What a great place to stay very clean a great location close to the beach and restaurants will definitely be back

We had a good stay, it was our second time staying at this place.

This home was perfect for our family of 5! It was well decorated modern home that had everything we needed! And felt super clean which is something that will always stand out to me! We will be staying again! Also we forgot a personal item and the host was fast at responding and getting my item sent back to me! 🫶🏼

Happy with the location as it was only a few minutes from the main beach (driving) and some good restaurants/bars (walkable). Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen and nice pool. Very communicative host although we never needed assistance. We were slightly disappointed with the pool shade not existing like the pictures show. We also didn’t end up using the grill as it was in need of a serious clean but neither of these issues were vacation ruining. Would still recommend.

The house was as expected! We enjoyed our stay and loved having the pool to come back to and cool off in. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. The only small disappointment was that the listing mentioned a gas grill, and we had planned to cook a couple of meals to save on dining out. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any propane available, so we ended up eating out more than we had planned. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Next time, we’ll just remember to bring our own propane tank!

We had a wonderful stay at La Puerta Rosada. It's tucked away on a quiet street, away from the busy tourist areas, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was exactly as described, and the pool was a great bonus. We also loved that our 23-foot boat fit comfortably in the driveway, making it even more convenient for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully updated and very tastefully decorated, making it feel comfortable and inviting from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool. The location was perfect as well. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it still felt peaceful, quiet, and secluded.

The unit was nice, but could be a little cleaner. Hair is difficult to maintain but it’s unappealing to find all throughout the house. The fridge seemed warmer than most. And the ice machine didn’t work, we had to get ice from the back container. The tv in the front room only has Netflix and no access to other apps such as prime, Hulu, Disney. For the price you’re paying for the unit, a smart tv should be in every room.The remote in the downstairs bedroom barely works, we could not get the tv off and had to turn it off on the actual tv. The shower curtain in the downstairs is pretty stained. The lawn was not mowed and very overgrown, it takes away from the curb appeal of a nice home. The grill was pretty rough and we needed to go by supplies before we could use it.

Me and my family loved this home it was beautiful, clean Everything was close by. My kids loved the pool,We will definitely book again. :)

Nice size pool , house is kept up with really well

Great property , very nice house much roomier than it looks from the outside. Bars and restaurants very close some walking distance, beach just a short drive. 10/10 would stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing. Everything was just how it is described. If you have kids this is a perfect place to stay as it has a rather large private pool which they will love. Not to mention the location is perfect. You are literally a minutes walk from the main road where all the local attractions are located.

Enjoyed our stay, but parking was a little tight with our boat. The pool was very nice.

The home was just like the pictures! We stay in port A frequently and this was by far our favorite home! It was in a great location and very peaceful. The pool was so nice for the kids and it went from 4ft-5ft so just perfect to swim in! They had lots of pool toys and an outdoor shower was so convenient! Thank you so much for having us! Can’t wait to stay in the home again!

An amazing place to stay & plenty of space..pictures are exact of what the house looks like private pool was great with outside shower all the amenities & more was a plus..quiet neighborhood 5 min drive to the pier was even better. Didn’t wanna leave home away from home 10/10 recommend

This home was perfect for our small group, great central location great for walking to all the restaurants and bars, easy access to the beach and the perfect house. Specifically loved the backyard and pool area for hanging out!

Loved the home! Perfect Port A home layout, the pool was amazing. the area was nice and quiet, several cute businesses that were in walking distance. SUPER close to the beach!! highly recommend for a weekend getaway! hosts are very accommodating and helpful, all within a timely manner.

House was clean, it appeared as pictured. Beds were good and ac worked well. Pool was clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet. Icecream and donuts within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a nice time and would return.

ther was no seasoning not even salt and ther was no coffee but ther was a coffee maker, ther was a cockroach in the shower, ther was a candy sticked to the bed

House was great. Very clean and was walkable to many restaurants and other locations. Pool was a great size for our two kids. Comfortable and affordable.

Great place in a good location.

It was a lovely home and fairly private while we were there. You can see through the fence to the house behind you but wasn’t too bad. Pool was nice and the house was super clean with a very cold ac. Make sure to bring citronella candles as the mosquitos get really bad at night. The only thing that was odd was that there were not curtains or blinds on the windows in the living room kitchen area. That would have been nice for privacy at night. All in all it was nice and we would book again.

