Amy Location is fantastic! You are literally 180 steps to your beach chairs!! Cute and quaint condo that’s perfect for two. Minor complaints include, the floors need mopped badly!! Our feet were black after just a few minutes of walking barefoot around the condo. The plastic mattress over, I understand is necessary to protect the mattress but there has to be a better way!!! We nicknamed the bed “the diaper bed” because every time you moved it sounded like you were sleeping on a diaper. The other minor things, some of the blinds were broke, stains on the couch and the dining room chair covers. Other than those minor things, we loved our stay.

Great Location - steps from the Beach! Amazing location and steps from the beach. Nice 1 bedroom for a couple. Disappointed with cleanliness. The unit was covered in dust - and someone had written "Hello" in the dust on the TV console. A little unsettling since you would think housekeeping would never leave something like that - so who did? or was housekeeping really that terrible? I don't know... There were sheets for the pull out couch but no extra blankets anywhere. Furniture was adequate but could use a re-fresh. Scenic Stays was awesome with booking and check out and took my call about the weird message written in dust - they offered to send someone over to clean but I declined and said I would do it myself.

The Best Ever My husband and I had the best time ever! Our condo was perfect and the beach was even better!!

Not the best When we got there, the room initially smelled ok, but it was just surfaced cleaned. My daughter’s feet were black within minutes. The toilet stunk. We had a few roaches. The oven handle broke while we were there. The shower curtain had pink/black mold. Scenic Stays was fairly responsive. However, housekeeping was supposed to come back to clean, and they only changed the shower curtain. Would not stay again.

Great Get Away One bedroom unit on ground floor made it easy to get back and forth to beach and pool. Beach was clean and less crowded than other beaches in area. Having chairs come with the stay helped make it more enjoyable with kids, less to carry back and forth! Walking distance to Surf Up for snow cones or dinner was a plus!

Great Perfect size for our small family of 3. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and right in the beach access. Thought there should be more communication about the entrance being on the side of the building and separate from the rest of them.

Great place to stay with small children We had a great stay. My top pluses for this rental were location and ground floor. We have a small child so it was nice to have easy access to the beach and also room to walk outside.

Great location! Not crowded! Took a “Me Time” trip to Destin and couldn’t have asked for a better place! Communication about access was exceptional and everything was easy. Beach and pool close, can walk to restaurants and stores, Umbrella & Chairs set up bright & early every morning…Thanks Jesse! Will go back soon!

Me Time! Perfect! It’s a smaller complex so not as crowded as those high rises. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with my coffee and a beautiful view.

Epic Loved,loved my stay in Miramar Beach, Florida. The condo was right on the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful. The condo comes with a beach set up which was a game changer for me. The town was lovely and condo was located near great restaurants.

Emerald seas Close to everything I wanted

This location was so convenient for us! Being on the first floor with a baby is very nice, since you can simply walk out and be on your way to the boardwalk. The patio was nice to enjoy and the space has pretty much all that you need. The one big downside is that there aren't laundry machines in the actual unit, but there are public ones available in the condo building (but paid). Besides that, the neighborhood is quiet and a huge perk was having free beach chairs and an umbrella. Great spot and we'd consider coming again!

Perfect!! A last minute trip for Spring Break. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location, had my morning coffee on the patio while enjoying the view of the ocean. Literally steps from the patio to the white powder sand. Would definitely love to stay in this unit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip with our baby. The highlight of the property was definitely the beach access—it couldn’t have been more convenient. Being able to walk straight out to the beach made our days so easy and enjoyable. An added bonus was that the condo came with 2 free chair and umbrella beach rentals for the week, which made our beach time even more relaxing and convenient. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway.

We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the waves & be able to walk out to the beach. The condo is decorated nicely and the King bed was comfy. The bathroom could use an update but all in all it was a nice condo. The location was great, less packed beach than in the Destin area. We would book again if in the area.

