I can't recommend this place enough! The location is perfect, the views from the condo are breathtaking, the building is private and quiet, the condo is beautiful, and there is everything you need and more! I am not saying this place is perfect in every way. Some of the outlets don't work, the living room lamps flickered, the dryer isn't the best(takes forever), the hot water in the kitchen takes a long time to heat up, BUT, that stuff is minuscule!!! Not one of those things negativity impacted our stay in any way, and the pros far outweighed the cons!! The showers got nice and hot, the dishwasher works great, plenty of other outlets to use, tons of towels and washcloths, beach chairs and supplies available, lots of seating, beds were super comfortable, unbeatable views, heated pool, easy beach access, well stocked kitchen!! I could go on and on, but just know this place is GREAT!! The whole family enjoyed the condo! (: Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for an awesome vacay!

Family getaway Loved the local

Took our annual family vacation here, including my 93 year old grandmother! The open floor plan and on the beach view made it easy and pleasant to get around in the unit. It has a nice airy beach vibe and great set up for a larger group, which we really appreciated. Access to the beach is fairly easy, even with being on the 5th floor. The weather was lovely while we visited so we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony.

My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay in Destin! The place was beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views of the ocean right out the patio door. We loved having the option of swimming in the pool when we needed a break from the ocean. Everything was very clean and well maintained! The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had no issues at all during our week long stay! We are already planning on staying again the next time we visit Destin!

This condo was great! Very spacious. Great location, right by the water. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful, spacious, clean condo that's right on the beach. Only negatives were that none of the TVs would come on/work when we arrived. Maitenance came out quickly but stated that it was the Wifi and he would have to speak to management. We were there five nights/four days and could not watch any of the TVs. The kids bunk area would've been great had they been able to watch TV!!! The adults could not watch anything either. This condo is way too nice to not have working Wifi/Cable. The only other minor things were no hot water in the master shower, bath tub yes but shower was a no go and we tried every day at different times, and there were only five forks in the kitchen for a condo that sleeps eleven. These are all issues that can easily be corrected. This condo is worth the money but if there's no Wifi/Cable then it should not be listed as an amenity. We were talking about staying here again next year and the grandchildren said they did't want to because they didn't have TV

The condo was gorgeous and spacious for our big family. Beautiful views, all necessities there and communicative host! Couldn’t have asked for a better air bnb!

This property was absolutely perfect! It is in a great location; the balcony was huge and the view - amazing! It's a quiet complex, the pool and beach are literally footsteps away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic beach

The location is everything on this property which is why we booked it. It’s pricey but being so close to the beach was the best experience for us. Unfortunately we were greeted with a broken bed and two fans that weren’t usable the first night and a rude customer service agent who hung up on me. The next day the bed and one fan was fixed but one still remained unusable. Additionally that’s when we noticed that the hot water wasn’t working, the dryer had issues and some TVs in the room also didn’t work. Again we had to call maintenance to come take care of the issues. We were a party of 10 getting ready for a photoshoot while maintenance was trying to fix issues with 2 rooms causing us to have to shuffle and rush to get ready. Having to reach out constantly to the host about issues was really frustrating for our party as we couldn’t just focus and enjoy our time. We were also promised compensation for our troubles and were not given any and the host has not responded about that topic.

We loved it so much we want to buy it !

The property was clean and had plenty of room. Extra large common area's the master bed room and bathroom are exceptional beds are clean and comfortable safe location with gated parking right on the beach thank you guys for a great vacation

Beautiful stay This place is beautiful! It could use bath mats and the furniture could use a cleaning (couches, dining chairs, outside furniture) but we loved staying there, would stay again! Communication was great.
