Leuk gezellig huisje op prima plek. Positive: De locatie is prima als uitgangspunt voor wandelen of naar de kust. Leuke huisjes en mooie grote tuin. Negative: Prima huisje, alles aanwezig maar weinig ruimte om eigen spul en kleding op te ruimen. Op zich geen probleem maar wel een klein beetje behelpen. Maar het was mooi weer dus ook daardoor geen probleem. Verder is het jammer dat de auto's van de gasten in het zicht staan, beetje zonde van de mooie groene omgeving.

Prima plek om te verblijven Positive: Een sfeervol ingericht huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne badkamer. Een prachtige tuin en voldoende privacy. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en uitstapjes. Negative: Niets

I found the property a little difficult to find as the satnav signal dropped out on the junction where I should have turned left. The pad itself was brilliant, roomy, all mod cons. Clean and bright.

I have stayed several times and this time was as good. Onky problem was due to the area the phine signal is bad, ringing to get yhe lockbox code was duffucult. So recomend you ring before you arruve.

Positive: Tranquility. Comfort. Lovely outside space on the lawn or on own terrace. Negative: SATNAV! Boat Lane has 2 halves joined by Cherry Orchard Lane.. . SATNAV sends you to the wrong side

Cozy, comfortable property, ideal for a short break. Positive: The location was great, quiet and peaceful. The property was clean, and basic stuff like drinking water, tea, coffee, milk and eggs were provided. The free ice cream was a nice touch. The host was really helpful and friendly. Negative: Property was a bit cramped, but fine for a 2 night stay.

Was great to get away for a few days as just moved house, was peaceful, well equipped and host was very responsive, local pub the walnut tree were very friendly, not far from port lymph which we visited and Folkestone near by, great place as a Base.

Super Unterkunft! Positive: Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Kleine Willkommensgeschenke wie Milch, Eier und regionales Eis im Kühlschrank waren echt ein Highlight. Willow Barn ist modern eingerichtet und das Badezimmer übertrifft auf jeden Fall den britischen Standard. Die Lage ist zwar ländlich - trotzdem ist Dover, Canterbury, etc. in einer rund 30 Min Fahrt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Parken bei der Unterkunft ist kein Problem. Negative: -

Wow, a fantastic few nights in Willow Barn. Better than a hotel in many ways. Home from home with everything you need to hand. Extremely comfortable, clean and perfect for what we needed. We will be back definitely as our son moves up that way on Friday and this is 10mins away so ideal if they can't accommodate us. Everything like communication and general information was brilliant too. If there was a star rating, it would definitely receive the top from us. Thank you

We stayed here for 2 nights as we had a wedding in the local area. The cabin was gorgeous with everything you need, and the hosts add so many personal touches- as well as always being on hand if you need them. Would’ve loved to stay longer if we could!

Excellent weeks stay, good location and well equipped clean home from home

Wonderful property with great facilitues. 1st time staying i found it a little difficult to find as satnav dropped out just before i got to the last turning.

At your own risk. Positive: Beautifully & tastefully decorated. Well equipped, comfortable bed, decent shower. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice outlook & plenty of convenient parking. Negative: I wasn’t given the key code or adequate directions to the property. I found the property with the assistance of a neighbour. Tried to contact Host & Stay who manage the properties for the owners: no reply from several attempts & then got cut off. After several more attempts I did get a response from a lady who said she would investigate & get back to me. I then got a message to say that the owner had decided to let the property for long term lets only & that alternative accommodation had been arranged for me nearby. I then got a message with the key code for the original booking…………more than an hour after my arrival. I never met the actual owners but judging from the guest book they haven’t had guests there for about 3 months. The info for the barn said that ironing facilities were available on request but when asked, I didn’t get a response. The cost wasn’t particularly high but I was concerned that I wouldn’t get any recompense because Host & Stay would take their share as well as booking… Previous guests received welcome packages & had obviously met the owners which I missed out on.

In a good location and quiet Positive: Compact and had everything you needed

Quiet, peaceful barn lodge Positive: Well equipped with all the essentials. Cosy, quiet location. Nice to have coffee pods, eggs & ice cream in the fridge/freezer on arrival. Lovely bathroom with nice fluffy towels. Negative: No bath.

Lovely stay Positive: Everything was great . Clean and tidy . Nice to have tea coffee and milk in the fridge for when we got there after our long journey . Negative: Nothing

I really enjoyed staying at Willow Barn. It's a new cabin surrounded by green fields and the countryside of Kent. It's ideal if your travelling across the channel tunnel and need a place to stay for the night in the countryside.

Positive: Was very clean, was enough space, was very cozy! We lived our stay here very much! Negative: Our oven stopped working on the last night, which was a shame, so had to order a take away, which was a little difficult for the driver to find

This was probably one of the best air BnB l have stayed in. great bed shower . Good quality fittings and furnishings. very well thought out and tasteful. and above all clean!

Fantastic place to stay. Extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom. Will definitely stay again.

An excellent stay which made us feel very welcome hosted by trusting people. Positive: Everything I struggle to find fault! Negative: The only thing I can suggest is that there’s no microwave but that’s nothing major just something we needed at the time.

Peaceful country setting Positive: Great place to stay. Nice quiet country surroundings and cool little village nearby. Property had everything you'd expect and was modern and clean Negative: Wasn't happy being charged an extra 20 quid after booking to cover possible damages

Lovely place to escape from it all Positive: Beautifully laid out property, with lots of thoughtful touches, which was brilliant. The Ice Cream was d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s and the place had everything we needed. Very comfy beds too - slept very well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come again.

Very quiet country location Positive: Very quiet location with easy parking. Well equipped property, nicely furnished. Full set of knives, forks etc which in our experience of staying in holiday lets, is very rare, usually get 4 of each. Clean and well presented. Ice cream in the freezer and a few coffee pods for the machine. Tea bags and coffee also provided. It was lovely to sleep undisturbed by other people and traffic noise. Only about 7 miles from the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway station at Hythe. Negative: Could only just reach the shower to turn it on as it is positioned too high up the wall. All the china, glasses etc were in a cupboard which I couldn't reach without standing on a chair. I'm average height for a British woman...... Needs a new frying pan as it 'spins' on the hob. Two dishwasher tabs for a week and nowhere near a shop, so just as well there was a small amount of dishwasher liquid available. Not applicable to us, but if you are not allowed to charge your electric car, even by prior arrangement, suggest the owners advise customers where the nearest charging points are as a courtesy,

Immaculately clean, Extremely well appointed cottage, in a peaceful location not to far from anywher Positive: South facing so we had the sun all day once the blackout curtains were opened; the place was immaculate with all that you need; excellent use of space; private and peaceful; excellent 1500mm shower; extremely well appointed, with flowers, milk and teabags, fresh eggs and the tastiest ice cream I can remember. Excellent location for all directions, beautiful countryside and villages. Negative: What's not to like? It's a fantastic place!