Awesome! We will be back. Perfect location. The view is spectacular! Your cleaning crew needs to mop and scrub the bathtub. Looks like they're just wiping things down and not taking the time to really clean especially since the guest are paying for cleaning fees. Just couple of cosmetic. The front door needs painted and the baseboards inside. Need another mirror. Maybe a full length on back of bedroom door or one on other side of bedroom tv. Just remove one of the pictures there. It was an awesome visit and we will back. Highly recommend 🥰

Loved staying here! The best parts were the private beach, the free beach chairs/umbrella everyday, the body boards and extra lounge chairs, and the area was so quiet, not at all crowded like high rise condo beaches. Bed was very comfy and the porch was easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Great location and easy access being a corner unit. Made going back and forth from the beach so nice! It was also very clean and property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely come back again!

Great overall, just a small fixable concern We loved the condo. It had what we needed and nothing extra, and was ideally located. Beach wasn't crowded at all for Memorial Day weekend. Unit was very clean, except there was a urine smell around the toilet. Also the toilet seat was loose on one side. We will definitely stay in this building again!

Summer getaway Mildew on shower curtain and wall in the bathroom. Only one mirror in the whole condo. It needs some updating on appliances. The frig smelled terrible. We bought baking soda and put in it. There was a plastic mattress cover on the mattress that would sweat you to death. It sounded and felt like sleeping on a plastic bag. Porch is never cleaned off. We had to sweep it off to keep from tracking sand in all day. The pots and pans were terrible I don’t understand the cleaning fee they charge because you have to clean before you leave.

Relaxing Enjoyment and relaxation

Great getaway This property location was amazing. We have stayed at this property before, not this room but the property. We did NOT like the bed and the feeling we were sleeping on plastic. Every time you move it makes noise: I get trying to preserve the mattress but this is a bit much. We will NOT book this room again!! We have stayed at this property and rebooked rooms we loved. This was not one of those. Take the plastic off the bed and we would love to comeback.

9/10 Overall, great stay! The location is everything. The beach is right out your back door. Condo is clean. Only thing that could make it a 10/10, the shower needs to be redone and the couch, albeit comfy, has noticeable stains.

Enjoyed stay We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We have no real complaints at all, but there was an outlet in the kitchen that did not work but it did not inconvenience us. Just our opinion - it would be nice to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom...by the closet?; and instead of the pantry in the kitchen, that would be a great spot for a washer and dryer. Just a thought. We'd would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property! The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with our accommodations. The complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch.

Nice condo There were a few minor issues. The curtain over couch was inoperable due to a broken bracket, the fridge kept leaking over the top shelf and the tub drain stopper was broke. We enjoyed everything else so much that we overlooked those minor things. If it had a washer/dryer, we would definitely rent again.

Condo on Miramar Beach Located on Miramar Beach, the condo was very clean and as described. It was a first-floor unit right on the beach with a small patio. The bed was very comfortable. The texts with the lockbox number were great and the check out information was helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early and were allowed to check in early. An added bonus were the umbrellas and beach chairs that were put out every day. We hadn't expected this. The man who did this every morning, Jessie, was very nice. We gave him a tip on our last day. We were not sure what the protocol is for that. Would definitely go back.

3 Sisters Love this location!! Been going to Destin for 19 yrs, so nice to stay somewhere different. The beach not as busy, nice to have chairs & umbrella, it was always available. Beautiful beach & sunsetss!! Hope to see you next year!!

Great location but don’t recommend The location was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Not crowded. Pretty view from inside the condo. It felt super dirty. There was some sort of fluid, hopefully water, all over the toilet seat when we arrived. The baseboards were caked with dirt and hair. Old hairs stuck to the floor around the corners in the restroom. Lights were covered with grime. What looked like a booger was smeared on the wall in the restroom. The couch and chairs were filthy. Mold all in the shower. Air vents caked with dust. I’m having to revise my post before they’ll let me submit to not include the amount of the cleaning fee, but for the amount they charge for a cleaning fee I would expect more of a detailed clean. It’s an older space, but It felt like we were living in someone else’s filth. The waterproof mattress cover sounded and felt like we were rolling around on a tarp. No response to the message or pictures I sent to the contact on VRBO upon arrival so I’m assuming this is normal for a stay there. Two days later, they did respond to the fact that there wasn’t a remote for the tv and brought us one. Not the worst place, but I can’t say I’d return.

