We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The condo itself is very comfortable and the lanai is large, quiet and private although the AC unit does blow the hot air directly onto the shaded area of the balcony. We had issues with a poorly functioning AC unit but it was cleaned and should be okay now. Takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach which is lovely. About a 1 minute walk to the pool which had shade areas available and rent beach stuff for reasonable prices.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Place was awesome. Especially upstairs having its own bathroom was so perfect! Walk to the beach and pool area was amazing. Great place to stay and very convenient for 4 of us. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained. The patio by far was my favorite part. Eating dinner and enjoying the sunset was great! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and beautiful place to stay! Made our vacation memorable. Air conditioning was okay but with the fans just made it perfect!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a really nice stay, and the place looked just like the photos, which is always appreciated. The location was amazing, right across from Kamaole Beach III. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. A few things could be improved. We were a family of five and there were five beach chairs provided, but one was broken and the others were quite old and rusty. There was also no beach umbrella, which would have been really helpful. Updating these items would make a big difference. It would also be nice to have some food storage containers (like Tupperware) for taking snacks or leftovers to the beach. The sofa bed was also quite loud and not very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, just a few updates would make it an even better experience.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Upon arrival to the suite at Kamaole Sands the rental unit was not up to our standards in terms of cleanliness and a general lack of maintenance being done on it. As such we contacted the host immediately and Joshua was found to be very responsive and solution oriented to correct the situation in a timely manner. We were relocated to 2 other units that the host had available during our time in Maui that were much more up to our standards that made our time much more enjoyable especially with a lot of time spent indoors due to the Kona Low Storms of March 2026.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Wonderful stay! I was here for about 10 days with my two boys and it was wonderful for families and easy walking distance!

The condo was a great place. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with cups, plates, pans. The deck has a nice view of ocean. Over all, great place. Thank you for sharing your place!!!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a great time at this Maui condo! The location was great, just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made morning swims and sunset strolls a daily routine. The area is peaceful and safe, and the views of the ocean in the distance created the most relaxing atmosphere. The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and towels that were provided. The balcony was a great hangout spot—perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or watching the stars at night. We also found it super convenient to be close to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Whether we wanted fresh poke, shave ice, or a nice dinner, it was all within short driving distance. The host made check-in a breeze. You can really tell they care about the guest experience. This was stay was an amazing experience and we would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Lanai had a nice view. Easy walk across parking lot to Kam 3 beach. Lots of miss matched furniture and low quality linens, kitchen items, etc. For a $1 million + property it was disappointing. Host wanted to threaten the front desk when I was checking in. Felt hostile.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Easy to find location, host was responsive when I couldn’t get to my airbnb. The location is a 2 min walk from the beach, lots of restaurants around as well.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The place was fine. Great location, decent pool, quiet. The reason it's not 5 stars is the little things - there were only 2 beach towels provided for a place offering occupancy of up to 6, the king bed had a twin sheet for some reason (I was able to locate a king with help from host), the furniture (especially the beds) were dated/worn. I choose this over a hotel with similar amenities at a similar price and feel I would have gotten more from a hotel that's in the hospitality business rather than a place that skimps on shampoo and towels and has a long list of don'ts.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had an amazing stay and the location is very convenient to walk over to the beach. The umbrella and beach towels provided were extremely useful; we didn’t take the chairs as the straps were all broken making it a bit hard to transport. Location to other attractions were easy. The washer and dryer were a lifesavers. Overall we loved it and enjoyed our stay very much.

We found really helpful to have everything we needed for the beach including diving equipment and beach toys. We enjoyed having coffees and lunches on the balcony looking at the ocean on one side and mountains on the other side. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We loved this place! We had a group of people all in Hawaii for a friends wedding, and all of us had our own unit in this complex! It was great to have our own space, but connect with friends on the property when we wanted to. The beds were very comfortable (which was a relief, because you never know with airbnbs) the complex is right across the street from a nice beach. The unit was clean and the check-in/ check-out process was super easy. This place worked out great for us. Thank you!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! What you see is what you get, pool access, tennis courts, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, in unit laundry. The rest is stingy. Pre-measured laundry detergent for about four loads of laundry. Travel sized body wash and shampoo for about three days. Limited beach towels. A sign on the fridge reads "this property is stocked for 24 hours, any additional necessities need to be purchased on your own." No one is flying to Hawaii for a 24 hour stay. We booked a six day stay and expected amenities to last a comfortable six days. While all inclusive resorts are more expensive upfront, it's worth a second look on what you save throughout the trip! That being said, location is amazing, the beach that's walking distance had the best coral reef to enjoy while snorkeling!

Amazing guest! Great location, short walk to K3 which was so fun to swim at and hang out. The pool was fun as well. The grounds are beautiful, and well taken care of. The unit itself was nice, initially had a few issues but they were quickly resolved. We booked this unit because of the A/C but the loft still stayed quite warm and the output was in a closet on the patio which made the patio unusable because it just blew hot air out at you.

Amazing guest! This place was great for 4 of us. The place was very clean and easy to get to, fab location super close to the beach and Kihei restaurants and business. The beach supplies was good and so useful. The only problem was the pullout sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable and squeaky/loud that it was wasn't useful and we changed our sleeping arrangements after the first night so that no one would have to sleep on it. Other than that it was amazing.
