The house comes as advertised with plenty of space. The activities the house provided kept us busy all weekend and the location was great being so close to the beach. We will 100% look too book this place in the future!
This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was like a home away from home. We felt comfortable, it was clean, and a lot of amenities. It was great. An awesome place for our family to relax and enjoy family fun and have a peaceful getaway. Thank you so much Kyle and Nicole for allowing us to make wonderful memories during our vacation. We have a son with Down syndrome, so the pool was a perfect space for him to enjoy and be comfortable. Again, thank you. We rented this house for a family vacation with 4 little kids ages 1-3. We stayed in the house the entire time. We used it like we would our own home and we were very pleased. Great A/C Plenty of beach towels and pool toys were available Clean and pet friendly Game room fun for the whole family Pickleball court/basketball court was a lot of fun Hot tub was great! Just something to keep in mind if renting this house for a staycation. The pool cleaner comes right in the middle of the day on Tuesday. We had to stay out of the pool for about 2 hours. We pretty much were in it the whole day every day. If you’re traveling with kids it would just be helpful to know this so you can plan accordingly! Again, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would 100% rent again!
Our stay was lovely! We had 12 guests and 2 doggos with plenty of room to relax, explore, or play. The house was extremely clean upon arrival with fresh towels on every bed. Highly recommend staying here! Only qualms are (1) the backyard is not as clean/freshly painted/kept up as the photos and (2) the neighborhood does not welcome AirBnb visitors.
We had the best bachelorette trip at this location. Super accommodating and the host was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely come back !
Our first reservation was canceled literally a day before we was suppose to travel down to FL, Airbnb was very helpful on getting our money back to us so we could find another home, then we came across this beautiful home! We stayed 5 nights here , this place was perfect for my family of 10, everything was just spot on. Rooms were spaced out just right, the kitchen was gorgeous! Our kids loved the pool, the basketball goal in the back yard. Very good neighborhood, easy to find and easy to get out of. Seminole is a little south of Clearwater which was a nice break from the hectic crowds there daily The beach access was less than 8 mins away, we felt like we had our own private beach everyday! I highly recommend anyone who is reading to stay here! My family loved it and we created memories of a lifetime here! Thank you guys so much!
Our family had a blast! We used all of the amenities and everyone slept well. The huge kitchen was perfect as 10 adults all brought food, snacks and drinks for the stay. There was so many areas to sit and talk, eat, play games or watch tv. Loved this house!! The beach was so close - we had to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. My photos have no filters.
This was our first stay with airb&b. This was wonderful! Host was great and helpful. The activities for everyone were the best. Pool, putt-putt, basketball, pickle ball. Great outdoors spaces. House is spacious for a large family or group. Beach is so close too! Just an over all great experience! Highly recommended!

The front door had a yellow Stop construction sign due to unlicensed contractor and no permit. I contacted the property management about it several times, the answer was always "I will check and get back to you" Never heard back from them.Pickleball net is completely broken. They can use an exterminator due to the amount of bugs in that place. The house is furnished very nicely. location was great between the beach and my work.
We had an incredible stay - plenty of activities at the house which kept us entertained for hours. We really appreciated the communication from the host and how easy everything was for our stay. I definitely recommend staying here with large groups. We had 10 adults and had room and beds to spare

Better than the pictures! The adults and children had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's eleventh birthday. It was a cold weekend in February so a Hot Tub was a must and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. There was also plenty of space for two families to spread out and feel like they still had privacy. Everyone enjoyed all the big screen TVs and all of the room for activities. :-) Our daughter was asking to go back before we even pulled out of the driveway.
I was a pleasure staying here. The Host was amazing and very responsive. We were able to rest each night after a hard day of work.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so much so that I actually plan on reaching out to ask for the link to the bedding in the master bedroom. The home was clean, spacious, and very well kept. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable. I would absolutely book again.
Awesome place to rest and hang out… Plenty fun amenities and a beautiful pool with a grill are available… If you want to go out, there are places to go but if you choose to stay in the property you won’t be bored at all… We had a great experience… Will return in the future and we’ll recommend this great place to family and friends💖
This place was a good size for our family (we had 12, 6 adults 6 kids) We enjoyed playing pickle ball every day. It was nice to have beach towels handy. 6 mins to the beach was great. However, I would have liked better outdoor furniture and a light in the pool for night swimming.
We had a great stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. The backyard and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
I stade 4 nights and enjoyed this home from the game room to the pool to the basketball court this home was very clean from the yard to the bathrooms to the kitchen if I could give more then 5 stars I would I definitely would come back and stay again thank u Kyle and Nicole we enjoyed ur home

The host was incredibly welcoming and so responsive, making our whole experience stress-free. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here—it felt like a home away from home. The pool. Bball court. Seminole Game House Loved the game room vibe! Plenty to do for all ages! Swimming pool was very large and enjoyed by all! Close to beaches and appreciated the large well stocked kitchen! Communication with the host was excellent!! Highly recommend this property!
My friends and I had plans to go out and explore more but the place was too great that we decided to switch up our schedule and enjoy the bnb. Great place and communication.
Backyard Pool was not the cleanest and the outside of the backyard should’ve been powered washed.
Host was great very responsive, very clear instructions… house is amazing, their is plenty of space, very clean, beds were very comfortable.
Pros: House was a pictured, place was clean and was perfect for our large group. Plenty of things for the kids to do at the house, from swimming in the pool, to playing pickle ball, basketball, plus a little mini golf. Kitchen was one of the best feature of the home it has plenty of room for cooking and fully stocked, however no can opener . The game room was definitely a hit for the kids. Pool was very nice and clean, chair, floats were there to use. Along with lots of towels to use. Cons: Back porch screen needs replaced several spots where not attached. Water pressure is very low in the showers up stairs and the hall bath door is very hard to fully close, it sticks. There were a few "No Airbnb signs" on the same street. A few of the paver bricks outside are loose, and probably should be replaced. The screen door closer was completely Could be considered a trip hazard. The trash cans were full from the prior guest.

