Not proper clean, Bath toilet without hand-wash.

Not the best experience .... Negative: We book accommodation on a weekly basis for business purposes and have always used Booking.com. When we arrived at this property, the access codes provided for the key storage did not work. We had to make several phone calls in an attempt to gain access, which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience at the start of our stay. The condition of the property was also not in a suitable condition and wasn't as advertised online. The rear windows had been smashed and boarded up. The rear areas where unkept and a mess. The property didn't meet basic expectations. This was not disclosed in the property listing or prior to our arrival. As a result, we had no option but to find alternative accommodation at short notice, incurring additional expense as well as significant inconvenience. It has now taken us almost 3 months in emailing and chasing in order to get our money back, we can finally draw a close to this situation. This has now made me wary in using Host & Stay properties again for both business and personal stays.
