El lugar de alojamiento súper cómodo y asequible para cualquier cosa que se te antoje. Pero la hora de entrega del cuarto me gustaría que fuera a las 10:00am y no a las 4:00pm. Al menos que haya sido ese día para mí como tal, pero recomendaría el horario dicho anteriormente. Me quedaría de nuevo por el buen precio y comodidad que tiene el cuarto!💖

good place for the price
We needed to attend a tournament at the convention center on a budget. You get what you pay for so I’m not complaining. It housed us and we were able to eat breakfast and lunch in the room. The location was great.

I read the reviews and worried about booking this place, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The bed was comfy, kitchen had the basics and the shower was good. If you’re looking for a budget friendly place in Orlando, then this is perfect.

Just a few details, there was no proper set of cutlery in order to prepare food, we understand that not always one may need an equipped kitchen, but we reserved for the week of thanksgiving and I was not able to do much with just spoons, forks and table knives. Also the air conditioner did not cool consistently, some times the temperature would stay cool and then not turn on for hours, making us wake up in a sweat, my partner likes a very cool sleeping area, she was not happy.
Great place to stay this was my second time renting, however the response rate was terrible. Checked in a day before a storm my boyfriend had to wait hours to get in the room due to me being at an appointment and the host not adding him to the reservation which I requested. Was offered to extend my stay and I sent a request to do so then told the morning of after check out time that I’m not able to due to the place being booked already and asked to vacate the premises. The place itself and location are great though.
I went with my wife and we stayed for a week. We really enjoyed the place itself, very nice accommodations, comfortable bed, great AC working, pillows, more than enough towels and nice equipment in the kitchen space. Eveytime we had a question or any small issue detected, they would respond accordingly. I would definitely stay there again. The wifi itself, in general, was a little slowly than I would expected, since I was doing a part time home office. But not a big deal. We were happy with the experience.
Me and my wife enjoy pretty much everything we did there the place was great and clean all tru out the hole place I will give them 110 % to the owner for keep up a good place thank you very much

l'appartement est bien situé à proximité de tout à pieds ou en en véhicule. malheureusement je donne une mauvaises note du a qu'on nous avais louer cette appartement avec un lit King et une divant lit de deux place pour mes enfants. premièrement le divant lit etais pour à peine une place et deuxième il n'avais même pas de draps ni de couverture pour y dormir. J'ai dû aller en acheter et on a dû acheter un lit supplémentaire pour mon garçon parce qu'il n'avais pas de place ou dormir. je suis très déçu parce que j'ai jamais reçu de l'aide de l'hôte. Il n'étais pas réceptif et il n'offrait aucun service même pour essayer de m'aider à trouver une solution pour les dodos des enfants. déjà qu'au début on m'avais changer d'appartement du a un supposé bris dans l'appartement que j'avais loué au début. Juste avant que j'arrive on m'a informé de la situation et j'ai accepté le changement parce qu'ils mon assurés que les enfants allaient avoir un divant lit de deux places. ce qui n'étais pas.
The apartment is very well located for those who intend to go to the parks by bus (except Disney that is very hard to go without a car). In just a 5 minute walk you have bus stops for the Universal complex and the Sea World. In a 20 minute walk you have a bus stop for the free transfer offered by the Bush Gardens. There are plenty of restaurant options near by, including many of the most known fast-food chains. The pool is quite nice and so is the hot tub. The kitchen has all basic utensils, we cooked every day and it was fine. Communication with the owners was always very quick . We recommend the place :)

I had a terrible experience at this property. The unit was infested with bugs and cockroaches, and there was a worm in the hallway. It also had a strong, unpleasant smell and likely mold, which caused me to lose my voice after the second day. The host was completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach out, leaving us stranded with a 2-year-old child in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation. We ended up checking out early due to these issues. I cannot recommend this property and advise future guests to be cautious.
Location is great - apartment is suitable. We needed a quick temporary stay and this suited our needs. The building itself on the first floor has a smell of wet carpet, which is off putting to say the least and the pool closes promptly at 10. They will come out and make you leave the area - Hosts were available friendly and communicative
When I got there the place had not been cleaned. There was trash on the floor, wet towels on the coach and chairs, the bed was not cleaned or made and there was dirty dishes. I contacted my host, who told me they were going to have someone come clean. After waiting nearly two hours I booked a hotel down the road. When I told them, they said I wound not be getting a refund because they were trying to make it right. All around bad experience.

Communication is key! And they made sure to check in daily before and after. Even asked if we needed an extended stay. We didn’t but they were awesome with quick response and making sure we were ok daily! That’s a great host. Thanks guys!
The location is perfect. You can find anything around the neighborhood. The only problem is that the couch had some stains in it and the carpet was dirty and quite humid...you could scent a smell. Besides that, at the beginning I thought it was an apartment building...but it was a hotel, which means there are other guests in the building (smokers), and sometimes the smell of weed is not pleasant. Other than that, good host, always respectful and responsive.

It was easy for me to check into my room. The people at the front desk were very respectful and manageable. what I like about the hostess. They respond back very quickly. and when I had a small issue, the hostess ended up fixing it for me with no problem. The room was Great. And I would go back again.

