Great home and location

As it was described, the waterfall behind the house is breath takingly beautiful and private. We enjoyed the quietness in the wood and the decoration inside the house is thoughtful with good taste. Host’s team is very responsive and answered Patiently every questions whenever we asked 24/7. They put much effort in to making sure we have a great experience at the house. Home theater with a projector and Danon stereo is very nice. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi is good. Local restaurants recommendations were all excellent. We might come back again!

Such a lovely home, and a private waterfall to boot! We absolutely loved staying at this home. It felt incredibly secluded, and yet you’re only about 12 min. from restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. Perfection.

This Airbnb is stunning! I loved staying here and can’t wait to come back. It was super clean and beds were very comfortable. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful this Airbnb was and how much it truly felt like you were in nature with the huge windows and natural light. The waterfall nearby was a huge plus. I’ll 100% be coming back here. Only minor con is that to get into the home you need to walk around the side of the house to the front. It had just rained when we checked in, so walking around the back was muddy and pretty messy. If possible, I’d recommend the host put some rocks back there to create a pseudo-path for walking.

Magnifique maison en plein cœur de la forêt. Une très jolie décoration et une vue à couper le souffle dans chaque pièce de la maison. De plus, la maison est proche de nombreuses randonnées et du lac north south. Un séjour parfait ! A recommander sans hésiter !!!

Lovely home, very private

Wonderful stay in nature. The host messages proactively with very clear instructions. Be prepared for a few bugs, especially on the lower levels, but not a surprise in the woods!

Great stay close to Hunter mountain

It's rare a vacation or trip goes exactly as anticipated, but this house was everything we were hoping for and more. It's spacious with gorgeous windows and views. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful snowfall our second night and it felt like we were in a snow globe with the big expansive windows. We also didn't have to worry about shoveling the driveway as they had a snow plow cone and someone came also the next day to shovel the path and deck. The fireplace is small but perfect for evening cozy fires. The upstairs bathroom has an amazing jacuzzi tub with great views of the woods, and the one downstairs shower is big and luxurious. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, so we were able to cook great meals. 10/10, I miss this house already and would love to come back again!

What a Catskill mountains gem! Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, the waterfall is breathtaking… the perfect place to reset and connect with nature.

Loved our stay here! The house was super pretty, big, and cozy. Everything was tidy and comfy, and we had such a fun and relaxing time.

This place is great for a big group with some caveats. I would've given it a 4.7 if I could. The space is great for kids but was a bit too dusty to let a baby crawl around in when we first got there. The owners were very responsive and there was a broom to clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of plates and utensils for a big group. The dishwasher worked well but the pipes are loud so don't run it overnight. There is only one shower, which isn't a dealbreaker but might be of interest to other families. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and a boardgames selection. The path is clear and well-lit but the front is technically in the back. A larger stroller is better than a travel one here. The waterfall and the indoor fireplace are truly the highlights of this place. The hike down was steep but manageable even for an adventurous toddler. The indoor fireplace is amazing at night! This place gives the feel of camping but with all the comforts and amenities of a house!
