Positive: Front desk staff was nice.
Negative: The whole place smelled awful. Whatever cleaner they use gave us all headaches every night. I asked for an extra pillow and 2 blankets for my kids and I was told that they couldn't bring it until the next morning because their staff left... I asked for this at like 330 pm.... when they did bring it it was just one blanket no pillow. The place was dirty there was food splattered on the wall in the kitchen the couches and chairs had stains the doors and walls are dirty there was still old mascara in the bathroom mirror. The hallways were unbearably hot! You can only communicate with staff off site i guess ? The front desk was unable to help with requests because each room is managed by a different company... I wouldn't go back here if it was free

Very clean and conveniently located
Positive: The property was so close to Universal and Disney. It was very clean! Comfortable bed, great pillows. The a/c was great!!
Negative: The room was supposed to have a washer and dryer. It did not. Instead there was a laundry room on the 4th floor. There was 1 luggage cart for the entire building. The front desk staff could not answer any questions and seemed very unconcerned about whether or not whatever your issue was, was worked out or not. Also, the electricity went out due to a storm. There were no generators. If you want to use clean towels every time you shower, bring your own or plan to wash because there were only 4 towels in the room, 2 hand towels, and 0 washcloths. There was no cleaning service during our stay.

Positive: The apartment is very well located near internacional drive.
The room is very comfortable. The bed is super soft. The linning is smooth. The bathroom is complete.
It has all the appliances you might need. It offers some toiletries enough for the first days.
It has an easy check in system.
Negative: The folding bed is not as comfortable. The carpet and the sofa could be cleaner. The last drawer of the kitchen cabinet smells bad.

We had a wonderful stay. The location could not be better, closed to all the major parks. The unit was very clean, comfortable, We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
