This place was amazing the hosts were super attentive and responsive. Great for hosting my birthday weekend with 10 of my closest friends. Plenty of room to sleep and very clean in a great area.
This house is very well-decorated, just as pictured, has plenty of space, is well-stocked for a large group, and is in a great location. While the pros outweigh the cons, the reasons I dinged a star were: - Cleanliness: The house was mostly clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. Also a prior guest's clothes were left under a bed in a wet towel. -Inaccurate listing: It said they offer early bag drop-off, but when I asked they said that they no longer offered this. They also said that two cars could fit in the driveway, but it would be an insanely tight fit. That said, there was plenty of street parking. - Towels: we were given only one bath towel per person, and less than one washcloth and hand towel. We were given extras when requested, but this was a hassle- there should have been a few spares when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location that was easily accessible to local attracts via a short uber or lyft ride. The home was very spacious with lots of cute touches. We felt like we were coming home every time we returned. This is a great home for a group of friends or professionals traveling together and everyone needs their own space. We would absolutely stay here again, and if you’re looking for a hole to rent in Austin, definitely go with this one. You won’t regret it.

Amazing house and location! The house location was amazing!! It was a short walk / scooter ride anywhere we wanted to go or a really inexpensive Uber ride if the summer heat was to much. The beds were the most comfortable beds anyone in the group stayed in on a trip. Property managers were super helpful and responsive for any questions we had!
The house had plenty of space for our party of 12. The rideshare and grocery delivery option was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Five stars! This ubercool house with a funky vibe was the perfect setting for our Christmas celebration—14 family members from Austin, San Antonio, New York City, and Philadelphia. We hung out in the living room where we had put up a Christmas tree, exchanging gifts, playing games, and watching football and movies on the oversized TV. All the amenities and the comfy beds and bedrooms were great. We couldn’t play lawn games because of the rain and mud, but we used the fire pit to make some pretty righteous s’mores. We took full advantage of the kitchen, including the Viking gas stove, to make a sumptuous Christmas feast. There were a few minor issues that we reported to our very responsive hosts, and we suggest they replace the refrigerator filter (we had to buy bottled water throughout our stay) and put an anti-slip coating on the bathtubs or provide bath mats. We highly recommend this property to other groups and would certainly come back should we decide to gather in Austin again.

Great 5 Bedroom house We had a great stay and location was perfect for us. Host was helpful and accommodating. However, read this property description carefully. It says 8 sleeping areas, 7 bedrooms and 6 bedrooms. In fact, there are 5 bedrooms plus a room that can only be accessed by going through both another bedroom and bathroom. Two of our party of 12 found alternate housing rather than give up their privacy.
My family - 9 of us, plus day visitors - enjoyed a 4 night stay over Christmas! The bedrooms accommodated us all very well. We found the house nice and clean, like it had actually been DEEP cleaned - not just wiped down. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc. We loved the location! It's a great neighborhood to explore & walk down to the trails by the lake. Also a quick walk to Rainey Street. Ubers arrived in 1-2 minutes routinely. I would definitley bring a group back!
This place was perfect in size. It was able to host my large family comfortably and was close to everything!
This house accommodated my whole family. We had nice spacious rooms. Big bathrooms and a big and open great room off the kitchen. Very good location. Close to downtown and Rainey Street. The place was clean and extra amenities were included leaving us time to enjoy our vacation and no time need to grab extra items because the home provided everything.
Overall, it served our purpose to accommodate 8 family members together. If you are young and in town to party, you will probably not even notice the issues we noted. However, if you are planning on hanging out in the home and you are used to staying at (at least) 3-star hotels, you may feel this home is not clean enough, maintained well enough, and not comfortable enough. Everything felt a little tired--the white walls looked dingy in places, there were a lot of cobwebs and dust in corners, the paint on the cabinets in the kitchen was worn through; the living room has one couch so not enough seating to accommodate hanging out together. We had to contact our host for a broom because we found some broken glass on the kitchen floor; I was directed to find the broom in a non-existent closet; then I was told someone would come and get it out of the locked closet...it took 24 hours and then they only took out a broom, no dust pan too.

This was a fun house for family but would be even more fun for a big group of friends. It’s a great spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party and is downtown so everything is a quick Uber ride away.
This house was spacious and so nicely decorated for a bachelorette party of 11! The area was great too - walkable to many places or a short Uber ride. We felt safe the whole time and Urbanstay was very responsive to our needs. The only issue was that I communicated a month prior to our trip that we needed something for hosting a dinner one of the nights. They ensured me they had what I needed, but come the day of, what we needed was not there so plans had to be altered. I would say that was the only flaw.
The host were super responsive and replied immediately to all questions. The check in process couldn’t have been easier & was instructed very well I had my bachelorette party here and I couldn’t recommend this house enough for a large group. Would definitely recommend this airbnb

Great house for a girls trip! We had an easy check in and the place was huge and very clean! The decor and layout were perfect, and plenty of bathrooms for 7 girls. Appliances were large and seemed new or very well taken care of. We were all impressed with the house! Proximity was great for bar hopping on Rainey St. And parking was ample.

The property was as advertised and we were very close to Rainey Street. The place was just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the master bath was awesome! The host was quick to respond to our requests and we really enjoyed our stay.
Great location loved the house
You get what you pay for. Location is fine, and it fits a lot of people. But there is a room on the other side of the master bathroom and that bathroom has no privacy; the bedframes are cheap and feel unstable; two beds are in a garage with no central air. They use a separate platform for check-in information that is clunky and difficult to use. They kept sending me automated messages that I wasn't set up on that platform, which wasn't true. The soundbar didn't work (though they did credit us money back), the Nespresso machine was broken, the coffee maker had a part missing (but worked). The air conditioning didn't work the first day, though they had someone out to service it within hours and it worked the rest of our visit. For a trip where we didn't spend a lot of time in the house other than sleeping and some evening hangouts, it was... fine. But certainly not a place worth staying if you actually want to spend time there
beautiful home, plenty of space. we were in 2 SUVs and the parking was extremely tight so we chose to utilize free street parking after getting a ticket for blocking the side walk lol. overall extremely sstisfied

They are super inconsiderate of any situation, $75 for few mins late checkout, no refund at all for our first booking even though the placed looked totally different than what we saw on listing. Heating not working, dish washer didnt work,

All in all we had a great stay! Our hosts were responsive when we had an issue we needed dealt with. There were 6 bedrooms but 2 of them were odd. One was created from a garage conversion and was very warm and the other was a converted closet off a bathroom. That being said, we had a great time and would recommend this property. It is an easy walk to a number of good restaurants and bars. Thanks for a fun stay.

Great stay and beautiful home! Pros: Place was exactly like the pictures. Host was responsive and friendly. Helped us find things we were looking for. Plenty of space and accommodations for sleeping. Very clean and lots of kitchenware for use. Cons: The grill didn’t work so we had to use the stove for our cookout. We also could not get the sound system to work. All in all, a beautiful and accommodating place. We were just let down we had purchased lots of food to use the grill. But recommend regardless :)

Beautiful, clean and walkable place! They were accommodating to a last minute booking in the middle of the night. The check in instructions were clear, we felt safe and there were enough beds for our group to have their own bed. Also loved that we were able to walk home from the bars on Rainey Street. Would definitely recommend staying here!
