I stayed here for a work trip and initially had a positive experience. However, on the morning of checkout, I discovered several small black bugs in the bed (we did find out they were stink bugs). This was extremely unsettling, especially considering I had been sleeping there the entire stay.
I shared photos with the host, but unfortunately, the response was dismissive rather than concerned or solution-focused. This was disappointing, as I travel to Nashville regularly for work and had planned to book this Airbnb again.
I’m now concerned that the bugs may have been present the whole time. While the location is convenient, this experience left me uncomfortable and unsure about returning. I hope the issue is properly addressed for future guests.
I had to take a last minute work trip to Nashville and found this gem. Everything was very clean and centrally located to many places. I love that the host had a fully stocked kitchen so that I could easily cook a meal. This was the perfect accommodation and I will look for this whenever I have to travel for work!

I had a great stay in Nashville for Halloween weekend! The place was beautiful and offered such a nice vacation spot. 10 minute drive to downtown and a couple of local spots to walk to. Pretty close to some hiking trails which I enjoyed while there. Would book again :)
Definitely enjoyed my stay and i will loveeeee to stay there again. My dates were 2 nights and a night before my checkout I booked another stay because of how great this place was. Very good for the price
My husband and I had an amazing stay. Check in instructions were detailed and clear. The place was spotless and we loved the decor. The Hosts were super responsive and gave great recommendations. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. I really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville while still being a quick drive from major attractions. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal stay in East Nashville! Amazing restaurants, coffee, and shopping all around. Can not recommend this stay enough. So happy we booked here - made our concert trip so smooth. Cozy, comfortable, and relaxing all while still being in the heart of a social neighborhood.
Will definitely be back to stay anytime I’m visiting my home city.

An extremely clean and well kept apartment. Perfect for anyone looking to cook, do laundry, and have a peaceful place to stay. Hosts are very responsive and helpful during the stay!
Elegant and very modern unit with upscale appliances and bathroom. Admirable windows, which is important to me and a cute little balcony that I took my coffee on in the morning. One free parking space is helpful. Full size washer and dryer. Very well stocked kitchen with supplies and cutlery pans et cetera. 2 nice big TVs. Location is good and actually very quiet at night and absolutely love their quiet hour policy from 10 pm to 8 a m. I was here for several months and felt very comfortable.And safe and provided for. The absolute best thing is, the management is extremely responsive, thoughtful and generous. I have stayed in many, many, many airbnbs and no host has ever been this helpful. I had a few issues and they resolved these things quickly, and always very friendly and polite. My only issue is wifi is spotty and had work videos and could not complete some of these. I'm a first responder, so ran meetings on my phone which is not ideal. Walk to grocery/restrnts/drugstore.

Our stay was amazing it was very clean and modern. Check in was easy and they even left a bottle of wine as a gift. I highly recommend everyone to try out this unit.

Stayed for 3 nights and was very pleased with how clean it was and the amenities provided during our stay.
We liked how it’s not far from the airport. It’s situated in the Greenwood district, which is quite charming and very walkable. I didn’t have a car so it was great that I felt safe walking a 10-25 min. walking radius from this location. There’s a bus stop that is about a 10 min walk that takes you to downtown which was a plus for us. There’s a cute vintage store across the street & plenty of restaurants that you can walk to as well.
The host was great at responding if we had any questions.
It was a bit confusing when it came to finding the entry. The instructions assume that you are coming in from the alleyway but it’d be useful to provide instructions from the front side as well (for people who don’t have a car and get dropped off in front of the building). Only complaint is that noise from other units is easily heard and they ask you to take trash out to the dumpster.
Wonderful place and so convenient to Nashville Yards! Very clean and spacious! This is my third time staying here and I love it!!

The place was beautiful very clean. A little on the small side. The property manager was always on site. Can make you feel like your being watched. Other then that the place was decorated and described just as pictures said.

Definitely a 10/10 BNB! I enjoyed my stay from beginning to end and wish I could’ve added an extra day but someone else was checking in the day I was set to leave. These book up fast so if you can get a reservation do so ASAP!!!
We loved this Airbnb. It was very clean and modern. Loved the design on the inside! The bed was extremely comfortable! It was exactly as pictured. It was a pretty quick uber ride to get to anywhere you wanted to go in Nashville. There is not a lot that is walkable from the location, but there are a few restaurants. The only small issue we had was with the WiFi. We did contact them about it, and they were very responsive with trying to get it resolved. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb!
The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and very comfortable overall. My only suggestion would be to improve the bedding—the sheets felt a bit thin and could be better quality. Additionally, it would be great to have a mattress protector for added cleanliness and comfort.
This apartment is very quiet and well equipped with bathroom and kitchen items. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the TVs easy to find some of our favorite shows.
It is an upstairs apartment, with steep steps, but manageable. Best fish tacos outside of Mexico are right across the street!
Great food spots within walking distance. 5 point area is a scooter ride away.
