The place is clean, convenient, lovely, etc My issue is that a pack and play was listed as an amenity but we were “supposed to request it”. The first night was horrible because they couldn’t possibly get us one until the next day. We tried to get one delivered on door dash but there was no place in the delivery range that had one. The next morning we went to Walmart to get one. That was really fun after a sleepless night. Many places offer amenities such as laundry, coffee makers, etc and you don’t request them or read the fine print to assume it will be there. I also listed the infant on the reservation so it wasn’t a surprise. They did drop off more coffee and a note as a remedy. Place is great for bachelorette parties but they shouldn’t market as family friendly.

Excellent location in the property was better than expected

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything really easy. The technology used to access the apartment was also excellent — very straightforward and easy to use, with no issues at all. Overall, a really smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for 7 ladies on a long weekend trip to celebrate 2.5 decades of friendship. Shelter at the corner kept us utilizing UBER rather than walking but it was easy to get around everywhere needed.

We had the best time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Walked to restaurants, bars, and shops. Great place.

The train noise and the other guests were loud. Pillows are like sleeping with a bag of rocks. Need to upgrade to softer pillows.

Luke’s place was very clean and well organized. He was very responsive to all my questions. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends when visiting Nashville.

Beautiful condo! Wonderful views from the huge deck! We had some trouble with Latch and it was resolved quickly. The condo was very clean and it was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property. safe due to security and locked gates. short walk to town and our property had a dart board and an old school arcade consol to play! Luke and his team were real responsive and helped with every question we had. I would stay there again. thanks Luke.

Loved our stay at the Hyve - cool location and the apartment was very stylish. Beds were super comfortable. The enormous patio was a big plus!

great spot for a group. Beds are so comfortable. Trains are close but were not a noise issue. The deck is wonderful. Would have liked a table either inside or outside where 6 of us could sit. Luke and his group were quick to answer and address any issue that we had. The building has a concierge desk and they were great. Helpful with figuring out the Latch app and suggesting restaurants and activities. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and felt quite comfortable in the neighborhood.

Awesome place to stay for groups best hosts I’ve had definitely will be staying here next time i’m in town can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great time the place was clean and had everything that we needed. Was a little disappointed that the lift to the pool lift wasn’t working so that our son who was in a wheelchair could use the swimming pool. The only other drawback for us was being so close to the mission, unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless people sleeping on the streets nearby.

The communication was extremely punctual and professional. They anticipated all of my questions and had detailed and accurate responses. That made it a really easy and enjoyable experience.

Rooms were exactly as publicized. Spotless in every facet. Luke and his team responded to 100% of my questions within minutes of the ask. Easy walk to Broadway. Would recommend without hesitation.
