Great house and location.

This was a great home with plenty of room for our work team. Great quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was refreshing and the outdoor area was fantastic.

Great place for family gatherings. You can be together yet spacious enough to choose privacy.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We arrived for my husband’s birthday weekend and immediately discovered the A/C was not working. There were already fans throughout the house, which made us wonder if this was a known issue. We contacted the host, who sent an HVAC technician, but after about 30 minutes the problem was not resolved. We were initially offered two portable A/C units, which would not have been enough for such a large home, and eventually around 15 fans were provided just to get us through the night.The temperature was still extremely uncomfortable, so the next morning we checked out and had to find another Airbnb at the last minute. I appreciate that the host communicated with us and that some refund was provided, but this was a terrible way to start what was supposed to be a special birthday weekend. A working A/C should be a basic expectation, especially in the Texas heat.

Hannah was an amazing host! Responded to all our questions immediately. The house was exactly as it was advertised and our family of 12 loved every minute of our stay! House was so big that we couldn’t even utilize it all! 💗

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was attentive, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout our visit.One thing that would have been helpful is a map of the property. We didn’t realize how expansive it was and didn’t discover the entire property until the following day.All of the amenities were available and in excellent condition, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My only real complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable, and everyone in our group felt the same throughout the stay. Additionally, it would be nice if the lawn maintenance was completed prior to guests’ arrival.Overall, this was an amazing property, and we truly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again.

We were very excited about this place from the pictures. On arrival, this home needs major work. Dishwasher piled in Lime scale and food catch missing, unusable. There is a mice issue, Home Depot replaced their fridge and said this is a major issue, they are infested. There is a cockroach problem also, they did come and spray but it didn't help. Several Safety issues. Pool patio has indoor tile on it and extremely slippery when wet. We had 3 falls. Beds have toppers on them, not mattresses and slats missing. Shower curtains do not fit the showers and they are all on tension rods so you must be careful. All shower heads are set at approx 5' 2" so for many it is very short. There is no pool vaccum, also we couldn't use the pool one day due to the pool guy coming at 11 and putting chemicals in it. We had to clean the grill, and the cushions on the wicker couch outside are full of mold. Faucets are not attached properly. Cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart. It needs an inspection

Multiple issues with this stay, tho hosts were very responsive, and did try to resolve issues. Home is not wheelchair friendly tho. house is large and plenty of space for our crew of 21. The amenities were not usable during 95% of our stay which is why the house was chosen. Would have not booked had we known hot tub and pool wasnt usable. House needs a lot of maintenance.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay at! The house was is so beautiful and big! Very very spacious. Fit 14 of us perfectly with space to spare! We went after my son graduated as his graduation gift. Very much enjoyed the stay! Will definitely be booking again! Host was amazing! Very respectful, responsive and great overall!

We rented this home to celebrate our son’s graduation with family visiting from out of town. The property offered plenty of space for our large group, and we especially enjoyed the gathering areas that allowed our family to spend quality time together during such a special occasion. During our stay, we experienced several maintenance issues, including air conditioning problems, electrical and lighting concerns, and some discrepancies between the listing and the sleeping arrangements. These issues affected the comfort of our stay and required alternate accommodations for a few guests. What stood out most was the host’s responsiveness and professionalism. They communicated respectfully, took our concerns seriously, and worked with us toward a fair resolution. While the property would benefit from some maintenance and updates, we appreciate the host’s commitment to addressing concerns and improving the guest experience.

Three words: Hannah is awesome! This property gets 5-stars not because it is an amazing property--there are certainly improvements to be made--but because Hannnah and the team are the MOST responsive hosts I've encountered. They answered all questions rapidly, took inputs on property improvements well, and offered to send someone out to fix each and every issue we encountered no matter how minor. I would 100% recommend renting from Hannah and her team!

Great place!

This is a great house! My entire crew and I spent a week here, we came in from all over the US and worked and created together...and we also had a lot of fun. Go figure. Book it!

