Our stay was wonderful!! We absolutely loved all the amenities provided. I was surprised how well the kitchen was stocked with all that was needed to make our meals - minus from spices which was in the description. I even brought my own baking pan not knowing I didnt need it. I loved the washer and dryer as that was helpful. There were no issues with parking. The neighborhood is quiet and locals are very nice. Highly recommend to stay.
We loved staying here! Great location, so close to downtown but removed enough to escape the downtown chaos! Spotless Airbnb, super cute decor and great for 2 people!

Great location, walkable to nearby restaurants. I felt safe. The apartment was well designed and used every inch of the space well. The team was responsive if I needed something and self check in and check out was a breeze.

We enjoyed Kay's perch during our short stay in Nashville. It was cute, cozy, comfortable and super clean. The variety of the food flair in the immediate area made it hard to choose. It was a quick Uber trip to Broadway which we enjoyed one evening. The two very minimal things that stood out was the small sofa and there is only one mirror in the entire unit which is in the restroom so it made it difficult getting ready one person at a time. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful, nice place.
Pros: great walkable location to east Nashville local spots. Very clean unit. Nice updates and aesthetics. Wonderful supportive mattress. Free parking. Cons: bedroom is next to door entrance and lots of noise from hallway as the unit door is not sound proof or tight as light is visible thru door frame. You can hear people coming and going from the other units, very loud. It’s also Next to gas station/vape shop so bright lights come thru blackout curtains. Tight entryway, door hits trashcan and no place to leave shoes. Dining table to too large for space.
This is a beautiful newly renovated condo. Easy to park and an easy Uber downtown. Street got a little bit noisy at night but we enjoyed the outdoor space anyway. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed and bed linens looked and felt brand new.
The place was immaculate and very well designed. Truly a beautiful space. The bed linens were nice quality. Only real negative for us was the street and building noise. Would recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep through the night. We could hear conversations from people staying in the other units into the early morning hours.
The place was clean and as-described. Walking distance to a mini mart and a couple restaurants was great. It definitely felt more like a hotel than a home, which wasn't an issue, but feels worth mentioning. If you're looking for a home-y Nashville experience this might not be for you, but if you need a well-maintained and functional place to crash, this is your spot. I didn't love the off-platform check in process / automated messages as I feel that it took away from an otherwise responsive property management company.

Kay's Place is LOVELY! It is a newer building and the decor is so welcoming and included parking. 🥰 The location has a full kitchen for those that want to cook - but we only had coffee because we were out and about exploring Nashville. The neighborhood is walkable and has 5 restaurants right across the street which we tried during those times when we were not downtown. I enjoyed the private patio in the morning and during the evening. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains make you want to sleep in! The location is only about 15 minutes to downtown and the airport so it was very convenient. No need to jump on the expressway to get downtown . There is a street that takes you directly there. Washer / Dryer in unit also so I went home with clean clothes. 😌 The host checked in daily to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Will definitely choose this location again. Wonderful place!!!

Everything seemed brand new and nice. There was a complimentary bottle of wine to greet us, which was a nice touch. Only thing I wished for is a full length mirror somewhere!
The location was nice with lots of things to do, and the drive to Nashville downtown was less than 10 minutes. The host is very responsive and gave us a very nice list of recommendations!
This condo was perfect. The condo was immaculate. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and this met all of my expectations. The patio was very cute. The building smelled new and looked the part. The neighborhood was walkable. The locals were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is maybe getting a makeup mirror for the bathroom. All said, you will be happy with your stay here. We will definitely return.

This rental is spotless/clean and well thought out with the decor and amenities. I love that they give you two large tvs, one in the den and one in the bedroom. The mattress and bedding were so comfortable, and the shower was great. They provided laundry detergent pods, which we appreciated. This location is close to walk or drive to so many restaurants and bars. My questions were always answered quickly. This is a brand new unit so you get the benefit of new everything.
We loved this apartment! It was super comfortable, great parking (you just have to go through the alley behind the gas station), central location with good restaurants 1 block away. I know Nashville well and have stayed at many places in East Nashville and this place had the most amenities. The washer and dryer was a god send! Lots of appliances. Everything was new. Two TVs. The people running it were so nice and accommodating! We will go back!
