Clean and peaceful It was awesome the family had plenty of room and space.

Nice place When we arrived, we were surprised to find no ice machine and the guy selling ice had already gone for the day. We had to fight traffic to go across the road to get ice. We parked in a place that was not numbered because we couldn't find one for our room. It was a little confusing what was going on with the parking and even though we didn't get towed, we did get a warning. The cabinet door under the kitchen sink was in the pantry when we got there. After our sink started leaking under the sink, a repairman promptly came and fixed the leak and the cabinet door. Our last night there, the upstairs neighbors decided to have a party at midnight. We had a sleeping baby in our group and we eventually had to call someone to be able to sleep. Kudos to the owner for coming to check on us while we were there. Great place to stay and thanks to all who took care of us.

Great price for unit, but dated furnishings We love the location of Jade East and the price was a bargain. However, there was no broom or vacuum, only one dish towel. The furnishings are old and the recliner was borderline unusable. Guest services were inconsistent, at times helpful and at times annoying. The rental agreement was not sent until the day of check-in, received in the middle of our 6 hour drive to get there. We had to call for assistance to locate parking passes and found them hidden on top of the refrigerator.

Save your money and go else where. Traveled 9 hours from TN to spend the week with my babies at the beach and instead paid to live in what felt like a motel 8. Most disgusting, and unkept place I have ever stayed. I will never book again.

Amazing view, very spacious. It was clean but there was tape left on the walls from a previous guest maybe. The master bedroom is very hot and hard to cool as there is only one vent and is surrounded with windows. We had to plug up a fan to blow cool air out of the bathroom to be able to sleep semi-comfortably. There was a very loud groaning noise maybe from pipes in the wall around the kitchen area. Great location but needs work for a more comfortable stay.

If they did upgrade on the condo it would be better Positive: Especially the view, that it was close to the beach and Location to stores and restaurants Negative: That it was not well maintained, bathrooms had mold around tubs and tiles, the plastic curtains was dirty, the coffee maker was broken

We stayed August 1–6 and had a great time! The ocean views were beautiful, and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The location was convenient, with Walmart and Publix nearby. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the main bedroom stayed pretty warm, even with four fans and keeping the curtains closed during the day. For beach days, chair and umbrella setups are available for a fee. If you bring your own setup, you'll need to be behind the commercial setups, about three rows back from the water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We did not enjoy our stay at all. We started with a major leak in the bathroom ceiling so we were out of a bathroom all weekend. One of the other working bathrooms didn’t have good drainage in the tub and the toilet did not flush good. The AC went out and we had to get the repair man out. The floor was dirty, the cabinets were dingy and falling off the hinges. We also had roaches crawling in the bathroom. There were multiple light bulbs out all around the condo. Overall not worth what we paid. The host very quick to respond and got help for the things we needed so i will give them that.

It could’ve been better had it been thoroughly cleaned. Positive: The location, the space and the view. Negative: It wasn’t clean, trash was left from the previous tenant. Red spots on blankets. Some structures were broken, like the door panel and air vents dusty and coming off.

DISGUSTING Positive: I liked the location. Negative: The condo was DISGUSTING!!!!! the floors had sand on them still when we got there and the rugs. The floors were not cleaned all of socks were filthy just the few minutes we were in there. The fans in the bedroom weren't able to turn on the wobbled so badly. The icemaker barely worked. The stove was so disgusting like it wasn't even cleaned when we arrived the only I think was done was fabulouso thrown around to give it a smell. The balcony windows were disgusting . Went to cook dinner first night and saw a roach by the stove so we had to keep all our food up. The staff was rude and weren't friendly at all. I don't know how they keep returning guest with how filthy the condo was. I will never stay at jade east towers again. I will continue my stay elsewhere and will never refer anyone here and will make another Google review. The bathroom in the master bedroom was so nasty we had to go buy bleach and other cleaners to clean before we could even use.

Was a little disappointed with the unit. All the tubs & sinks backup with water and had issues with the toilets. Also the washer leaked all over the floor so we decided not to use it. The dryer is a dinosaur and took 4-5 hours to dry a load, the unit is dated and very lightly equipped. I would not rent this unit again.

This condo was perfect for our mothers/daughters visit to Destin. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular (even the master bedroom is ocean front The balcony was large enough for the 8 of us to sit outside and listen to the waves. The pool is clean. The hot tub was hot. The beach is within walking distance and renting chairs and an umbrella was easy. We were even able to pay for the following day’s chairs and umbrellas which were then setUp for us when we walked down to the beach the next morning. I’d definitely recommend this condo!

We loved our stay. The views were unmatched, amenities were great and we will definitely be back! Some of the negatives included both bathtubs did not drain well while showering, and the kitchen only had a small amount of silverware. It also would have been nice to have some blankets in the living room. All in all it was a great place and we loved it!

Great Gulf Views!!! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo has fabulous Gulf of Mexico views. The beach is beautiful with white sand and clear, gorgeous ocean water. The pool and jacuzzi are great. It is conveniently located near all things Destin. If you are looking for a great view, this is the one.

Really enjoyed this condo. LOVED the floor to ceilings windows. Very spacious. Clean. Plenty of beds and rooms. Right on the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub since the weather was on the chilly side. The amenties are nice and well maintained. Close to everything in Destin. The only complaint I have is the lack of seating in the living room.

One day property mgmt had to enter the room to check/inspect the sprinkler heads, no big deal there from a safety standpoint. Two days later a maint person tried to enter the room announced, the door jam lock was on so the door wouldn’t open all the way but still, check your records before you just enter someone’s room. Otherwise the room was great, awesome view, master bedroom got very hot in the afternoon (all the ocean side windows) luckily there was an oscillating fan in the closet that helped tremendously keep the temp down.

We had a great time. The room was wonderful all the way around. The whole process was seamless.

Scenic Stays We really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing time. The condo we had was wonderful.

The property was spacious and clean, had easy access to the beach, and a great pool!

1120 Shower wouldn’t drain and ac quit working

Beautiful Amazing place to stay. We had a wonderful time. There is washer and dryer even though it’s not listed. Would definitely recommend.

Needs work The unit was on a great location with a nice pool and easy beach access. But, the unit needs a lot of updates and various things fixed

Great place but, needs repairs/ new furniture Great location, plenty of space and great view. But, the interior needs works. Outdated and something’s we were scared to mess with because it could fall apart. The cleaners could have paid more attention to certain areas. And we definitely could’ve used some cleaning supplies suck as a broom or vacuum. The beds were nice. And there was plenty of towels and wash cloths which was a plus! Overall we enjoyed our week here and would consider staying again.

Vacation Stay Place was exactly like described and the pictures showed. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would mention is making sure the TV's are in working order before guests arrive.

Amazing view I love the location. You are close to everything. The unit needs updating. Our first night the door tore up and we couldn't leave. Then we tried to cook and the stove wouldn't work. Maintenance looked at and tried to fix it. We used it the next day and the smoke alarm went off.

Vacation Stay Place was exactly as described and clean. Check in/out was very easy and communication was prompt when needed. The only issue was we could not get any TV due to Internet issues and the master bedroom TV would turn on but would not work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
