Cosy studio flat - great value for money, decent location for exploring the coast Positive: Handy location for exploring this bit of the Yorkshire coast. Nice studio flat - handy kitchen and decent bathroom. Great value for what it offers. Lovely view, too, overlooking the cricket pitch. Negative: The brick walls were crumbling around us and woke us up a few times each night as brick dust and particles fell onto and around the bed. The bricks could be varnished or stabilised better so they don't create such a mess or risk falling onto guests.

Accommodation was on top floor but not a problem as we had views over the cricket pitch. It was clean and spacious. Good location. Definitely value for money. Host friendly and tentative e-mails.

Cold, pleasurable, snug. Positive: One of the radiators didn’t work so it got quite cold, the shower wasn’t great and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. However, the rest of then property was very clean and the other facilities were really good and the overall place was really nice. Good value for money. The electric blanket was a life saver.

Lovely apartments perfect for a couple! The view onto the cricket ground was fantastic especially with the sunset! Spacious and well done out. Only downside was the heating didn’t seem to work and was a little chilly! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Well equipped and clean within a short walk of the sea front, and the city centre maybe just a few hanging points for your jackets to hang…

The location was great with a very responsive host , lovely apartment in a great location was just a few minor things the wall crumbled on our heads over night no fault of anyones and it could have been a little bit cleaner but other than this it was a lovely stay.

Comfortable but standards are low Positive: Good location Negative: Disgusting smell in the bathroom, cleaning left a lot to be desired glasses provided we’re just 3 flutes no tumblers. Basic tv no apps no way to cast to tv. Brick dust everywhere even in the bed we could sit in the evening and listen to pieces of brick dropping off the wall. Blinds all damaged Concerned that these issues had been put in reviews in 2024 and still not rectified in 2025.

We stayed in the top floor studio for 2 nights. It was ok, not clean though, so the cleaner needs to spend more time on that aspect. Parking is a hassle. No glasses and basic lack of knives (some were broken), utensils and cooking equipment, only very few cups, bowls, plates etc. Very small pieces of brick and pointing fell from the walls several times, which was disconcerting. Overall, more care and attention from the host needed.

Overall our stay was lovely. The accommodation is in a central location and walking distance to town and the beach. You can park outside the apartment from 5pm - 9am daily free of charge or there is a payable car park less than 5 mins walk away which you can keep your car 24 hours. The reason I have not given 5 stars is due to the cleanliness of the apartment. On first glance it was very tidy however we quickly noticed areas for improvement. For example, when entering the bathroom we noticed splashes of something red all up the door frame of the door (we wiped this away easily so this could have been done prior to arrival). We also noticed lots of cobwebs around which to be honest were pretty hard to miss. Lots in the bathroom, above the bed and around the kitchen. I work in hospitality so I don’t think my expectations are overly high but it was disappointing having to go round myself and wipe marks away and get rid of cobwebs.

Great location, walking distance from all our needs. Could have been alot cleaner and was lacking some basic necessities but the bed provided was very comfy.

Brilliant place to stay. Clean, tidy and modern. The blinds could do with being slightly better to block out the morning sun! But apart from that everything was perfect, thank you.

Good location but not for car parking.Didnt realise it was on the top floor (my mistake) my back certainly didnt thank me.Cleanliness the rug was dirty and underer the sink was very dirty.Only one glass.But brilliant view of the pitch and near enough to town and the outside theatre.

Disappointing due to cleanliness of apartment. Positive: Good location. Near sea front and open air theatre. Great views over the cricket pitch. Negative: The bathroom had a terrible smell on arrival which improved after I’d cleaned it and opened the windows for a few hours. It took 24 hours to clear completely. Kitchen was clean but lounge and bedroom could have been cleaner. Rug in lounge was dirty. Not enough glasses and only 2 forks.

Relaxing and comfortable and peaceful. Positive: The property is very modern and tidy and clean. Negative: There isn’t any dislike to mention. Maybe some extra glasses as we had to drink pop out of mugs but no bother.

Very nice apartment with all the necessary utilities I required and more. Also has free parking right outside between the hours of 6pm and 9am which was perfect for me as that was the only time I needed to park the care. Also very close to beach within a 10 minute walk and lovely view of the cricket stadium.

Could be a nice apartment, maintenance and cleanliness extremely sub standard. Negative: Shower enclosure was absolutely filthy, only 1 fork in the cutlery drawer, Kettle was full of limescale, extraction fan filthy and not working, lounge area lights and dining area light not working, window cracked from top to bottom and patched up with Duct Tape, damaged roof tiles causing banging noise in the wind all night,

Arrived at the property to find it had no parking when it advertised it did. This was sorted my manager Mel she arranged for us to have a parking permit. The property was absolutely filthy the window overlooking the cricket field was cracked all the way down and covered with cellotape but it moved in the wind and it made the place freezing. The bathroom had wee in the loo and flys. The shower was full of grime and hairs. The place smelt of cigarettes and there was a party going on in the room below us. It cost me £135 plus £25 insurance waver (which was supposed to include a £50 cleaning fee that wasn’t done) I took pictures and videos to show how bad this place was. It really was awful please don’t waste your money going here. After making a complaint i finally after weeks of waiting got a response and they said that they are going to give me £100 back even though I haven’t been given the full amount back which is outrageous I have to appreciate the work that manager Mel did to help.

