Overall we had a great time the location to the beach was perfect and there was store within walking distance for convenience. We had a few issues with the house but the host was very quick with a response and helpful. The pool was nice and just enough for us. Lots of space through out the house. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This house was absolutely beautiful celebrated me and my fiancé bachelorette and bachelor party. The pool was terrific. The house was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay thank you so much for hosting us our first time in Port A.

Overall the house met our needs for 7 adults and 3 children--lots of space to spread out/have privacy (each bedroom has its own full bathroom), but also come together around a single dining table. The kitchen is well-stocked, although some cooking items show wear and tear. Regardless, we made several meals from scratch and enjoyed the common areas, including the open living/dining room, pool, and plenty of spaces to lounge. The house was in need of some repairs--no functioning outlets in one bedroom, lack of air conditioning in another, and leaky pipe--but the host was extremely responsive to every message. The location (walkable to the beach and no thru-traffic), plus amenities (beach towels/toys), made this rental worth it!

Such a great location!! It’s a great house for big groups since there’s plenty of bed space and bathrooms. The beach is a quick walk down the boardwalk or a couple minutes on a golf cart.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is one of our favorites on the island! Love the location, the decor, the pool, etc. The house is always clean, there’s plenty of room for our family gathering, and the Host is very responsive and friendly.

Great place!

Overall, the place was clean and in a good location, which made it convenient for getting around. Communication with the host was generally good, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. I had to wait to receive the house code and ended up needing to ask for it, which made check-in less smooth than expected. Additionally, there was no hot water on the third floor during my stay, and unfortunately this was not resolved by the host. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location couldn't be better — just a short walk to the beach, and close enough to downtown that we grabbed food and browsed the shops without needing to drive every time. The space itself was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was a great spot to rinse off and relax after a long day in the sun. The AC kept up even during the hottest part of the afternoon, which we appreciated. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive when we had a quick question about parking. No surprises, no issues — just a relaxing trip. Port Aransas is a gem, and this place is a great home base for exploring it. Highly recommend!

Great property, close to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful home and perfect location! Positive: The location was great and the home is absolutely beautiful! There are stores at a walking distance, a place to rent carts around the corner and can’t forget about the beach! You will also find everything that you may need for a day at the beach, from a small cooler, beach toys, a wagon, towels, etc. Negative: We found a straw on the bench in the upstairs restroom when I was laying my clothes to shower. There were also chopsticks under the couch and I only found them because I was sweeping. Besides this everything was perfect!

11/10 type listing! favorable location, space was convenient for our large group, house amenities are a great addition to the property! Boardwalk was a family favorite along with the kitchen island!!

Beautiful home, we were very comfortable with the size of the home. Location was great too close to the beach and near a few shops. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is so inviting and cozy! Everyone was I love with the kitchen. So gorgeous and it had absolutely everything anyone could need to cook at the home. The mattresses were so comfortable. You just melt away in bed. My husband and I have bad backs so quality mattresses are a must. Even the couches were comfy. We slept very well as did our guests. The kids loved the pool and the downstairs was very kid friendly. The doors have latches at the top to prevent wandering kiddos. The extra security was appreciated by all the moms. There were TVs facing every bed and seating area. There were puzzles, games and pool toys provided. We loved staying here. The company was so friendly and accommodating. I got a response almost right away any and every time I had a question. We had an issue with the pool our first night and someone was there the next morning to take care of it. No excuses whatsoever. Sand key just made sure it was taken care of so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you ❤️

House is beautiful and location is great. However there is not a propane grill on premises as marketed in the photos of description. The outdoor sink didn’t work nor did any pool lights work. We were super excited to be able to walk to the beach however the boardwalk is inaccessible due to “construction”. Which we only found out from talking to locals & walking the beach. The lack of communication was unsettling. One of our elderly guest couldn’t use her shower due to the glass door hanging on a small nail connected to the hinge. No consideration for safety or trying to accommodate for the inconvenience. The host never responded or “update” with information on any concerns. A few tweaks or better up keeping and this place could be remarkable!

Perfect stay for our family of 14. I highly recommend!

We had the best time! We were even allowed an early check in, (2 hours!) - I became very car sick on the way down and they were so wonderful to allow us to check in. We’ve stayed several times in Port A, this by far was the best house. Having a pool was so handy for the kids and they came by several times to maintain it. The house was perfect for our huge family!! It was the perfect distance to the beach to with the golf carts as well. Neighborhood was calm and not busy - as for others have been more traffic/rentals. We cannot wait to book again for next year!

Large, well functioning home Inside of home is very nice and functions well. Close to the beach, just a block away. Outside of home needs some TLC. Looks very worn and needs some fresh paint and gate repair.

The house is great. Great spaces for a number of people, and very comfortable. Great location and would rent again. However, the oven did not work and two days in a row a repairman came and was unable to fix it. We were told a convection oven would be delivered and it never was. This was an inconvenience and added an expense as we had bought a lot of food that required an oven. So not only did that food go to waste, but we had to spend additional money at restaurants for 3 nights. A better solution should have been offered, or at the least what they said they would do should have been done.

This place was absolutely beautiful, was very spacious and looked just like the photos! The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and allowed us to check in a little earlier than our designated time. We had a wonderful time staying here.

It was an amazing house and perfect for the 8 of us. It is convenient to stores and beach. It was very clean and well decorated. We will try to book again.