There are several items that need to be brought to your attention as they hindered our ability to pass along a high review of the property. The house needs TLC.Lack of batteries in the thermostat in bedroom above movie room left that area without AC, until we replaced them. It was very apparent that no AC had been running for days.Fans /lights in game room will not turn on.Missing, bad or incorrect light bulbs in all areas. Toilet in rear bedroom with 2 beds still not flushing properly. Banister on stairs was very sticky. Toilet in bathroom near front door is still running.Tiles in bathroom in bedroom with bunk beds has loose tiles and the left hand faucet is not attached. Door knob in upstairs play space fell off. Pool autofill had to be fixed which we did as the pool was overflowing. Dishwasher never worked properly and we were told it would be fixed on Thursday. There was a large dent in the coffee table off front hall when we arrived. Many toilet paper holders are loose as proper installation was missing and several towel holders are loose or missing. Curtains in upstairs master bath are missing. 2 of the 3 propane tanks were empty upon arrival. These are a few suggestions:Chandelier in fiesta room is too low and is a hazard.Several Shower heads are positioned way to low even for myself and I am only 5'5".Drying rack or hanging space in laundryFor a house that can sleep this many there is not enough refrigerator space.

The host was very kind and let us check in early because of arriving in town before check in time. We really appreciated that but as soon as we arrived we realized what was in the pictures and the description of the property was very deceiving. Electrical sockets hanging out of outlets, missing handles on kitchen cabinets, holes in wall where toilet paper holders were suppose to be (not to mention no toilet paper in some bathrooms), hand towel metal hangers lying on the floor, sticky kitchen counter tops, just to name a few.The beautiful pool and hot tub that was pictured was dirty and not clean at all. Hot Tub was beyond disgusting with mold growing in it. (We contacted the Host and she did send someone over to clean them. The pool was usable but the Hot Tub was still disgusting. Didn't even look like they had attempted to clean it!)2 Metal Shower Handles fell off while family members were using them. One of them being a child and it fell on their foot. The Master Suite Toilet seat was not attached at all, just sitting on toilet. The Casita bed had been slept in. Hairs in sheets and on pillows! General cleanliness was not even up to par. We had to wear shoes always because our socks turned black because of filthy floors.Property landscape was overgrown with weeds and dead palm tree leaves blocked path to pool.The amount of safety and cleanliness were overwhelming! We are use to great VRBO properties, so we know those standards were not met!

Very responsive and helpful host, home is nice with a large layout. Extra kids rooms were great for our large family of 7. There is also lots of activities /space for the kids.

Arrived to dirty towels and hot tub, a broken fridge and many other small things, and door/gate that do not lock. Giving access to anyone that may want to enter the property at any time. Also found out the cameras on property were off line during our time of stay, which is a huge concern considering the families that were there with all of our children. On top this I happened to leave a designer bag at the property and am being told that it is not there. I understand that is 100 percent on me but it just goes to show you how it’s money over customer service here.

I’ve rented from Airbnb plenty of times but this was the absolute worse I’d ever experienced. I booked this property back in May, paid a $55 fee as well as over $11,000 for my family of 26 to enjoy for Christmas. The house was a complete nightmare. The pictures were deceiving. There was an apparent infestation of some type of rotten. Droppings were EVERYWHERE from the front door throughout. The furniture was not cared for and dry rotted. It’s appeared abandoned. It was embarrassing and the day before Christmas Eve and we traveled very far to be here and had to hope we found somewhere to accommodate us. The positive was Airbnb being able to find us another place.

Excellent stay, we enjoyed it very much. House was fantastic, very large, great for large groups. Hostess was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property!

This house and property is absolutely amazing, and Hannah was an all-star host! We booked this for a large group trip to San Antonio, and it honestly felt like we had our own private resort. The property is huge, exactly as described and clean. We barely felt the need to leave the house because there was so much to do. The kids (and adults) were constantly entertained between the pool, the hot tub, the arcade games, and the movie theater. Having the massive sports court for pickleball and basketball was a huge highlight for us. The layout is perfect for large groups; everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and having the separate Casita was a game-changer for those who like a little separation. The kitchen nice and big and handled our large meals and grocery hauls easily.

Highly recommend!! We had a family gathering and everyone was accommodated - we had everything we needed! Very spacious and a lot of things to do for everyone ages from 70- to 5-year-old. So much to do and kids never got bored! <3 THANK YOU, Hannah & team!!! They are such GREAT hosts, understanding and reliable! Will be coming back again :)

The only bummer was the Pickleball lights were disconnected to not bother the neighbors.

