Sergio and his party were fantastic guests. It was wonderful getting to know them. They kept the unit clean, followed property guidelines, and communicated well. We hope to host them again for a future stay. This recomendation formally records our excellent experience at the Sarasota apartment, rented via Airbnb in May 2026. The property exceeded all expectations, standing out for its immaculate cleanliness, sophisticated decor, and functional post-renovation layout. The host demonstrated exemplary professionalism, promptly and efficiently addressing all requests with courtesy. Regarding infrastructure, while there are no private machines, the building’s common laundry room is modern and perfectly adequate for extended stays. We also highlight the convenience of the provided beach essentials (umbrella and chairs), which made our leisure time much more practical. We strongly recommend this property for its superior quality and excellent service. We look forward to returning soon.Sincerely,
