Kacie was a pleasure to host We loved our stay here! The company was very responsive and readily available. The location is wonderful and a quick walk to the beach. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation in Anna Maria.
Amy and Jane were a pleasure to host! The house was perfect for our group. We loved having the front deck and the screened porch (which was the best place to enjoy some rain storms). The kitchen had a good assortment of dishes, cookware and small appliances. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the community pool was such a nice option, too.
Megan was a pleasure to host This place was perfect for our family of 6! Easy walk to both the pool and the beach made everyone happy. At the house, we really enjoyed both the front porch and the back lanai. Easy walk or drive to all of AMI’s best restaurants and shops!

Josh was a pleasure ! Great stay for our family! It had everything we could possibly need. Added bonus of paddle board, beach toys & chairs and beach wagon. The hosts communicated every step of the way and checked in before, during and after our stay. Great walking distance to trolly and beach access as well. Highly recommend this peaceful get away on the island!

Katherine was a pleasure to host! Wonderful experience at this beautiful condo for our family of three generations! It looks exactly like the photos. Everything you could possibly need was available: plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchen essentials. The home was immaculate, the beds were comfy, TV controls were easy to use , and the lanai was spectacular. Quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo is in a quiet development with lots of trees. Restaurants were minutes away. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I would stay there again and again! If you're going to Anna Maria, you don't want to miss out on this place! I should note for families with small children:there were no lifeguards seen at the nearby Holmes Beach but Manatee was only a 5 minute drive.)

Dana was a pleasure to host! We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Having a screened in porch and another in the sun was great when we wanted fresh air. The garage was equipped with beach chairs, a wagon, and umbrella, so we had everything we needed for long stays at the beach. The host was also very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this property in the future.