A-MAZING! Hannah is the absolute best host I have ever corresponded with on Air Bnb. She was very responsive and kind. Hannah was understanding and helpful. She was honest and upfront and appreciative of the same in return. Would 100% stay here again. Everyone had such an amazing time and we never ran out of things to do. The house is exactly as described and so COOL. The area around the house is quaint and the trees give you a sense of privacy. 10/10.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a large group of people. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and super large kitchen for meals. There were three different seating areas, all comfortable and with tvs. The outdoor area was super: great patio, awesome clean pool, big hot tub, and the kids and adults loved the basketball half court. This is really a perfect place for large groups. There were some small issues we found but Hannah was extremely responsive and very quick to remedy, even getting a maintenance man out on a Saturday within 2 hours of reporting a few issues. The house was probably built in the 60’s-70’s and very nicely decorated and mostly updated. Hannah is a super host and takes very seriously anything that needs to be addressed. Everyone really had a good time and appreciated all the areas to hang out.

Family reunion. Lots of room and activities for everyone. Pool, hot tub . Ease of access to local areas of interest. Had a great time!

We had a great time in San Antonio! This is a great spot and close to the loop which makes it easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great house that had everything we needed and more. So much space to spread out. Clean, charming. The furniture & beds were comfortable. The pool was great: big enough to get some good laps in, and the shallow end had a good amount of space where my little kids could touch the bottom, which is rare. I really appreciated that the playground area was completely separate from the pool area. Kids room had some toys which were a hit. Hannah was hyper responsive, and incredibly friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family of 5 rented this giant mansion for a getaway. The kids had a great time exploring all the different rooms and amenities and there was plenty for us to do. We had some small issues that we were able to look past, however, one issue I feel I need to bring up is that 2 of the sliding glass doors on the back porch were unable to lock and I had to find a way to temporarily barricade the doors at night. I communicated this the first night of our stay and the issue was never resolved during our stay (Total of 3 nights). Typically, I wouldn't sweat this too much, however, when you have small children and you are in an unfamiliar new area, you want to be able to secure the house up at night. The host let us know that they were looking for a repairman but no one ever came. The host did try to make it right by crediting back some of our cost, however I felt this was an issue that needed to be stated to ensure it is taken care of for future guests. Otherwise we had a great time

Hannah had great Customer Service and great follow up. She was always responsive to text and communication was great. Great customer service and awesome property. Enjoyable stay very peaceful and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Hannah and her staff and this property and everyone involved did an excellent job of making this a great and fun trip. Very, very, very satisfied. It was very clean and tidy, and the pictures posted met what we saw when we walked in. Very spacious and very roomy and great for hosting families and people to enjoy the time.

If this house had been priced lower, my rating would have been much higher. Priced at a premium as it is, however, it did not meet our expectations. Lots of little things were a little off - branches all around the pickleball and basketball courts that made playing difficult, the toilet near the pool wasn't accessible, one or two burned out light bulbs, etc. That being said, we had a great time at our family reunion. The pool is large and was a lot of fun for the group. We enjoyed the media room and arcade games. Communication was good and they responded to our concerns. For the price it felt like they went cheap on many details. A little TLC goes a long way.

This house is amazing! It is HUGE! fit 13 of us and we had a ton of room left over. All of the rooms were beautiful! The pool was great. The Movie room was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Felt like we had a resort all to ourselves.

There are a lot of great hangout areas in this AirBnB. a very unique option, especially for a larger group like ours. Hannah is a proactive communicator and was responsive if anything came up during our stay. We would stay here again if our group visits San Antonio in the future.

The home was incredibly clean and spacious for our group. Plenty to do with the kids so no need to go out. Pool was amazing, and the kids loved the theater and basketball court. Communication with our host was smooth and excellent through out our stay. We had even forgot some items and they were polite enough to let us know and return our belongings. Definitely recommend and will be going back when the times comes! Also the home is in a perfect area. Grocery stores were right around the corner!

Was an amazing beautiful house that was able keep kids and adults entertained. Pool was amazing lots of space in house and outside. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious. Kitchen was roomy and had just what we needed to cook. All around great and anything we needed to ask Hannah replied quickly. We would definitely look forward for this again

This place is really good and kids enjoyed a lot. There were some minor issues during stay but host really responsive and provided support immediately in matters needed.

We had a big family stay at this house. You don’t need to go anywhere to have a good time. We had a cookout and enjoyed the pool and the court. I love it had a separate guest room, for more peace and quiet. It has plenty of TV’s and The theater room was amazing. Highly recommend this place! It even has a selfie room! We enjoyed our family time here!
