House was great, had everything we needed! Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

We had an extended stay and experienced several issues from arrival through departure. The home was not as clean as expected, especially the carpets, and some window treatments did not work. We had a washing machine issue, a toilet issue, and the pool and spa were unusable for about the first eight days because the control tablet was never provided and the pool was not properly heated. Wi-Fi service was inconsistent on and off for the first sixteen days. Multiple internet appointments were scheduled, including two no-shows, and although the host switched providers which briefly improved speed, it later declined again and affected remote work. Communication often required repeated follow-ups and felt impersonal. We did follow all checkout instructions and left the home very clean. The property has potential, but it needs more consistent maintenance and follow-through. Because the rental company is out of state, there seemed to be limited on-site monitoring.

We needed a place to stay short term while we were in the process of relocating to AZ from out-of-state. This house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the game room, and our labrador retriever was a big fan as well. The house had a few minor issues but they were dealt with promptly, and when we accidentally ruined a few pool toys they kindly replaced them. The property manager is very friendly and responsive.

Megan’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The pool and spa were incredible, beautifully maintained, and easy to operate thanks to the helpful automation videos she provided. The waterfall feature added such a peaceful, resort-like touch, and we spent hours enjoying the space. The house itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The layout gave our family plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. We especially loved the pool table and shuffleboard, which were great ways to hang out together when we weren’t in the water. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything. We enjoyed evening walks and the parks nearby were so pleasant and peaceful. The TV area was upscale and inviting, with a great sound system that made family movie nights a real treat. Truly a fantastic stay. Megan was responsive and thoughtful, and we would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
