Apartment was perfect for my group and location was great Positive: The view

We were disappointed in this apartment, although we had a great time in Liverpool! We chose this place as a group of 4 and the location is great, it's nice view over the waterfront and it's central so easy to get around. However, the quality of the flat was disappointing, whilst the pictures have the correct layout the actual condition of the interior is worse. There are stains on the sofa, table and carpets. The mattress is uncomfortable and needs replacing. A hinge on the fridge door is also broken. There wasn't enough glassess, mugs etc for 4 guests either. Additionally, the key pick up and drop off is 20 minutes from the flat so it's worth factoring this in when you arrive. Although it's not advertised it's worth noting there is no parking with the flat, so it's better suited to those arriving by train/air. The hosts are responsive and friendly and also provide information on how to get in with the key fob. The sofa bed was also comfortable, more so than the bed though!

Lovely studio flat and very clean, however host and stay falsely advertised the amount of beds available and misinformed us about their being no sofa bed. Half of the group had to stay on the sofa bed when we paid for a bed each. When we complained they gave an unhelpful response and made no effort to redeem the mistake. A shame as the flat is nice, but we didn’t get what we paid for in the slightest. Would have been nice for the host to offer us something for the inconvenience of wrongly paying for 2 beds when we only got one.

This was a nice apartment, near the Mersey. Price was inflated as there was a match on however it did seem expensive for one night. The worst part was the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable my partner and I have ever slept on, massive dips throughout the mattress making it an uncomfortable nights sleep. Would choose somewhere else next time.

The response time by the Hotel and Stay staff via booking.com messaging were great…I couldn’t fault them. The apartment Positive: It was spacious and nicely laid out. It was quiet and overlooked the water. Negative: Most things….the best way to describe it was like student accommodation. It had the potential to be a fantastic apartment but it had been trashed. There was so much damage: Lights were broken Sockets were broken The bath didn’t drain There was damage to the floors There were stains all over the walls The carpets were filthy!! We had to Hoover when we got to the apartment because it was so dirty and we didn’t want to take off our shoes There was so much hair in the bed and stains on the sheets that we had to change the bedding which was a TERRIBLE idea. The stains on the duvet and the mattress were vile. The sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed that I’d ever laid on that we ended up sharing. The main bed was a small double and that was just about manageable for the 3 nights we were there re comfortability. The TV turned on but had no signal or channels. There were dirty marks, hands and otherwise, all over the windows which showed up perfectly when the sun hit them during the day. The fridge smelt The thought of unpacking our bags was too much as the place was so unclean…anything we didn’t wear we washed anyway.

Watch out with check out key in a different location! Negative: Asked about late check told they don't do that and got an email night before I was leaving to say hand back the key unless you have a later check out which was frustrating as i emailed them, I emailed back to let them know it be around 10.30 to get over to drop the key back check out was 10.00am but have to bring the key to another location which was over a 20 minute walk told hand to have it back before 10.15 which was annoying with small kids!

Positive: Good location, nice view, apartment big and comfortable Negative: The only bad things where the mattresses both of the double bed and the sofabed, definitely need to be changed, their cushioning has gone and you sink in it so you cannot sleep well and five nights is quite alot to sleep like that.

It's a scam

Lovely apartment overlooking the harbourside on the edge of the Central Area. Away from the noise and bustle of the centre but easily walkable to the pubs and restaurants. Nice and clean, comfortable and warm, getting the sun in the afternoon/evening.Apartment was on the 2nd floor and on arrival, the lifts weren't working. There was a QR Code to send maintenance reports and the management company came and fixed it within a couple of days.Oven worked well (once we realised it's actually a Combi-Microwave Oven). No instruction manual but we downloaded one from the Bosch website. An extra microwave helped as well. Slightly lacking in kitchen utensils - could have done with a chopping board, a medium sized kitchen knife a fish slice/spatula and some pyrex dishes/bowls, but we got through with what there was.There were no wine glasses either - but we went across the road to Home Bargains and bought a set of 4 which we left in the cupboard.Good communication from the owners with extra information and quickly answering any questions we had. Overall happy to have stayed and would revisit next time we're in the area.

Good overall with the odd little issues Negative: No parking available. Can be tricky to park close . Having to walk a fair bit for a closed secure carpark. Plates and utensils weren't very clean. Mattress upside down with springs facing up so had to turn it.

Great view, that's about it! Positive: Location and view Negative: Both beds very uncomfortable, sunken mattress on main bed. Sofa bed dips in the middle. Broken legs on 2nd sofa bed. 1 toilet roll for 4 guests for a full weekend. 3 glasses that were clearly left by previous guests brought back from a bar. No WiFi. Stains on cushions, sofa and sofa bed, also dirty sofa, all which we cleaned ourselves. Very rude shop keeper when collecting keys. No instructions on which entrance to use on arrival. All concerns mentioned numerous times on previous reviews and still not rectified. Would not stay again!

