Świetna lokalizacja, blisko restauracji, niedaleko Uberem do Universal Studios. Bardzo dobry zasięg WiFi, wiele kanałów w TV + streamingi. Z niedogodności - warto byłoby dodać że pralnia jest dodatkowo płatna (3 pralki na cały hotel) oraz automaty dodatkowo płatne. Hotel najlepsze lata ma zdecydowanie za sobą, przydałby się remont, natomiast lokalizacja oraz cena sprawiają, że wróciłbym w to miejsce.
This place was nothing like what we expected. The smell of bleach was so strong we could barely stay inside. There was no microwave, even though we thought there would be one. The pictures are completely misleading — the place is nowhere near as nice as shown. It was dirty, especially in the room corners, and the shower is extremely low, like it’s meant for handicap access only. I reached out to the host, who gave me the friendliest response at first, saying guests are their number one priority and that he’d do whatever it took to fix things. That turned out to be completely fake — he never did anything and just ghosted us after that. Totally disappointing.
This room is a handicap room. Which is fine except for the shower head at my stomach and cannot be raised higher. Everyday I found something that needs to be fixed. There was mold on the closet door. That they claimed was dirt, but you can clearly see the water damage. The AC cannot go below 70 degrees and on hot days the ac won’t cool it below 73 degrees. They said that it’s an old unit and they can’t do much about it. Pool floor looked brown. I paid $500 for this airbnb and was pretty uncomfortable with being hot all the time. I would not recommend this is if you like being cool, being in showers that are your size . Otherwise location is good.
Excelente lugar, es una habitación muy cómoda ideal para pasar estar en pareja, hay varios restaurantes de comida cercana, así como Walgreens para realizar compras. Queda muy cerca a los parques de universal y Disney en donde se paga entre 5 y 20 dólares por Lyft. Thalita es excelente anfitriona y está disponible a cualquier inquietud.
Host were AMAZING being responsive and made sure we had everything me and my partner needed. Place was spotless and so comfy and homey! We even asked to extend the stay! Didn’t want to leave. Great hosts!
Solid place to stay for the price. I was in town for a conference and this is just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to the convention center, many restaurants, and ICON Park.

Apesar do ar condicionado ter parado de funcionar, coisa que acaba acontecendo sem previsão, entrei em contato e Alexandre da empresa responsável foi imediatamente prestar assistência, colocou um portátil para nos atender, não atendia o quarto todo, mas o suficiente para dormirmos bem. O quarto precisa de uma reforma, os móveis já estão cansados pelo tempo de uso, mas no mais, estava tudo ok! Já é a 2 vez que me hospedo com Luís e com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!! O sr Alexandre foi muito atencioso e retornou ao apartamento para saber se estávamos bem, nos dando o maior suporte, isso fez toda diferença.
They were the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had on here. Great communicators. Really nice people. The room was easy to find and super close to everything we wanted to do in Orlando

This Airbnb is a bare minimum place. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that didn't provide more than a hotel. You can't even get a wash cloth. The A/C doesn't work properly even though maintenance supposedly looked at it. Luckily I wasn't there in the summer. I not recommend this place for a long stay. I was there 6 days and that was too long. On a positive note the owner will respond to questions quickly.

Positive: The location was great. Negative: Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a problem with roaches. I immediately notified the front office, but I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the owner directly. Because it's private own. In addition to the roach issue, the room did not have a pleasant smell, and the iron was not working properly. These problems made my stay very uncomfortable. I am extremely upset about the overall condition of the room and the lack of assistance I received from the staff. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expected when staying at your property.

Its a third party company that runs some apartments in this Hotel. So be careful when doing your reservation. Our stay was great and met all our needs: a cozy, safe place to relax, close to the parks, main tourist attractions, and outlets. Thalita is very friendly and helpful, we felt at home! We’ll definitely return! Thanks for everything!
Positive: Comfortable bed, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, decorations are wonderful. Negative: Coffee pot had no top so hot water filled up top and never came through, shower head dirty with some kinda red stuff, no kitchen as advertised only a mini fridge and coffee pot so had to eat at restaurants the whole time, jacuzzi didn't get hotter than a bath that had been ran for awhile, TV won't stay connected to WiFi to actually watch TV, so to chill in the room had to watch anything on the phone. After booking the reservation then hit with a email/text that you need an additional amount for a security/incidental deposit which is not advertised on the booking page.
The unit is lovely, comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. I'm in love with the giant shuttered window! Good location.
Everything was great,close to EVERYTHING which was perfect for us! Recommend staying here and we’ll be staying here in the future!
Thalita and Rob’s Airbnb was a great experience! Great location and even better hosts! Thalita was always responsive and making sure that I had everything i needed. I would 100% stay there again and recommend anyone visit Orlando the same !
