The guys and I come down every year for our fishing trip. We love staying here. Wonderfully accommodations and professional staff. We never had an issue. Love this place.

Our family of 6 had the most wonderful & comfortable time at La Casita. My exact words when entering were “The pictures didn’t do it justice.” We stay in beach houses every year. I anticipated this one to be mediocre based on my experiences, but I was wrong. It’s easily one of my favorites. This place is so spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other at all! The kitchen is stocked with so many cooking items. We don’t dine out much on vacay - we COOK! I had all I needed to feed 4 teenagers all week. The beds were very comfortable & the sheets were so soft. That’s a big deal & a risk we take every year, so this was a wonderful surprise! The flooring is so nice & updated. The decor is adorable. The appliances worked well. If I had to make a suggestion to the owners, the tub drains could use a good declogging & the pull out couch dips a bit in the middle (certainly not big deals). The walk to the beach is very easy & quick. The kids loved being able to choose pool or beach everyday as both were so close. You also get a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony, which I enjoyed daily. I’d also like to make a shout out to the Coastal View staff. We have vacationed with you twice now & will continue to come back. You are a wonderful management co. Thanks for handling the trash service for a second year in a row - & I know that’s not an expected perk (just something you do if able).

Coastal View was super easy to work with. The communication is top notch with text messages and emails thanking us for choosing them and welcoming us to our rental. The experience could not have been better.

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to one of the neighborhood pools. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house layout was nice and roomy. The property had been cleaned when we arrived (floors, bathrooms, linens, etc), but it could use a good deep cleaning. The doors on the kitchen cabinets were dirty, dust bunnies around the washer and dryer and piles of things on the shelves in the laundry room, pantry had crumbs and dust, found cups and empty water bottles under beds. Nothing that was just gross, but it could certainly use some extra attention. The upstairs carpet is in pretty rough shape. Overall, it was a nice stay and met our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita. The neighborhood was great, it was close enough to the beach to walk, and the best thing was that the boardwalk went all the way to the sand so you didn't have to pull your wagon or whatever very far. The home was nice and we loved the 2 balconies!

We had no issues with this property. We have been in many other homes in the Morgantown community and very few have ever disappointed. The only thing questionable was the condition of the carpeting in the master bedroom was close to being a safety hazard with it starting to unravel. Other than that, it was clean and everything worked well.

Our stay here was perfect! The location was amazing and the views from the patio were breathtaking and relaxing. The space was perfect for my family. The staff was amazing! Even booked us an extra night stay with no effort at all. We are already looking to book here again as soon as possible. The pictures when booking did not even do the place the justice it deserves! My family said it was the best Christmas gift yet!

Generally speaking, this was a great place. Comfortable home and great location. No frills stay!

Perfect place to sleep in between days at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Some things are nearing replacement and need updates but for a lesser price and location for a place to crash it’s perfect.

This house was very clean and nicely set up. It is a short walk to the beach. The pools are well maintained and the beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. The management company answers emails promptly. We would definitely recommend this home.
