This property ended up being exactly what was needed for my big group. Every one had a comfortable place to sleep and gather. The outdoor patios were awesome. All the furniture was comfortable. The walls, paintings, and other decor was so cool to checkout. Got this AirBnB for a bachelor party and it really was a great choice for that.
The hosts were awesome to work with. Super fast responses and accommodated us with an early checkin which made our arrival in Austin all the better.
Really would recommend it to anyone that needs a bigger spot in Austin and would use it again for a similar style event. Great location near the main bar scenes in Austin too so that was a major plus.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in Austin. Clean, spacious, and a quick walk to downtown. Well-suited for our group of eight people.
The two adjacent homes are easy to walk between, and UrbanStay is responsive through the app.
Note that one bedroom in each house requires walking through another bedroom—not an issue as long as you’re aware.
The yard could use a little TLC, and a quick litter cleanup around the perimeter in this emerging neighborhood would be welcomed, but those are small items. The concrete floors without throw rugs were a bit of a surprise—easy to maintain but tough to relax on!
The “upgrade” request in advance for early check in was not acted upon, with messages from UrbanStay asking us to check back the morning of (then up through the check in time itself). Not sure this is worth the hassle.
Overall, I’d recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again.
“Insta-worthy” is a perfect description - in reality the place is not what it seems in the photos. The decor was nice, but the house was very worn and had several items broken, including an unusable hot tub which was the primary reason for our booking. There were cobwebs and trash, and the propane for the fire pits went out. More importantly, the description of the houses is misleading since two of the rooms were actually shared (go through one to get to the other) and not individual rooms. Overall our group still had a good time and the location was very convenient but the price was exorbitant for what it was.
Great stay and great location for a large group gathering.
We used this space for a very productive leadership planning week. The two house compound was perfect for boys in one house, girls in the other. But, it also allowed for working meetings, dinners and fun together. Great team building space!

The home was as expected and clean, close to downtown Austin, and the team at UrbanStay were easy to work with and accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again with large groups.

Multigenerational family reunion
15 of us, 20-88, spent 4 nights. The house was perfect for us! We had a few confusing things when we first arrived but they were handled quickly and our stay was just great!
Had a great stay with my team and the two homes were great for working in one and social hour in the other!

UrbanStay was super friendly, responsive, and helped with all my questions and needs.
The only thing we didn't like about this house is that none of the bedrooms had Air Conditioning.
The AC was only on the first floor of the house, and heat rises, so it wasn't cool enough in the bedrooms at night. Our guests slept somewhat poorly. Would love to see this house updated with individual AC units on the 2nd Floor where possible.