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was very clean and organized. The place had everything we needed. It has a big television in the living room with Netflix. The WiFi worked without issues. The pool was very clean and the waterfall feature was on this time. There were cool lights to light the pool at night. We spent most of our week there.

We took a couples retreat for a week and it was a wonderful time. This place was literally 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do from the beach all the shops in town. Awesome stay we definitely would book here again

First of all let me say, this bnb was extremely nice, the location was excellent, many things to do within walking distance, beach was only a couple blocks away, the pool was awesome, bbq pit included and they even had a backup propane! both bedrooms were very nice plenty of room, each bathroom was very clean. the kitchen/living area was very spacious with high ceilings and nice appliances. Overall very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again!

Amazing house with all the amenities you could ask for! Great location in Old Town. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we will be back for a third. The Host- Sand Key was also amazing, checked on us a few times to ask if there was anything we needed. We appreciated that! Look forward to staying here again next Summer!

The location of the home was great. However it definitely fell short for other reasons. The listing claimed fully equipped however had zero wash clothes and 4 towels for a house that advertised it sleeps 6. We had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes. That’s a first in all the years of renting off air bnb. I also had to pay a fee for “beach tar” the minute I booked the home, that I’m not even sure I’ll get back. And there was no tar on the beach? The host was just not very welcoming . The location was great but would not book again.

So relaxing We’ve previously stayed at this particular property and we were so impressed that this second time was even better! Property owners kept up with communication and the booking process was very easy. I highly recommend this perfect location. It was in the heart of shops and dining.

Stayed here with my husband and two kids and it was perfect for our little family. The roll away beds worked great for the upstairs room when the kids didn’t want to share a bed. The pool area was perfect size and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time booking! We had another great stay!! Very close to the beach and restaurants! GPS did take us to a different house at first. I believe because there was new construction going on down the street but we were still able to find the house. Other than that everything was perfect!

We had a great stay for a week. We were looking for a peaceful place where my wife and I could celebrate our recently deceased son’s 29th birthday. The place was immaculate and better than in the pictures. Pool was very private. We spent most of our time there. We ordered in from Port A Pizzeria. Everything in town and beach are very close within 5 minutes.

Perfect stay We didn’t realize how perfect this stay would be based off the photos but actually experiencing the house and pool itself was pretty amazing. Loved the pool and being able to cook was nice too. Definitely will book again.

Loved this home! It was perfect. Clean, tidy and had everything you need for a family traveling with kids. The kids loved the pool, and we loved that the location was pretty central to everything!

House was great for our Christmas Vacation!!! Accommodated 2 couples perfectly!!! Central location in Port Aransas!!! Would be a long walk to the Beach!!!! One thing I want to point out to future guest is we were disappointed to find the pool was not heated, so contacted the host and were told they needed a 24hour notice to have the pool heated!!! Even tho the booking says the pool is heated in the winter!!! [So definitely remember to do that!!] Loved the pool once it was warm!!! Over all was a Great Stay!!!

This home is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. Super clean & exactly as described. The heated pool is the cherry on top to enjoy with the family with any kind of weather. Will be booking again soon.

DISAPPOINTING. Sadly, I didn’t realize that the tiny pool would not be heated during our stay which is what was advertised! I was not impressed with the house; there were three remotes for the tv with NO instructions. I called the realtor who came over and played with the remotes and said it was fixed. After she left, we still could not get the tv to work. Called her again and she returned; dead batteries in one of the remotes! There were no coat hangers in the closets. Be sure you take a flashlight to use the microwave, as it’s in the pantry, which has no light, and you can’t see the dials. The beds were comfortable and the shower spacious. There were no little extras, like tissues or water in the fridge, which we have found is common in most rentals.

Perfect place for a last-minute weekend getaway! Spacious for a family of four. Upgraded and clean. Private pool and in close vicinity to main places in Port A (restaurants, bars, beach and others).

Perfect Little Place This home was perfect for our two families that stayed. We had four adults and 2 boys. I loved being so close to town and also a short drive to the beach. The backyard and the pool were a perfect way to end the day. I would stay again.

