Ihor and their party were wonderful guests. They communicated well, kept the unit clean and followed property guidelines. We hope to host them again in the future. Our stay at Jamica Royale was ok. Overpriced. The location is great, gated community with walkable distance to the white sand beach is 2 min. Beach is shallow, good for kids. And don't forget to bring mosquito spray. The apartment as pictured and described, very clean, recently renovated. Kitchen has all you need if you cook a lot. Very nice. We had power outage 1 day from 2pm to 8pm, notified by front desk. But luckily, we were out on the beach. Bed mattress was very soft for us. Coffee maker no filters or we couldn't find it. It would be great if there is a beach cart. We would recommend this property but for us it was a little pricey.