Very well placed to explore all of Scarborough. Hint about carparking. You can get a Disc park from the local store on the same road. There is a car park near Peasholme Park that is free until March 1st, we used that to park in the day.

Good location, tidy clean apartment but lots of stairs could be problematic for the less able. Positive: Nice stylish apartment close to town centre very clean on arrival. Negative: Lots of stairs up a narrow staircase. High level windows in attic room so could only see out when standing. No parking pass / permit as other venues have so had to pay extra or move the car daily.

Lovely apartment with a great location with access to the beach and a short walk to the amenities in town

Very satisfactory on the whole; easy access to North Beach very welcome. Positive: Very well-presented; tasteful decor; good facilities; Superb view of the cricket ground and across the town to Oliver's Mount (downside for the less able — up several flights of steep stairs). Negative: Whizzy-looking app with apartment info didn't in fact contain much useful info (in particular no guide to using the unfamiliar cordless blinds; only worked this out by accident) — and would be inaccessible for the non computer savvy. Being asked, late in the day, for a £250 deposit was a bit of a shock (but perhaps my fault for not reading the property details sufficiently closely). Being charged £10 to pay the deposit was also an unwelcome surprise

The Wicket View looks exactly like on the pictures. Good to know for luggage - it’s on the top floor. Kitchen has the necessary equipment, shops are nearby to get supplies. Didn’t find a manual for the washing machine on the companies webpage but a quick online search helped. Quiet are, if you love cricket, you can watch the guys practice

Looking at the photos and the price we at least expected the apartment to be clean. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again Positive: Good facilities and decent location Negative: Not clean, crumbs in the cutlery drawer, dirty cutlery, stains all over the rug (wouldn’t cost much to replace??), stains on bed linen, bathroom smelt of drains, mug rings left on table. Batteries for the remote control died and took over 24 hours for replacement batteries to come, couldn’t login to Netflix or other services due to not having an Amazon account.

We had a great weekend staying in beautiful accommodation, just perfect. Positive: The location was perfect as we were attending the open air theatre. We also enjoyed walking along the sea front and sampled lovely places to eat. The accommodation was clean, fresh and bright and had everything we wanted and more. Negative: Can’t think of anything apart from lack of hanging space which wasn’t a problem for us.

Not a bad apartment but wouldn't stay here again. Positive: Nice apartment, wouldn't really call it luxurious but it was comfortable and they'd even left us some coffee pods. It's situated in a good location for access to the town centre and promenade if you don't mind walking. Good view of the cricket ground! Negative: Climbing up the 50 steps to the apartment was a killer, we had to call the company as the mains switch for the shower would not turn off and was really hot, they said they would come when we were out, I don't think they came as we still couldn't turn it off later that day and it was the same all week, sometimes the switch light went out and the shower would not work. There is no wardrobe to hang clothes and the drawers are extremely small, some of the walls are bare brick and you get brick dust coming off them onto the pillows. Street parking is very limited and you need to get a disc from local shops/pubs, I had to keep paying for an NCP car park around the corner - some of the accommodation providers get parking permits for their guests but not this one!

Nice little studio in need of some TLC Positive: Cosy compact studio apartment Negative: Lots of dust on all the blinds, dustwebs hanging from beams to wall units and is in desperate need of a lick of paint as walls dirty with scuff marks and grime marks. The same goes to all the walls leading upto the apartment.

The Gypos ruined it. Lovely property though. Positive: Nice n tidy. Nice location for amenities Negative: The £10 ransom fee. I mean admin fee that i was held for to release checkin details. THERE IS NO MENTION OF THIS ON BOOKING.COM. YOU ONLY FIND OUT AFTER PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!

Lovely place to stay. Handy for everything. It’s right on the top floor of a 4 storey building, lovely views of the cricket ground and handy for local attractions.

Positive: The property was spacious and it was situated in a good location, close to the beach, close to Peasholm Park and close to the main area for the attractions. Negative: When we first arrived at the property it hadn’t been cleaned. I called the main office and they did sort it out very quickly however it did mean that we were not able to get into the property properly until 5:30, an hour and a half after original check in which is already late at 4pm, so this did ruin the start of the holiday. I will say though that the staff did sort the issue out for us and refunded us £30. It was unfortunate that we still had to check out early at 10 despite not being able to get in till 5:30. There was also a lot of noise from the other apartments, there was a dog barking very early in the morning and doors slamming, I understand this is not the owners fault however the walls are very thin so this is something to consider when booking here as you will not be able to have a lie in, we were woken at 7 everyday! Generally the stay was lovely, the apartment was in a nice location and it was nice having our own space in a modern place.

Looks just like photos and like says in description is up multiple flights of stairs so need to be mobile. Couple of nearby car parks (2 min walk) but are paid for. Shower power is very weak. You can hear the other flats in the block quite easily. Great view over cricket ground. Easy to find and 12 ish minute walk to town centre, two mins to sea with great views.

Great accommodation and great location. Had everything I needed aswell as good cleaning supplies
