It was a pleasure hosting Christian! We hope to host them again in the future! Had a really nice stay. Check-in was super smooth. The place is in a quiet area and really close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, the screened-in porch is great for chilling out, and everything was clean. Definitely recommend it.
Alice was a pleasure ! This was a beautifully furnished home with nice decor. It was on a quiet street convenient to Anna Maria and restaurants.

It was a pleasure hosting Kristie! We hope to host them again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits. This location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were within walking distance of the beach, shopping, dining and the trolley which runs the entire length of the island. The home was clean, stocked with games and books, and had enough supplies for a small group to get through the week. While we experienced a minor issued related to a storm, and of no fault of AMI Locals, we received prompt and friendly service, and the issue was resolved immediately. We would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place while exploring such a beautiful island.

Andy was a pleasure to host! Perfect location on AMI if you are not wanting beachfront. This was a secluded neighborhood with minimal traffic. We were only two blocks or so away from the beach which can be easily walked. The set-up of the home was perfect for our family. Would recommend!