Perfect for fun! Check in was great, the property was as described, and how it appeared in the pictures. Host was extremely responsive, we had a small issue with a door, reached out to the host, and they had a person over to address it within hours. Kids absolutely loved he pool, pickleball, and all the amenities. Great location, quiet neighborhood!

This place was beautiful and perfect for the trip. There was plenty of space, large bedrooms and tons of outdoor space for outdoor activities. The hosts were gracious and super communicative and were looking forward to staying here again soon.
The airbnb looked just like the photos & was super nice. We went for a combined bachelor & bachelorette trip & there was lots to do at the house alone. The beds are super comfy. The beach being an easy 5 minute drive was super nice. The host was super friendly & responsive. The only awkward thing was the anti airbnb signs in the neighborhood.
Great time! Everything was great and accurately portrayed! Plenty of activities to create family memories!! Nice neighborhood and host was accommodating and responsive. Plenty of room and great for families. We dated with 5 kids ranging from 1.5 yrs to 18 yrs old and EVERYONE loved it!!
It was nice and it matches the description of the place. Overall it was a great experience and they’re very responsive.
Cons: *We were told pool was heated and paid in advance for heat ($700/week). They did NOT have a pool heater. They did eventually refund our $. *The only bathroom with a bathtub didn’t have hot water. Took 4 days for them to fix so 9 people sharing one shower and no bathtub for baby. *Screened porch door was broken and they placed a brick in front of door instead of fixing it, clearly they knew it was broken. *Pool was cluttered with a vacuum and a device to refill the water level. Both were tripping hazards. *Lots of step downs throughout main floor, young and old tripped in kitchen multiple times. *anti-Airbnb signs in neighborhood. *not a walkable neighborhood *back door wasn’t locked upon arrival and was a very tricky door to lock *Bunk room is a converted garage, no closet or dresser. Pros: *clean *lots of amenities- soap, TP, shampoo, well stocked in general *close drive to multiple beaches *loved the pickleball court and game room, both came with all supplies needed
It’s a great place in a nice neighborhood. The immediate neighbors are quite nice but some of the other neighbors have signs indicating displeasure with having an Airbnb as their neighbor. Still, this wouldn’t deter me from going back. The host, Abigail is very helpful and proactive and prepared us for what to expect after hurricane Helene.
Amazing home in Seminole, near Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg’s. Location was pretty centric and the home itself was great. Amenities such as the pickle ball court, pool and game room were amazing. We had a family trip and were able to spend alot of time in the house just enjoying the space. Abigail was very responsive to any questions I had. 10/10 would stay here again!
Super fun amenities with all the games and pickleball. Loved the big dining table and seating area we could all enjoy time together comfortably. The kitchen was big so there could be several cooks in the kitchen. The Beds were really comfortable!

Highly recommend this place!! This Airbnb comfortably hosted a group of 12 with plenty of space to sleep. The pool/outdoor amenities were clean and easy to use. The air conditioning was working great and everything was clean and organized. Our host communicated with us quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for anyone considering this place!!!
Lots to do at this funhouse!! The kids had a great time with all the activities that were available at the house. Also, the kids room was fantastic with the four double bunkbeds. We could close the door and let them play and have adult time. Being in a residential neighborhood and not a typical rental was a little strange. We seemed kind of out of place, but all the amenities the home offered made up for that.
Last minute We finished early at a soccer tournament in Tampa. Found this place and it was available. Perfect for multiple families. Beds very comfortable. Spacious kitchen. Outdoor games and pool kept the teens entertained in the evenings. Game room worked great for teen girls. Seems like it was recently updated on the inside… Would highly recommend.
The pictures listed did not do this house justice! This is one of the best BNBs I’ve ever booked!! All rooms were super spacious with comfy beds and linens. The family area had plenty of seating and walking space. The game room was so much fun for all kids and adults, but hands down, the outdoor stole the show! We spent most of our time enjoying the covered patio and grilling out after taking a dip in the 8ft pool, it was seriously like living a dream. Not to mention the closest beach was only an 8 min drive!! My only downside about the house was not having a microwave, but we made it work! Abigail seriously did an excellent job hosting the property, can’t wait to book again!
La casa estaba muy buena y con todas las condiciones , muy limpia , todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía, Abigail tiene una sala de juegos muy buena adentro , y afuera también tiene muchos juegos divertidos , solo q nos sentimos cohibidos porque a los vecinos les molestaba , cuando estábamos afuera , los niños en la piscina y jugando entonces daban queja , y eso nos hacía sentir mal , porque fuimos a pasar unas vacaciones a divertirnos , por lo demás todo muy bien , está muy cerca de la playa , de restaurantes centros comerciales y tiendas .
