Kylie's house was more than perfect for our long weekend family getaway. We traveled with 4 kids, 7 and under. There was plenty of space, plenty to keep the kids occupied. The location could not be better. We had a little hiccup with household staples, just be sure to bring extras of everything. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Stepping into the house we were Wowed at the gorgeous view of the lake! Breathtaking! The house is well decorated and very cozy. My husband and kids loved the arcade games and pool table downstairs. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at the peak of fall colors in the lake region!

The location is beautiful and the house is stunning. Getting in was easy. We were a little concerned because the lock box battery light was blinking but it never ended up being an issue. There was also a used towel stuffed in the couch cushion and a used facecloth/men's clothing left in the bedside table in the bedroom. The biggest issue was probably when I was showering and the water completely turned off/ran out. The sinks would not turn on either. We tried sending a message through the Airbnb app, and also texted the number the host provided. They asked if we were sure the water ran out... which was not super helpful. Then they said to let them know if we found anything else out, which also was not helpful. I finished washing my hair with a water bottle and then eventually the water came back on in the sink. The shower was not able to be used for a few hours. If you have multiple people I'd just be aware of that! But the home is beautiful and in a great spot.

Lovely place and location

The views overlooking the lake from both the living room and the bedrooms were absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning was incredibly relaxing and made our stay even more special.

This place was beautiful for sure and clean! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bathrooms for the number of bedrooms and space are lacking. There are only 2 full bathrooms but one is so small it was difficult to use so we all used the basement bathroom which was very nice. Also both sets of stairs in the house are definitely not for children or elderly! However, it was beautiful, clean, and had a very beautiful view!

The stay was excellent. Perfect getaway for a group of friends in the winter. The only issue that was more about the weather so may not be helped - we were there during an ice storm. The walkway is a downward slant. It was incredibly slippery. Perhaps a salt/sand bucket could be placed at the top of the stairs where you park to avoid anyone falling during the winter months. Other than that - it was lovely and the jacuzzi was perfect for cold day overlooking the frozen lake!

This house was the perfect combination of premium but extremely homey and comfortable. I never really care about the decor (lake themed) but it was so tastefully curated and truly the cherry on top along with the amazing amenities, location and views. It was a home I said I wish I could live in forever! Very family friendly and my 3 year old was entertained the whole time. The help and communication was very prompt and everything was so clean and accessible. The Sunrises!! Were worth every penny, I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my Birthday with the family.

This house is worth the money. I went with my husband, newborn and another couple and there was plenty of space for everyone. Even when the little guy started crying, he didn’t disrupt everyone because there was room to move about. There was a small issue that didn’t need to be fixed while we were there and Kylie was fast and responsive. Just be aware if you are booking this house, there are 2 sets of stairs down to the dock (like most houses on this side of the lake!). One set down to the fire pit and another down to the water. There’s walk in steps into the lake, which is definitely a plus and a sandy area to walk around. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house in a tremendous location. The lake is beautiful and having access to the docks and boats was great. We had a great time and the host was great and extremely communicative. Highly recommend staying here!

Easy check-in with clear instructions. Beautiful location, wonderful views. Sunrise was right over the island, great to take in with a morning coffee. Activities in the basement level along with the hot tub is a great add. Provided more than enough towels , kitchen was well equipped, and linens were clean. Peaceful opening the window at night and hearing the lapping of the water on the shoreline.

Beautiful house and beautiful location! We booked this listing bc we wanted to enjoy lake views and access to local hikes. It definitely checked those boxes. The downstairs game room was an awesome bonus — we played lots of ping pong and foosball. Comfy beds too!

Beautiful view of the lake and fit our families perfectly. Great playroom on the bottom floor for kids and bedrooms upstairs were cozy.

This is a very cute house that matches its photos. It’s right on the lake so would be an awesome summer destination as well as winter. We liked the proximity to Gunstock. The kitchen is well appointed and has lots of seating for a big family.

