Overall, I was happy with my stay and found the apartment comfortable and well-located. Positives: 1. The apartment was well-equipped with useful amenities including cooking tools and utensils, towels, a drying rack, and a washing machine. 2. It’s within walking distance to town, and the surrounding area felt safe throughout my stay. 3. Having a designated parking space was a big plus. Areas for Improvement: 1. The apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival, which lingered throughout the stay. 2. Although both a TV and Wi-Fi were provided, I encountered several issues with connectivity and functionality over the two weeks. 3. Clearer instructions on how to unlock the safe lockbox would have been helpful, especially for a smoother check-in. With a few small improvements, especially addressing the cigarette odor and ensuring consistent TV/Wi-Fi access, it could be an even better experience for future guests.

The apartment was a very conveniently placed and pleasant little room to stay in.

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. We did initially have trouble finding it. There is no house number on the building. If you click on the GPS link through Airbnb, it just takes you to the GPS app but no specific location. There is free parking behind the building. Locking/unlocking the front door was difficult, but it seems door locks like this might be common in the UK. The place was very clean overall. The microwave did not work. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed/rollaway couch in the living room. The only linen left for the sofa bed was a duvet cover and pillowcase, but no duvet. When we contacted the host about it, they said none of their properties has a sofa bed. The Wifi network and password on the Airbnb app do not work, but the network/password on the house manual do work. The neighborhood was walkable. There is a church, a few restaurants, and a convenience store within walking distance. The grocery store was just a few minutes' drive.

Great place for us to stay. Ideal for us as we had family within walking distance. Also good for Worcester town or Malvern and places around

Basic crockery available. No dishwasher or cloths to wash cups and plates. Plenty of cooking utensils. Good base for nearby towns

Positive: Plenty of room and apartment had everything needed, including a GOOD cooker. Bus stops seconds away but city centre only a 15 minute walk, anyway. Good off-street parking. Negative: Room had slightly odd smell on first entry, and vertical blinds only just adequate for a ground floor apartment. Small matters, though!

Very poor property Positive: Nothing Negative: No signage outside the apartment so very difficult to find. It was not clean. The grill was very dirty, there were dirty marks on the bedroom carpet, mould or dirt on the bedroom wall at the side of the bed, and the floor in the kitchen area was very sticky. When considering the turn around time of six hours, the place should have been clean but was not. Very poor value for money and of all the properties we have stayed in with yourselves over a 15 year period, this was clearly the worst. Would recommend you withdraw it from your site.

Worst Stay to Date Positive: There was a stench of cigarette as I came in so I don't know if I can remember anything else good about this experience. I'll explain on "what I didn't like" section... Negative: Where do I start... I'll keep it to the point. Don't stay here, you have been warned. Check reviews date as things might have changed. 1. Place stank of cigarette 2. Area seems unsafe 3. No privacy, blinds broken, and apartment is located next to car park... 4. Bed sheets smelled men's cologne mixed with cigarette, though they sent cleaner next day to fix fundamental expectation of clean sheets 5. No refund were given for at least when one day when bed sheets were probably kept from previous guest. 6. Noisy place, when checked in it was like music and tumble dryer was creating a simphony that sounded like a heart beat for 3hours without stopping 7. Seriously, if you still think you should risk it, do it at your own peril.

ok Negative: The TV does not work properly. Continuosly pixilating and the sound going off. Not sure if a amplified indoor aerial would sort this out out. But spoilt our stay a little.

Great location for Worcester and St Johns. Plenty of restaurants and bars in St Johns, if you don't fancy a walk over the bridge into Worcester. Flat cozy and with easy access. Safe and easy parking right outside.

Could not locate from the instruction could not locate the lock box at night and place did not have basic amenities like towels no milk or butter in the fridge