Great rental with good location The rental property was as listed. Good location. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool was good to use when returning from beach or just lounging on non beach days. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at La Puerta Rosada. The house was super clean and cozy. Close enough to the beach and our favorite restaurants in Port A. The pool was perfect for all hours of the day. Will be staying here again when we return to Port A.

I would have given 5 stars, but the pool guy showed up to clean the pool and we were not notified. Also, no hand soap that was good enough for washing hands in any of the bathrooms. I believe a small quarter size bar of soap is not big enough and you should have a trash can in the master bath or bedroom and Kleenexes throughout the house. Everything else was good.

The air bnb was very nice inside. Kitchen was located on the first floor, so that was very helpful. The pool was a plus.

Loved our stay!! Very conveniently located

Our kids loved the pool! The home was near restaurants and shops and very close to the beach. A pull out couch could have been a better option than the two cots that didn't have a great space to be placed. We used the kitchen a lot and appreciated the 2.5 baths!

Port A Getaway The house and pool were very nice and very clean. Although, the front door needs a good cleaning and the surroundings house are pretty run down. We only use Vrbo because every home has been outfitted like a 4 to 5 star hotel. This home lacked the customary facial tissue, a small packet with cotton balls and Qtips, and a small assortment of hot morning beverages, tea bags and coffee. Overall I rate it 4 stars.

The house was immaculate and plenty of room for our family of four; exactly as the pictures advertised and described. We will definitely rent it again. Easy check in, great location close to many restaurants, shops, buggie rentals, and not a bad drive to the beach.

Fantastic place , near everything , comfortable , clean , affordable. Excellent communication . Stayed two extra days and the extension was flawless. Loved the area the house was in . Neighbors were friendly. The Pool was awesome to relax in at the end of the day. Will definitely return on our next adventure to Port A .

House was really nice, newly renovated, nice private pool and was within walking distance of Port Aransas marina area.

Perfect home for my family of 4. It did have 2 extra pull out beds that we didn’t use if you have a larger group. The pool was heated the entire time. The grill and outdoor shower were huge bonuses for us. Great location right off the Main Street. Minutes from the beach and marina.

Will be back Great place to stay, we will def be back. Property was very clean and having the pool made hot afternoons bearable. Had everything we needed and more. Nice and quiet and AC was awesome. One item of feedback would be that the sliding glass door leading to back yard and pool was really hard to ooen and close so maybe some WD 40 would help. And a small rug at front door would help for sand control. But overall its was awesome and we will def use again. Great central location as well.

Great stay for the 2nd time! We stayed at this property for the 2nd year in a row and enjoyed it just as much as we did the 1st year. The location is perfect distance from everything, everything was clean and comfortable and the pool is the perfect bonus.

Perfection! This house is beautiful! So incredibly clean and homey. Great floor plan that gave us both plenty of open space to be together as well as two masters to retreat to when you need a break. Although the kitchen is small, it is well stocked and worked really well, actually. The appliances are high end, as well as all of the finishes in the home. Location was amazing! Sand Key Realty was great to work with. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice little house We had a nice stay at this property. The house was exactly as we expected and perfect for 2 couples. Any more than 4 people would have been tight. The backyard and pool were nice except for the grill. It was filthy so I sent a message to the property manager and they immediately sent someone out to clean it. Unfortunately it still was unusable. The grill really needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Brothers Vacation My brother & I were absolutely thrilled with this property and the best part was both our wives agreed! The property was true to the photos and listed amenities, and the layout was perfect for two couples! The one thing that would've made this over the top is if the pool was heated (didn't stop me or my brother), it was a little cold for the ladies. We're already talking about going to Port-A again next year and we would definitely book this property again!

Excellent property, Highly Recommend Beautiful property and very clean. Recommend more towels to be available and chairs for outside table. Stove was making periodic popping sounds but other than that, no complaints. It was excellent! I would love to rebook later.

Beach house rental The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The private pool and back patio is great for small family. Wish the beds were kings instead of queens, and we had a little issue with fridge first night but manager of property can by within 30min of calling about issue. The AC works awesome aswell. Loved the shower and water pressure. Overall great experience, recommended. Loved the little house wish I could take it home.