We chose a tough time of year to stay in this beautiful lake house for a family Christmas get together. An ice storm had taken place a few days prior, so everything was coated in ice outside, but thankfully there was enough entertainment inside to keep everyone satisfied. We took advantage of the game room/hot tub which was the main reason we chose this rental. Everyone had a really great time! The beds are SUPER comfortable, the house was warm and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, aside from no collender to drain pasta. We had a random water problem with the hot water dipping out and the water all together at times, but Elliott and Kylie were excellent with communication in trying to solve the problem. This house is everything it says it is, and we would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake activities. The view is breathtaking. A very cozy home directly on the lake, we all really enjoyed it and would definitely come back in warmer months.

It was a great place to stay! Everything was as described. Me and my friends had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay there again in the summer next time!

My family booked this house for 2 days between the holidays. It is a lovely house and I’m so disappointed to have to write this review. The heat was not working when we arrived. It took 2 hours to get a response and the “hosts” were not helpful. I say “host” because this is a company. you’re not dealing with real people. They know nothing about the house and much of the info they gave to try and help the heat situation was wrong. We stayed for one day without heat (fireplaces were working). The second day was freezing rain. I asked for shovels and salt and was told “will reach out to my team and get back to you” and I never heard back. We left after one day. The kitchen is not well stocked. The welcome info they sent isn’t entirely accurate. The house is truly lovely in a gorgeous place but I wouldn’t trust these hosts.

That was the best Airbnb I ever went

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It was our first trip to Lake Winnipesaukee and it did not disappoint. The location of the house was perfect and we really enjoyed exploring the area and the seeing the fall colors. The house was perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). The decor was impeccable and super cozy. The only slight hiccup was that the hot tub was not ready when we arrived and we were unable to use it during the first two night of our trip. However, our hosts communicated proactively and were very responsive any time we reached out. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, exactly as described! We had two young teens and a pre-teen with us and they spent the whole time in the basement playing games and having a blast! Very clean and very comfortable for two families.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful lake views and cute interior. Fit our family of 5 well. Currently the house next door is under construction and that was a little disruptive (especially while trying to get our infant to nap) but hopefully that will be completed soon for future guests. Highly recommend coming for peak Fall color season!

Seven lovely ladies needing a girls' weekend away had a great time at Elliott & Kylie's home. We took advantage of all of the amenitites: the smoke-free fireplace, a very relaxing hot tub, the kayaks, and ping pong & pool table. Having coffee on the deck overlooking the lake on a gorgeous Saturday was the perfect way to begin the day. The house was conveniently located near Gunstock, the Granite State Railriders, and Dox on Winnisquam, which is how we spent the day. Rooms were plenty spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everyone had a great stay!!

Much of the property was as advertised. The views from the porch are absolutely stunning. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. There were some issues that were not adequately addressed. The towels provided had a sour smell and had to be rewashed, the grill and oven were dirty, the dishwasher was difficult to use because there were missing wheels on the bottom rack, and a stove burner didn’t work. At the rate charged for this place I expected better. There were frequent messages from the host, including apologies for our inconveniences and concerns about their 5-star rating, but nothing was actually done by them to mitigate the issues. The host scheduled a handyman to fix the dishwasher, but the handyman never showed up. Although outside the owner’s control, the house immediately next door is under construction for 6 days a week for 12-hour days. Much of the work is outside and loud so we were unable to relax and enjoy the outdoor amenities and view. We left early.

Very disappointing. Construction on the house next every day from 7am until 8pm. Terrible noise that wake us up in the morning and zero privacy. I sent pictures and videos over the AirBNB app I also got instructions with the wrong wifi password in airBNb app and I got no help until I started guessing passwords until I sort it out.

Great location on the lake with plenty of fun amenities like pool, ping pong, arcade games, and a hot tub. Host was very helpful and communicated quickly and clearly. The house is a really nice get-away.

Super fun lake house. Ample room for our 2 families of 4. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, dock area and fire pit. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels which was great.

