What a wonderful find this flat was! I visited here with my 8-year-old daughter and we both loved it, especially people-watching from the bay window at the front. As AirBnbs go, the apartment was very spacious, so we were able to spread ourselves out and really relax. Everything is new, it seems it was recently renovated. We didn’t want to leave!
The surrounding area is fantastic, with so many exciting shops and restaurants to visit. We especially liked Bert’s Home Store in Kensington Gardens which had many cute home items that I can’t find in Manila, where I am from. The Japanese/Korean restaurant O’shio on Trafalgar Street was my daughter’s favorite, she is still talking about it. Yet, despite the flat being in the heart of things, the main bedroom was surprisingly quiet, apart from the seagulls, which you have to expect in Brighton.
We will be back in Brighton next year and hope to return to this wonderful place.

Positive: Loved the location. Such a great area. Clean and comfy. Everything we needed for our short stay. Lots of space and felt really homely.
Negative: Couldn't figure out the pull out bed but the sofa was big enough for our little one anyway, so wasn't a problem.

We will be back.
Positive: A perfect base for exploring Brighton
We loved our stay in this large and beautifully renovated apartment. The upper floor was full of light and we found it a great place to hang out in. We also spent a quite a lot of time in the downstairs bay window watching the colourful Brighton streetlife. The main bedroom is in the back, so it was quiet and peaceful, apart from the occasional seagull. The bathroom was very cool too. The wi-fi and heating were easy to work.
The flat is right in the heart of things, with tons of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and pubs within easy walking distance. We particularly liked the Basketmakers pub and the Goemon ramen bar. The sea is not far away at all.
Negative: Our only caveat is that the stairs are a bit narrow, so the flat may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, it is a perfect place for exploring Brighton.

Recently renovated & pleasant apartment in the heart of a vibrant area
Positive: I had a great stay here. It’s a lovely space, filled with light, which has clearly been recently renovated so everything works. The wi-fi and heating were easy to operate and worked well. I found the flat surprisingly quiet at night too since the main bedroom is at the back.
The location is great if you want to be in the midst of things -- loads of pubs, unique shops, and a cinema and theatre nearby. The Pavilion and Museum & Art Gallery are well worth a visit, and the sea is not far away. I loved the range of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance too. We found O’shio (Japanese and Korean) and Mange Tout (French), both on Trafalgar Street, and both very good!
Overall, I was very happy with my stay in this pleasant apartment.

My partner and I really loved this air BnB! We were a bit apprehensive due to a previous Air BnB not being up to standards, however this has restored faith! Great location, communication was great, amenities were good, and the place was just really lovely all round. Highly recommend!

Great location to enjoy Brighton
Positive: Location and décor of the place
Negative: Some basic aménités in the kitchen like salt / black Pepper / laundry détergent if present would make the stay even more wonderful

Nice flat in Central Brighton
Positive: A nice flat in a central part of Brighton, near the train station. The flat was as advertised and a nice location near local shops and eateries.
Negative: My only note of frustration was only being provided one loo roll for the 4 days we were staying, which when queried was intentional. So remember to pack your loo rolls with you when staying!

We had a lovely long weekend staying here. Beautiful apartment in a central location - within walking distance from the train station and the beachfront (both under 10 minutes). There were nice cafes and shops along the street below, which was quiet at night. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and exactly as described. We had requested fans as it was a warm weekend which the owners provided no bother. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful, central flat with excellent facilities.
Positive: You could not beat the location. Close to the station and in the heart of the laines.
The property is beautifully decorated and felt modern as well as having lots of character.
Negative: We would have loved a fan for the hotter weather. With windows open you will be awoken by a seagull chorus, but that’s pretty hard to avoid in Brighton!

Positive: The location was excellent, a lovely community feel to where we were.
The apartment was a great size, giving both of us our own bedroom effectively.
Loved the layout, especially top floor.
Negative: No faults whatsoever.

Beautiful property in the heart of Brighton. Really close to bars, restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to beach too. Quite noisy in evenings and early mornings but that’s what you get with such a fab central location I guess. Host was helpful, and communication was easy. Would recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Positive: Had such an incredible stay here at Window on the World. It was a super smooth process getting the keys for the property. Everything that you could need and more was provided within the property and not to mention the location…Fabulous! Right in the centre of all the best shops and food locations. As well as very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend:)

As a frequent Brighton visitor over the last 11 years, I’ve always stayed in hotels. We decided to try Airbnb in the uk before looking at properties abroad. What a fantastic way to start our Airbnb journey.
The flat was right in the heart of the Lanes, we had a fantastic view of the street below which was great to people watch!
The flat itself spans 2 floors, a very spacious bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a sofa bed which is very easy to set up) and an open plan kitchen / dining area.
Overall, easy to find the accommodation, we felt incredibly safe & at home. I will 1000% return and have already recommended friends and family.
