appropriately. They will make you sign an incredibly long waiver about the house rules and how much you will be charged if you break a rule, however won’t hold the house to the same standard. They will hold a $500 deposit with a 3rd party page outside of airbnb. Overall, it was a good time and the house was large enough to accommodate a big group.

The property management company was extremely responsive, resolving issues on the same day they were reported.The basement smelled really bad due to the bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable using the basement bathroom because of the smell and special instructions. The basement layout was also very odd with double sliding doors separating the exercise room from the bedrooms and to the outside. The main level and upstairs were nice, but the floors were not clean. The cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen. The bathroom on the main level only has a tub with no shower. It would be more useful if the bathroom had a shower. As noted in the property description, the dock is difficult to access, and for us we didn’t feel safe bringing the kayak or paddle boards down to the dock.The house has potential, but it really needs to be “lived in” so that the owners can experience the house and make it better.

graduation stay It was a wonderful weekend and we all enjoyed being there. The a/c was inconsistent at best and the stairs leading to the basement area were "interesting". Personally, I think I would wait until the remodel was complete before I rented it out again. There were obvious things that were not done yet and not so obvious but subtle omissions that would've been appreciated. All in all, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the accommodations. We all thank you

Nice place near the lake. It is an older home with parts of the house beautifully remodeled and parts of the house more rustic as the hosts indicate. Hosts are very nice and responsive. My only minor complaint is that while yes, theoretically you could carry kayaks/paddle-boards out to the lake from the house, it is a steep and treacherous path down that would easily take 15+ minutes to safely traverse. I’ve hiked 1000s of miles, checked it out on my own, and determined it was too big of a risk to try carrying them down.

We had an amazing stay thanks to Urbanstay! The home was lovely, clean, spacious, and right in front of the lake, which was so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and that definitely helped our stay be even better.

Large comfy house is great!Inside was neat and clean!Outside not as advertised: dock not accessible and clearly in disuse, untidy yard and rough surfaces, kayaks cannot be taken to water, decks were covered in multi-day dust and old footprints. Issues communicated but unresolved. Partial refund offered and accepted, thank you

House is okay stay The house is in okay shape. We would not stay here again just because it’s ran by a property management company that nickels a dimes you for everything.

Exceeded expectations Not often do pictures not do justice to reality when renting homes online, this home was far beyond what was expected once seen in person. Great location, far enough to be able to be isolated. Close enough to get out and see the city.

This Airbnb was so spacious and super pretty. Our stay here was so peaceful as well because it’s not in the center of Austin. The property owner was also very responsive when we had questions and was quick to give us an answer. We really enjoyed our stay overall, the house is so spacious and the location of it is really beautiful.

Mandaron a pagar un depósito por un método fuera de Airbnb, lo cual ocasiona desconfianza, puesto que todo el proceso lo llevamos por medio de la plataforma. Tuvimos muchos problemas para pagar en esa liga al punto que tuvimos que espera fuera de la casa y conseguir una tarjeta americana para poder pagar para que nos dieran acceso a la casa. El baño del cuarto principal tenía un oler muy desagradable, algunos cabemos en almohada y sábanas. La alberca estaba súper sucia llena de hojas. Los baños del sótano eran muy ruidosos al descargar. En fin una casa con mucho potencial pero falta de servicios.

Get Away The stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The out door area was great.

Our stay was good! We had a good time. There is a noticeable smell especially in the master bedroom shower. It was a little dusty when we got there but nothing too crazy. I would have loved more of an instruction book on how to use things in the house or which remotes to use for what. Most places have like a rule book or a how to book but this one didn’t so I did ask them a good bit of question but it was just me wanting to be sure and careful of what we used or how we used it. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay and they were responsive to all our questions!

Disappointed and frustrated Positive: Had a lot of space Negative: Lake that used to run behind the property has been dried up for sometime…. If you want to canoe you need a truck to haul it down the lake. Pool water was cloudy, back yard grass was not cut until the last day and front yard is a desert of sand. The two bedrooms at the bottom where the unfinished basement was had a musty mildew smell as well as a few roaches. The ac units leaked water which you could tell has been an issue for a while since the walls and baseboards has stains and build up on them. Walls are all scuffed and stained throughout the house. The bathroom downstairs has a pump to pump out the water from the shower that would back up and have standing water if you don’t do it quick enough which would leave you bathing in standing water. The bathroom with the tub had valves that would not swap to allow you to use the shower head. Door at the bottom basement was hanging on by a single door henge. Our bedroom door was actually a a folding closet door with the handles falling off. Last but not least we found boogers on the wall. So I am sorry to say that it definitely was not a paradise.
