A fab little place for a few days away over NY. Christmas decorations inside which was a nice touch. The free standing bath was fab. A great position for walking and little villages. The hot tub was lovely as well as the onsite small swimming pool which we always had to ourselves. One thing I would say is that the listing shows it has a king size bed and the bed wasn’t a king size. We have one at home and always book a place with a king size so we’re disappointed for it not to be. The wine fridge didn’t work but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Me and my Fella had a wonderful 5 days here, very peaceful, very clean and tidy, as it looks on the pictures. The view at the back could literally replace the original windows xp background on the sunny days, and the hot tub was glorious! Those jets be powerful! Really enjoyed our stay here, would 10/10 stay here again, gave us the refresh and recharge we needed, my Fella was visiting from America and said it's probably his favourite place in the UK so far, the towns an easy ride into via taxi if you don't have a car and the train stations right there as well, the local folks are lovely too. The kitchen was really well stocked, enough equipment for me to make a full roast and more. plenty of towels/robes, there's a combi washer/dryer to refresh them with if your staying a while, heating was really easy to suss out and it warms up quick too. The bed was seriously SO comfy, we haven't slept like that in a long time. Deffo recommend this place to folks that need a good recharge!

we all really enjoyed our stay at Whistler deluxe lodge. the place was immaculate on arrival and felt very homely. The view from the lounge and veranda was great and made it feel private. the hot tub was clean and we loved using it, especially our young boys. we also made use of their indoor pool which again was well maintained and looked modern and sleek. The reception staff were all friendly and helpfu, sol overall a fantastic, chilled stay. We'll be back.

We stayed here for two nights. On arrival, the lodge was more than we ever expected. It was luxurious, had all the amenities and more. The place was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and already planning a return. A perfect trip away, felt sad when had to leave. Thank you!

Very spacious accommodation and the small leisure facilit is an added bonus Positive: The location is amazing, surrounded by countryside we could see the sun set from our lodge and they are close to Hexham. Negative: Nothing negative to say about it really, if any thing, just for our group, a small play park would have been a bonus.

Perfect getaway only 10 min drive from Hexham and 15 min from Corbridge. Lovely and quiet, hot tub was the highlight! They even put Christmas decorations up which was perfect for an early ‘Friendsmas’, made it extra cosy and festive. Great value for money - highly recommend!

Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious lodge. Well equipped. Loved the hot tub and view of the cows. Nice, clean, well maintained site although lodges quite close together. We used the gym regularly and the small pool looked good. Very peaceful, would visit again.

Positive: Everything, every need catered for, an ambience where you can relax straight away 😁😁 Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike

Great location for a peaceful getaway - hot tub overlooking fields with cows was a great touch! Fairly close to neighbouring lodges but not too much noise. Very informative host and listing exactly as described! Some areas could use a deeper clean like the skylight in the en-suite, stained wallpaper in guest bathroom and a few other wee bits - but all things that just happen with use so other than that very well kept!

Great facilities and a beautiful surrounding for our first time in North East.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The Lodge was spacious and very well equipped. The site staff were friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is very well presented and the cleanliness was outstanding. The site is well maintained and tidy. Hexham is just a short drive away with plenty of places to eat and drink. You will need a parking disc that you can purchase from the sports centre beside the main car park. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Nice hot tub. Nice view of fields. Saw a few cows. Feels like you’re in the countryside but close to lots too. Very easy check in and out. And very good communication from Hosts! Hexham is a nice town. We caught the train to Newcastle too and it’s not expensive to park or for the train.

Overall a lovely stay. Thank you. Positive: Private location, hot tub, two bathrooms always a bonus. Large bed in main room far better than a double. Good size all round. Beautiful view from the back and whilst sitting in the hot tub. Negative: The outdoor sofa cushions had been left out in the rain before our arrival. They couldn’t be sat on and it was a beautiful sunny evening, and we couldn’t use the outdoor seating. Need to have a storage area for the cushions. My main complaint was the cleaner standing outside the property at 9:25am. Check out was 10am. I was in the main bedroom, and she just stood there. This made me feel uncomfortable and I had to draw the curtains. Even though I did this she didn’t get the hint and move on, she continued to stand outside. When another van cleared she moved and went in to start the cleaning. It was not a good experience! And bad manners.

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location. Exactly as described, hot tub was a delight. 5 min taxi ride into Hexham for everything you require. Good hosts, plenty of communication and lots of recommendations. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Positive: It was absolutely beautiful!, We had an issue with the hot tub needing filling, we contacted reception and within 5 minutes we had someone at the lodge. Great experience and can’t wait to be back! Great location 5 minutes from a little town with shops and everything you could need. Negative: Nothing! The most beautiful and relaxing place I’ve stayed. HDMI cable in the living room was broken but luckily we had packed ours.
