look for somewhere else The unit was nasty baby's legs were filthy, had to call and report and they sent someone out to re-mop the floors. They had no cleaner only used dirty mop and water. I sent my son to buy a mop and floor cleaner and I mopped it. We rented 2 sets of beach chairs. Could not put up a tent on the beach and was only allowed 1 small umbrella for 4 children. I was told it was HOA rules. Will not be back to this location.
July Stay Check in process was excellent. All went smooth. When we arrived my 12 month granddaughter crawled on the floor and tops of her feet were black. Ceiling above the stove was filthy with grease and grime. Also outside condo door the ceiling dryer vent was clogged had not been cleaned out by maintenance for a good while. Looks like housekeeping needs to step it up a bit otherwise we did have a nice vacation.
It was okay Our stay at jade East was okay. The unit itself could use some work. The hall toilet didn’t work when we got there, thank goodness one of our family members knew how to fix it. The king bed has a queen sheet on it and the mattress itself was disgusting. Beds were really uncomfortable. Washer was rusted. Wouldn’t book this unit again.
Perfect location with beautiful view Our family of 6 enjoyed this condo! We were extremely comfortable with the space. The view was stunning and we were even able to watch dolphins swimming from our balcony every day! A couple things happened that is outside the control of the owners. The the garbage collection was very loud and early in the morning. It made it hard to sleep through. The hot tub heater was not turned on for the entire day one day because the security gal forgot to switch it on and she was not able to get into the mechanical room to fix that. The water was very cold and made it unusable. Outside of that, we had a great stay here. The location was centrally located to everything and made it very easy to get around town.
Location great but condo dated Positive: Location and kitchen was functional and the pillows were amazing Negative: Stains on sheets and chairs. Beds were lumpy and loud. Bar stools had a urine smell. Sofa is super worn.
The unit was disappointing! Negative: The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking pots and pans! Very little cooking equipment!!! Balcony was not clean, doors were very stained or dirty! Could not get hot water in the master bedroom shower!!!
Great views of ocean and beach.Furnishings need to be updated.Missing several tv remotes. Called # given for info, never received assistance. Check in and check out easy.

Roomy enough for a group stay Positive: Vewis were great from the room Negative: Neeed upgrades to few areas in the room as for the bathrooms and kitchen and washer and dryer area
Was an amazing view! Positive: It was right off the beach! Had an ocean view and it was amazing. Negative: That your only allowed to set up umbrellas on the beach.
The location was great we loved that. More than likely we won’t stay there again because of the mold in the apartment an Positive: I loved the fact that it was really close to the beach. Negative: Mold in bathrooms, dirty shower curtains, sheets weren’t clean. Also elevators weren’t working half the time, which made it hard for us to checkout on time.
The condos need an update to keep up with the high pricing of units. Positive: The location. Negative: The unit bathrooms was very outdated . Just did patch work where needed. My truck was towed off premises after security advised me where to park. Lack of communication between security and hoa staff. If you don’t rent chairs on beach , you will be placed behind chair rentals.
Overall great location! Positive: Location was great!!! Negative: There was a black area on ceiling in bathroom. When oven was turned on, there was the worst smell coming from it, so we were unable to cook, The condo overall needs just a few updates in order for it to feel more clean.
Overall it was okay. Positive: The view Negative: Here’s why I will not rate my stay 5 stars. The bedroom with the king size bed did not have curtains or blinds that covered the whole windows, the bottom of the bedroom door was broken, the lights in one of the other bedrooms went out, although they came back on they kept flickering. I did message maintenance and nobody ever replied. Oh and in order for us to sit by the shore we had to rent beach chairs. We couldn’t use our own canopies.

Great place to stay! Positive: Loved everything about it. Location was great, condo was nice and clean, beach wasn’t crowded. Will definitely be staying again! Negative: Can’t think of a single thing!

Unit is in horrible shape. Beds, bathtub, stove, curtains all need to be replaced. W/d is rusted. Walls need painting. Hair conditioner went out however booking company was quick to send repairman. I would not recommend place at all
Great Place to Stay! Everything that I read the place matched up completely very roomy three bathrooms, three bedrooms lots of space for everyone, security privacy, and just an all-around great place to stay in Destin. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there!
Housekeeping Housing keeping needs to step it up. Floor in living/kitchen area was filthy when we arrived. Ceiling above stove is greasy and dust balls hanging. Dryer vent on ceiling outside condo was overflowing with lint (isn't this a fire Hazzard) ? I will not return to this condo I don't believe it was worth the money that I paid for it. I will say it has a beautiful view.

Beautiful View Beautiful view and great location. Gated, safe parking was definitely a plus. Needs updating, could be a great condo with it....no hot water, just luke warm with terrible water pressure. Kitchen needs to be stocked better and mattresses all need replacing. Just not a clean beachy feel...kinda rundown hotel feel.
A few issues Many of the coffee cups were dirty so we felt the need to wash all the dishes before using. Plus it is time for a new coffee maker along with some new pans. The middle toilet runs a lot and the bathroom tub with the washer and dryer drips no matter how hard we tried to turn it off. Other than those things the condo is spectacular with its size and location.
