Gregory And Lauren were a pleasure to host!

Michael was a pleasure to host! This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four adults, three kids, and one infant. My sister's house was a five minute walk and the beach was a three minute walk. The house was just as described and was in great shape. There were a couple of issues that left me disappointed, however. In my room, the shower in the bathroom did not have a shelf or soap dish where we could put our shower items. Also, there were no towel racks or hooks where we could hang our towels. The host, which is just a property manager, contacted me the first day we were there and asked how things were going. I told them about this issue and their reply implied the issue would be taken care of. It wasn't. Also, we had ten people for a week. Coffee filters are not provided. We got only two dishwashing tablets, two washing machine pods, two extra trash bags, and one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. This was certainly not enough, so we had to purchase more. Why not just provide enough for the week?

Susan, Was A Pleasure To Host! Perfect place for our family reunion! Very walkable to the beach and Saint Amands circle. Place was clean and very well equipped. We hope that we can return next year! We are a group of eight, Three sisters, two brothers and three spouses. Place offers room to spread out. Highly recommend!

Alexandra was a wonderful guest during her stay with us, she respected the home and house rules! Fabulous rental! Near the beach, walkable to restaurants / stores. Perfect beach oasis.

Pros: The location of this property is fantastic. It's a block away from Lido Beach. The pool was a nice place to hang out when the weather was too windy for the beach. Cons: We had cockroaches in our bedrooms (on our pillow as we slept!), the bathroom, the tiled area (former kitchen in front building), and the back building as well. (Management had exterminator come and spray outside and since there was not a dresser in the front bedroom for our clothes (we had to keep them in our luggage on the floor!), they also ordered a luggage rack that we put together ). Unfortunately for us, it was difficult to sleep well after that experience. Also, the front building is without an official kitchen. There is a mini fridge, a microwave, even a dishwasher, but no sink. If we needed to pour a drink out or wipe the counter, we would need to utilize the bathrooms. It was inconvenient since we thought the property had a kitchen in each building. Again, the location is great, but the price we paid for the week, I wasn't feeling as if I was staying in 'luxury.'

Beautiful location, short walk to the the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Fully equipped, clean, and spacious.

The rental is two older homes connected by a breezeway. It is very spacious with lots of room to be together as a group or have privacy . There are five bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds. The beach is right across the street and the walk is very short and convenient. St Armands circle is within walking distance. They provide beach chairs and other beach necessities. They are building a new home about a foot or so from the property. We were lucky that they only worked a couple of days of our stay but when construction was going on it was loud, intrusive, and did not provide a very relaxing environment. There were plumbing issues. The toilets didn't flush properly and at one point sewage was actually coming up into the showers. They did get a repairman out quickly when contacted. There was popcorn, candy wrappers, and other debris under the furniture, and dead bugs under the beds. There were also live roaches. We saw several large bugs and also small ones were in the bathtub.