The home as absolutely stunning, everyone was in shock how nice the home was as well and the beautiful views. The location is pretty quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home had everything you need, with many stores close by if you need anything. We rented a boat near by and came back with the boat to dock it, it was easy. There are so many sandbars close by that it would be great with family or a group of friends. I definitely will be reaching out to stay again!

Great house, location and management! House was exactly as pictured and it was a perfect lake house! Easy access to the lake with a pier to hang out on and access the lake using the paddle boards and kayaks! Bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of room for family to have own space. Deck and fire pit area all had great views of the lake! Will rent again FOR SURE!

The place was amazing! We stayed here before and after our wedding and it was the most peaceful, relaxing and breath taking views of the lake, boats, and sunsets. Everything in the house was great and the communication from the hosts was on point! Any issue or question we had they answered that same day and made sure we were all set. If you need a get away deff pick this place!

We had a fantastic vacation at the lake house. The lake is so clear and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. We really appreciated having the paddle boards and kayaks available and we all enjoyed using them on the lake. There’s lots of Adirondack chairs around the gas fire-pit and we made s’mores. The house is large with lots of sleeping spaces and we enjoyed our meals outside on the deck. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it so much.

Peaceful lakeside retreat with everything This lakeside home was the perfect place for our family summer getaway. Clean, well-appointed, and just as appealing as the pictures promised! We enjoyed the views, the spacious deck, cooking delicious meals, and games galore – ping pong, arcade games, cornhole. The beds felt new and ultra luxurious. Due to the natural setting, this property has a number of stairs down to the dock. We spent hours swimming and kayaking in glistening lake waters, and active groups will appreciate the paddle boards, innertubes, and kayaks. Although there is plenty to do by the lake, we also enjoyed some of the local attractions. Don’t miss Sawyer’s ice cream, shopping and dining in Meredith and Wolfeboro, and scenic runs and hikes. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in and departure were straightforward and clearly communicated. We’ve stayed at lake homes all over new England, and our stay at Lake Winnipesaukee stands out as one of the best!

The hosts are so responsive. The House is feet from the water. The provided kayaks and paddle boards were a blast! The hot tub was great if you’re more inclined towards that. Overall great place and great people! Would stay again!

The airbnb was in a beautiful location and had a lot of nice features. The game room was great, the beds were comfortable, and the lake access was amazing. However, we ran into some issues, most notably the parking. We were told the driveway could only hold 3 cars. When we asked the hosts if they had any suggestions about where the park our other cars, they said they didn't know. Upon arriving, we had to unload before moving our 2 excess cars from the driveway (they were not in the road, they were fully in the driveway), and the neighbor came up and started screaming at us. She shouted that she had already reported our plates to the city, and spoke as if we had had this conversation many times, and gave us no room to explain that we had just arrived and were unloading. There were some other minor issues, such as the door code not working (which the hosts responded to right away), but the parking situation was the main issue.

The place was great. Lake house living with the feel of a luxury hotel.

Really nice place located right on the water. The house is fully renovated/updated - it felt like we were the first guests to stay in a brand new home - we were surprised to learn that it's actually a rather old house! Lots of charming/tasteful decor and clean/well-working appliances. No microwave tho. Being so new to guests there were a couple small issues (e.g., door code initially provided didn't work, bath tub drain stopper didn't work), but nothing major and the host was responsive when we notified them of these things. The hot tub was just perfect - situated on the lower patio in the back with an unbelievable view of the lake and mountains. We came in early spring and the lake was still mostly frozen - would love to come back for lake fun in the summertime. The house itself provided plenty of fun activities tho - pool table, foosball, couple arcade games. Just bear in mind that access to the basement/game room is via a tight/steep spiral staircase or the door from the patio.

We had a last minute family gathering, my nephews were jumping in the lake then running to the hot tub. Beautiful home, awesome game room, we were able prepare meals in the kitchen. It is a great place to gather with friends and family.
