Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had mice that we took care of ourselves. The couch needs to be restuffed. It was just kind of sticky and dirty refused to let my kids use the pull out. Remotes and door code sticky and nasty.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Beautiful cabin, as described. The only reasons for not giving 5 stars were little things that I feel make a big impact…the grill outside was rusted, one of the pullout beds had broken springs and we needed to repair it before putting our kids down for bed, there was no blanket available for the third bed. Like I said, it’s a beautiful place, my kids loved the loft reading nook and game space: but there were a lot of little things that could have been a little better. The cabin is large, and the furniture is comfortable. The hot tub was awesome…but also could have been cleaner, the bottom was pretty slimey feeling.

The cabin was just as pictured and was clean and well equipped, and the views were beautiful!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that everything was to your liking and exceeded your expectations for your mountain getaway. Our goal is to provide our guests with a true home away from home in the Smoky Mountains. We hope to have the opportunity to host your next visit to our area! We rented the Howling Wolf for 2 nights and after the first night we were done and ready to go home. Granted, it was pouring rain the whole time we were there, so that had a lot to do with it. There was 3 tvs in the cabin and only one of them would work without a “pin” and when we reached out to the host about it, they told us they would have somebody out to check it out, and they never did. The bed slept horrible, so we were ready to get back to our own bed at home.