Great Location You could not ask for a better location on the beach! Easy beach access with private entrance was great! The condo is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for 4 guests! Sheets for the pull out were hidden in TV console(which we did not find until the second night. There were NO hangers in closet which was a bit disappointing. The freezer did not work/nor did the ice maker which made it impossible to make “fun” drinks or even ice water. Water would drain onto the floor every night because of this issue. Tried calling maintenance, no response. Only 3 coffee cups and no wine glasses.

107 Huntington by the Sea This was exactly what we wanted in a place at the beach. The location is super convenient to restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Oceanfront property, gated parking, laundry, beach service, and pool were all amazing! I will definitely stay here in the future. The only thing I would like to see improve would be upgrading tv and ice maker. Thanks for all your help and providing us a wonderful vacation spot!

Great location Pros- Walking distance to restaurants. Great views and not a very busy beach due to a smaller condo. I loved the 1st level for convenience. Nice clean unit with everything we needed .Was doing construction but that didn't bother us at all! Cons- we arrived early and tried to book an additional night. nobody answers the phone after 5pm unless an emergency, no office on site(her words exactly..if it's not a plumbing issue, I can't help you call reservations at 7am) we stayed at another hotel and they did allow us to check in a couple hours early the next day. The fridge leaked water so I had to mop daily and leave towels to catch water. Overall- I'd book this condo again without hesitation!

Great location! Good: Great location on beach and beach chairs and umbrella included Poor: Dated decor, torn kitchen chair upholstery, paint buckets in the closets and generally messy condition with patio furniture stacked inside the living room due to outdoor construction We stayed during construction so noise and lack of use of patio was a given. But the absolute horrible fumes from patio lacquer or polyurethane treatment made staying in the unit impossible for one day. Had to leave for air. Conclusion: Received discounted rate due to the construction inconveniences so it worked out since we spent most of the time outside. But if you are forced to stay in due to inclement weather, the amenities will certainly not thrill you. Bring an Amazon firestick if necessary for entertainment. Bring coffee filters also.

Great location is about it We rented during construction but didn’t know that scaffolding closed off the entire patio. Second day there was strong chemical coating which made sleeping unbearable. We didn’t spend much time in the unit except to sleep and shower. Old decor and torn upholstery (kitchen chairs). Great stay if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the unit.

Nice but not the cleanest Good location. It was so nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. The only complaint i have is that there was sand in the sheets and all-over the floor when i arrived. It hadn't been cleaned very well prior to our stay. Also handprints on the glass and "hair" on the shower walls. It was definitely not cleaned before my arrival.

Great Location, Needs attn to detail You can't beat the location of the property but there was very little to cook with; no corkscrew and other utensils that would have helped and very limited pots and pans. The dishwasher did not work (we were told when we arrived) and the battery died on the coded lock box. A call back was much later and no apologies or feedback on when someone would be there to fix the lock. I expected more for the price and a little better customer service.

Couldn’t ask for more We love this location, and the stay in this property was without any issue. Thai includes a quick delivery of new linens (<1hr) when we couldn’t find (but then did) the sofa bed sheets. The information and support from the property rental company was first class, and made our vacation a breeze. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more from our stay.

Room 107 The condo was nice but was disappointed that there were no additional blankets for use with the pull out sofa bed. Since the unit only sleeps 4 It would seem more than just a fitted and flat sheet would be supplied. It also did not look like the sheet on the pullout bed had been laundered in quite some time.

Want to go back! The location of the property was perfect. The ground level was amazing due to the green grass area and beyond the beach. We would defiantly go back. The beach chairs and umbrella as part of the listing was wonderful as well.. The beach is amazing! The beach was so easy to get to that we never ended up at the pool. The LVT floors could use a GOOD wet mop, just keep house shoes or socks on hand.
