“Amazing weekend away Positive: Stunning cottage in a stunning location, kitchen huge with everything you need (fridge and small freezer also included) downstairs bathroom with a bath but no shower, sitting room was cosy (although tv did not connect to WiFi) 2 large double rooms upstairs, one double bed and 2 single, very comfy, towels provided, shower gel and shampoo too ! A 10 minute drive from Berwick town centre. Heating and hot water instructions very easy, quite a few spiders but what would you expect when in the country 😄 Just a heads up if you leave the gate open you will be joined by a group of chickens! Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back again Negative: Tv did not connect to the WiFi, was told there was no fridge or freezer so bought lots of ice to store food in sink, but fridge freezer was provided”

“As this is an agency rather than individual, messages are not as immediate. We had not been sent check in details and so had to phone, complete a registration form and then check in details were released. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and it wasn't difficult to sort out at all - I did panic though! Just make sure you have completed a registration form before you arrive at your accommodation! Actual house was lovely. A few things such as a shower spray on the bath, more than one wine glass, a few less cobwebs and a clean wood burner would have made it perfect. Beds were immaculate and the living room was nice and cosy. The bath is also fantastic! Overall a really lovely place :)”

“Misleading and host was unprepared for our stay . Negative: The wrong passwords were given for the WiFi . No connection for the full stay . The place was dirty . Cobwebs in the corners of each room . Dirty around the light fittings . The location was misleading and indicated it was closer to the town centre than it actually was. It was disappointment after disappointment .”
