Unit was extremely clean. Unit was very modern. Excellent neighborhood great outdoor atmosphere. The house does not have air conditioning even if the unit is a decent temp you don't git rid of the humidity The house needs a window unit or mini split. I don't think I would stay here in the summer months
It was a really cool place to stay! We were a little worried about it not having AC since we were there in hot weather, but the attic fan helped out and it didn’t turn out to be that bad. We would come back for sure
Host was very responsive but there was no fire pit as listed in the title despite a fire pit being confirmed via messages and through the AI assistant. The floors were really dirty. Maybe they'll waive the cleaning fee. The location is nice and the house is spacious. There's no AC.
Great stay! A little warm on the 2nd floor overnight but manageable. Perhaps consider window air conditioner for at least upstairs.
My friends and I stayed here for our annual girls trip and had a great time! We all loved the place- especially the sun room and hot tub. Saugatuck was only a short drive away which was perfect for our group.
Frogmore 17 was a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed it and its hot tub and bicycles. The decor was really interesting. Loved the frogs and the 3 seasons room. Our only disappointment was the lack of the firepit outside that was advertised. We really appreciated the large amount of towels provided.
I had a wonderful stay with family over the 4th of July. The house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for our group of five. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, and the grill was great to have. We enjoyed being surrounded by trees on the wooded lot, the deck and screen porch were perfect places to hang. The weather was hot but the house stayed pretty cool thanks to ceiling fans and some standing fans; generally the weather cools down at night near the lake. The surrounding area is beautiful and has a lot to offer.
This property was exactly what we needed! We loved the hot tub and sitting on the porch every morning with coffee overlooking the woods! The host was always available, the guidebook of nearby things to do and house policies was very helpful and easy to share with my guests! The only tricky part is the driveway. I found it difficult to park 2 vehicles in a way where either one could exit at any time!