Overall as expected but the place could use a few supplies that most air BnB have. Ie coffee filters for a unique coffee maker, dish clothes, ice cube dishes

The air bnb was easy to book, the location is near universal studios and disney. The bed was really comfortable and I was able to use the stove to cook breakfast.
Thalita and Rob were very friendly and responsive hosts. The restaurants and groceries were in walking distance and theme parks were a short uber drive away. The lobby sold snacks and drinks and even had a tiny arcade! 2 Detergent machines were out of order, but we didn’t know so some of our coins were lost. AC is strong. Highly recommend

A estadia foi espetacular. Às fotos representam exatamente a realidade da acomodação. Thalita foi super solicita, respondia a qualquer questionamento bastante rápido. Acomodação muito próximo aos parques da Universal e a menos de 500 mts do maior Mac Donalds do mundo. Impecável. Voltarei certamente em outra oportunidade.

TLDR: Host 5/5, Room 3/5, decent enough place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time out in Orlando. The good: The hosts are very communicative, and this location is definitely close to Universal Studios and some restaurants! The unit itself was also perfectly clean. The okay: The mattress was a broken down spring mattress, which was sagging in the middle. Because of that the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, and it was really just not that comfortable. The bad: The hotel that this unit is inside of has problems. The entire 3rd floor hallway smelled like mold (Not the room! The room smelled clean), the laundry room didn't have a functioning "token" machine which prevented it from being used, and the fitness center was just a small room with a few broken treadmills. I'm not clear that the host really has any control over how the hotel itself is managed, but those things certainly detracted from the experience.

The place was perfect for the area and for vacations. Loads of great places near by. Apartment itself was good with good furniture and an extremely comfy bed. Bed sheets need to be changed due to stains and previous users. Same with the places and cutlery. They are a little old and not cleaned properly. Other than that this was a great place to be and very hospitable with a swim pool and a basketball court for your use at any time. Would recommend :)

Great location and responsive hosts. Overall, a positive experience. The unit could use a deep clean, though, as the carpet had a rather musty smell that become more pronounced throughout our stay. Otherwise, would recommend this Airbnb!

Needed a reasonable and basic place to stay while visiting my father. This place is reasonable and basic, but it is definitely not a condo as described.

Enjoyed the place
A perfect location with hosts that will reply within minutes of any request or question. Always friendly and willing to help. The apartment has everything you need, clean and perfectly maintained. A quiet location close to absolutely everything whether you want to walk or drive. Parking space always available. If you park in the back of the building and use the back door, is just a few steps to reach the elevators and the apartment. It was a great experience. Thank you so much
Awesome place to stay when travelling to Orlando! Location is great, bus stops are a walk away, groceries and other shopping is also within walking distance, and Universal Studios is close by! Room was great, and the amenities were lovely! Thalita and Rob are responsive and ready to assist with any possible problems you might run into!

I definitely enjoyed My stay
The apartment was great, it felt spacious and comfortable, the smell in the hall was not agreeable, but the lobby and the apartment smell great, the pool was very nice, it’s quiet during the night, you can walk to the closest restaurants, mostly fast food, Uber or Lyft didn’t have any issues picking us up and the parks were around a 15min drive, the host was very friendly and helpful and overall it was a pleasant experience.
It was a nice hotel the placement of it is perfect everything was less than 20 mins away from hotel however the room was a little too hot for me that was my only issue

Realmente muy cerca de Universal y a unos 20 mn de Disney, hay muchas cosas céntricas, el lugar limpio y todo excelente, solo que el clima en el cuarto casi no nos daba h a veces teníamos calor, y las toallas que brindan son algo ásperas pero de ahí en fuera todo perfecto recomiendo 😄👍🏽

El alojamiento es como se muestra en las fotos, con un poco menos de luz. La habitación es muy cómoda. Éramos 2 pero entran cómodas 3 personas. Sí había un poco de olor a humedad pero nada grave. La zona es muy buena, cerca de los outlets, lugares para comer, Universal y más. La pileta del hotel es muy buena. Por otro lado, siempre hay lugar para estacionar. Algunos de los recepcionistas no fueron muy simpáticos pero nada tiene que ver con el host. Gracias Luis y Steph! La pasamos muy bien y como en casa!
This was not at all what we were expecting. Very disappointed with our stay. The photos on the listing do not match the “condo”. This place is not a condo in a residential complex, it was a hotel room. If I wanted to stay in a hotel, I wouldn’t be on air bnb. Overall, VERY misleading.

This was a great place to stay as a first timer in Orlando. Extremely convenient location close to the theme parks! Great amenities! Walkable to so many food places! And very clean, quiet and comfy.
As expected, had a comfortable stay.
Room is nice but needs upgrading. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Contacted them and they had the hotel assist but only provided duvet which didn’t help. Stove top only one burner worked so was difficult cooking and roaches weren’t pleasant. They were in the kitchen and vanity sink making it uncomfortable to make meals in the suite. Good for a quick stay but not a week long stay since I barely got any sleep and had to continuously eliminate roaches that kept popping up. Would consider other rooms they have but must verify mattress first mattress was hard as a rock and verify if the second bed is the pullout bed from couch and not a spare room
