Sheila, was a pleasure to host! Great place to stay close to beach. House needs some maintenance game room door wouldn't shut toilet ran the whole time no hot water in upstairs shower. TV didn't work. Could do a little better w coffee supplies compared to other airbnbs.

Perfect location across the street from the beach and a half mile to the village. House was clean with a great pool and game room for entertainment. Provided chairs, small cooler and cart for traveling. Had an. Issue with the door lock a d the maintenance was there to fix it in 5 minutes.

Michael was a wonderful guest during his stay with us. He communicated well and respected the home. We would be happy to host him again in the future. We had to clean when we got there; there was dust and dirt in the bathrooms and under the toe kicks in the kitchen. The alarm for the sliding door to the porch was a nuisance because the outdoor button was missing so the alarm went off every time it was opened from the outside. The neighbors most likely did not like that

Cons: The stairs are a huge killer. My in-laws weren’t happy. Would help to have an elevator. Not ADA friendly at all. Too many pots and pan in kitchen leave zero room for storage. Our food was all over the place. Kitchen counter space is very small for cooking and prepping. Ice maker not working. Sofa bed super old, most uncomfortable sofa in the world-pro tip: bring an inflatable mattress and ditch the sofa bed. No towel hangers in bathrooms or bedrooms. Bedroom fan noisy, my husband had to attach to ceiling. Shower upstairs can have better setup, everything gets wet and no water pressure at all. Can’t control A/C, hot during daytime, freezing at night. Backyard filthy, pool full of sand and barely maintained. Grills full of grease, burn food. Nobody came to clean up patio, spray for bugs or trim overgrown foliage. We had to clean after previous messy renters and messy neighbors on apt A. Dryer old, sounds like a screaming gorilla. Gross. Pros: beds are ok. Clean sheets and towels. Location is perfect. Parking is comfortable for 3 cars. Quiet and private. Pool is a plus for kids after a nice morning at the beach or for a night swim. Management responded quickly to fridge issue but never fixed the ice maker as promised. We’d like to explore options with elevator or one-story for next year. We won’t be coming back to this one mostly because of stairs.

The home was clean and exactly as described. It's a very short walk to beach. The property management folks communicated well and was very responsive.
