This experience was better than I ever could have imagined. This is truly a home away from home with everything you could ever need. Whether you have babies or older children, this house has everything. Kyle and Nicole have thought of every small detail to make your vacation stress free. I highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity out to stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Our volleyball team rented this house for a team bonding weekend, and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the layout made it easy for our group to spend quality time together.The lake access was perfect, and having paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes available made the weekend even more fun. The girls spent hours out on the water, and it really helped make the trip memorable.The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax, bond as a team, and make lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious lake house for a family gathering or group getaway!

The house and location were beautiful! Comfortably met the needs of 2 families of 4. Loved having lake access on a relatively quiet cove. We would absolutely recommend this house and location and would stay again if we need to stay in north Georgia.

We've stayed at a lot of rental vacation properties and this one is, hands down, at the top of the list. Had everything we could've wished for and the kids (and dads) had an a awesome time on the kayaks and stand up boards. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. This house is stunning! Our stay was top of the line in every way. So much natural light from all the big windows and we especially loved the screened in porch! Plenty of towels, cook ware, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, etc. We had everything we needed plus some luxuries! The home was spotless and the master bedroom is so beautiful. Beds are super comfy too! The owners checked on us and made sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend. Also , there are deer everywhere! We loved watching them.