Not able to sleep so it ruined our stay the damaged mattress is a disgrace Negative: The apartment was dirty the tv didn’t work the WiFi didn’t work but the biggest problem was the mattress was so damaged you couldn’t sleep in it we have photos And after looking at reviews online this has be reported before in previous months and nothing has been done What a disgrace

Positive: The place was spacious and comfortable. Negative: I didn't like having to collect the TVkey from a very surly young man in a corner shop 20 mins walk away.There were not clear directions to the apartment and on arrival there were two entrances.Entry involved a 6 didit code and a key fob. The add said high speed internet but there was none.The router was completely dead.I rang the agent who said they would contact the agent but nothing.The bathroom had a dead bulb and the mattress was bobbley.The handle of the blind fell off in my hand. What annoyed me most was recieving a message saying they were considering a £50 fine for not returning the keys to the shop and further asked you to take a video or you placing the key in a box at the shop if it was closed.Check took place not at the apartment at 10.00 but at the shop 20 mins away! The entire experience was wholly unpleasant and stressful. The apartment looks good and could be ok if properly managed and maintained. I should add that it is not air-conditioned and becomes very hot when the sun is coming throught the large windows. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

Positive: Picking up and dropping off the keys was very easy. They sent me full information in advance. Very good location. The heating was great. The bedroom was very comfortable. Negative: The TV wasn't working which we let them know right away. Both couches in the living room were dented and not comfortable to sleep on.

Very disappointing. Positive: Location was OK, parking unavailable nearby. Negative: The carpets were stained, the boiler was noisy, and the main double bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The heater in the bedroom did not work, so there was a small portable heater. The kitchen was poorly furnished; the kitchen cupboard doors were loose, and the fridge door was broken. The TV was completely broken; the screen had been burst, by the looks of it. The security access camera/buzzer was broken too.

En saanut tarvittavaa koodia ennen kuin olin hakemassa avainta ja jouduin soittamaan asiakaspalveluun. Avain piti myös palauttaa samaan paikkaan, joten joudun kävellä sinne hyvin aikaiseen aamulla ja sieltä juna asemalle. Siivous oli tehty huonosti, sohvan alta ei oltu imuroitu varmaan koskaan.Sänky ja sohva olivat todella kuluneet ja patjat olivat likaisia. Myös peitoissa ja lakanoissa oli tahroja. Asiakaspalvelusta ensin sanottiin että eivät voi vaihtaa lakanoita matkamme aikana ja myöhemmin siivous tiimistä sanottiin että asia järjestyy. Informoin heitä milloin emme ole paikalla ja he lupasivat tulla siivoamaan ja vaihtamaan lakanat. Sain myöhemmin soiton että heillä ei ollutkaan avaimia asuntoon joten joutuvat jättämään lakanat asunnon eteen.

We loved the place and everything was just walking distance. Just the perfect and beautiful view from room. It was a peaceful surrounding and helpful neighbourhood. Ohh! We loved it there!

Weekender Positive: Nice set up. Spacious lounge/ dining area. Bedroom comfortable. Bathroom good size. Negative: Key collection from different address. Only 2 mugs and 3 forks for 4 people. Bed settee, stained mattress. Not very comfortable. Having to return key to different address before 10am when check out is 10am. Fridge doesn't close properly. Bath/ shower very slippy, had to go and buy a bath mat.

Great, quick communication. Property as described and ideal for our requirements.

Positive: Great location. Lovely layout. Staff very helpful. Negative: Mattress on sofa bed was dirty and only 2 cups and limited other kitchen items. The key collection is a bit out of the way from the apartment. Instructions not provided on how to get into the building to access aprtment. Thankfully a resident showed us.

Tired Positive: Location Negative: Process of booking was ok - Key collection was not easy at all - then had to pay £20 insurance before you could complete the booking! This felt like a money making scam!!The apartment wasn't clean - very dusty - windows dirty - leak under sink in kitchen - very dirty laundry cupboard - splashback in kitchen very dirty as was kitchen are in general - fridge door broken - mis matched cups, plates and cutlery. Wooden floor damaged - I spent the first day giving everywhere a good clean. The bed linen was clean, although there was no spare bed linen for the extra bed. The apartment was left in a much cleaner state than when we arrived. Considering you're charged a cleaning fee, I'd suggest perhaps inspecting the standards of the end results. This apartment could be lovely if some care and effort were made to update the very tired interior and inspect the cleanliness prior to lettings.

Retarded key collection system to get into a dirty apartment with a nice view Positive: The location, the view. Negative: Key collection was a catastrophe. You have to pick them up in a shop which is located 20 minutes on feet. At arrival the keys weren't there. Suddenly they appear. A lot of calls, waiting and walking just to check in. The appartement was overall dirty.

Positive: Location was amazing. Apartment was lovely. Negative: Having to collect the key from another location, it was a good walk away and the guy in the shop wasn't very helpful when we asked for directions.

Sklamalo moje očakávania, ale napriek tomu nemôžem povedať, že by to bolo zlé ubytovanie. Positive: Lokalita, výhľad, vybavenie kuchyne. Negative: Opotrebovanosť apartmánu, čistota. Apartmán by potreboval renováciu, opraviť, vymaľovať a lepšie upratať. Tiež dobre nefungoval čip pre vstupné dvere. Stačí iba trochu zainvestovať, a vyčistiť a bude to oveľa lepšie miesto. Fotky sú skresľujúce.

Horrible Positive: Place was disgusting and service and attempts to help were not existent. Don’t stay here! Negative: Dirty- we were given wrong access code - smoke alarm kept beeping- very rundown

Lovely and calm Positive: The apartment had a lovely view and it was very comfortable and clean. Negative: The only problems I faced was getting the keys and getting wrong codes and I was left to wait in the street with my luggage

Don’t even bother Positive: Nothing Negative: The place was filthy, pubes on thae toilet, holes in the floor, stunk of smoke and the smoke detectors had a plastic bag over them so someone definitely smokes in there! The place needs a good deep clean and even renovation. Definitely woman t start there again!

A great place to stay! All the amenities we required. Some previous feedback suggesting the Fob to enter the apartment block didn’t work, the Fob we had worked perfectly well! Great stay! Deffo recommend
