Have had a lovely stay at this great house, which had been tastefully decorated for Christmas.\n\nThe house is well equipped and the games room a real treat. \n\nGreat walking location to Whitby town and beach, able to park up and leave car over Christmas. \n\nSmall negatives - we asked if we could check-in a little earlier due to a long drive but advised no flexibility due to “a deep cleanse of the property” sadly on our arrival there was - \n\nLitter and cigarette butts outside in the yard and sweet wrappers left on the cinema room seats. \n\nLarge and dated cobwebs in games room. \n\nThe microwave and dishwasher had dried food in them and several plates a little dirty. \n\nThe dishwasher was temperamental and the sink was very slow to drain with what appeared to be a slight blockage. \n\nThe seat cushion on the 2 seater sofa was damaged and kept falling off scattering feathers.\n\nAs said only small issues which did not spoil our stay. Had a great time and would definitely recommend and use again.

Had a lovely week staying here! Great location, walking distance to everything & nice simple check in. Lots in the house for entertaining the kids & had everything we needed to a comfortable week. A really lovely house

Group of friends had a great stay in Whitby. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and location only a few minutes walk from the all the bars and eateries. Would definately book again if return to Whitby at any time in the future

Wonderful stay. It was a very comfortable for us 6 adults. We found lots of places to eat and drink in the surrounding area without having to go too far up and down the hills. The house was very clean and comfortable and had areas to suit everything we needed. The parking was a little confusing to find, we went into and through the house first to open the gates to park around the back. But it was a very safe and secure parking spot with lots of security on the gates. We had a second car and were able to find parking a few streets away and used one of the provided parking vouchers. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very soft. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They left a very kind welcome gift for us. We did used the laundry facilities in the basement but couldn’t find any supplies. The Co-op is a little walk but we could get all the necessities for laundry and coffee etc. We had a very pleasant stay and would return and recommend.
