Sehr leise - sehr gut! Positive: Drei Badezimmer - 2 Duschen - ideal, das wir 2 Teenies haben! Es gibt eine Parkanlage nicht mehr, wie 50 Meter entfernt für Abendsspaziergänge. Sehr gut an der Autobahn gelegen. Negative: Es ist doch weit weg von der Stadt. Also muss man gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß einplanen. Dafür gibt es aber ein guter Pub nur circa 5 MInuten zu Fuß. Die Küche könnte einige Töpfen und Pfannen mehr gut gebrauchen
Perfect accommodation for 3 friends to meet for the weekend. Lovely homely feel and facilities (apart from the lack of cafetière!) and only a short drive to the city centre. A real treat also to sit outside on the decking but the garden itself was very overgrown.
Disappointing standards of cleanliness. Even after a further clean , it left a lot to be desired. Positive: The property was close to Worcester centre , well located for a local dance festival and good ease of access to local supermarket. Comfortable beds Negative: The host declined our request to check in 1hour early , starting time was needed to complete their high standard of cleaning . However upon entering the property it was clear this was not the case . The house smelt of smoke , the carpets were marked throughout, the kitchen tops were dirty and sticky . We had to put all of the crockery and cutlery through the dish washer before use as they were all dirty. Some of The furniture was tired with ring marks stained into the coffee table , the bedding in the main room was stained and the ensuite shower had a very unpleasant smell as well as having patches of black mould above the shower and near the extractor . The garden was overgrown , so despite having a few nice days we were unable to sit outside .

The house is in good condition but needs a little TLC. Easy access to the motorway and the city centre.Quiet neighbourhood.
Great home, would stay again
The worst rental EVER. I would avoid this filthy house (and its managing agents!). Positive: OK-ish location on outskirts of the city. Negative: Filthy, rundown and smelly - see my photos! Nothing like the pictures in the listing. Host and Stay (the managing agents) were terrible at communication and made no effort at all (e.g., no decorations at Christmas, instead met by overflowing bin on the drive). Never propertly answered questions and instead just spammed me with other services I didn't want. Refused to refund me any money for this filthy dump - so I had to take them to the Small Claims Court to get some money back. AVOID.
Good location with access to motorway and nice, spacious place overall.

This place was an amazing last minute find and was close to the city centre and many grocery stores. The home itself was quite spacious and clean, it was also very convenient to have many bathrooms. Overall was a lovely stay, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Overall stay was good as it was a perfect location for what we needed Positive: Location was perfect and the property was clean. Dealing with the host was very easy and having the key available within the lock box meant there was no messing or waiting on arrival. Negative: The beds were not comfortable at all.
Has potential Positive: Good to have a main bathroom, one en suite and a downstairs toilet. The location was good for us, parking out front for two cars. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and towels provided. We liked the outdoor patio table to sit in the evening. Negative: It smelt musty and stale.. We contacted the owners to tell them but nothing was done. It was also very warm and this intensified the bad smell, we were told they would provide some fans but they never arrived. We aired the property out as best as we could to rid the stale smell. Also couldn't use the garden as the grass was waist high and hadn't been tended for a long time.

Great place slight lack of utensils and garden needs a lot of attention but overall great stay
On arrival there was a strong smell in the driveway and I think from the overgrown bushes. Entrance carpet was dirty/stained and then the freezer compartments were dirty. Cleanliness was probably a 6.5/10 so we cleaned the kitchen. Grass in the garden was probably 40cm long and unusable. Patio table and chairs were dirty and unusable - same as we had som nice days. Contacted them and they couldn't do anything about the grass and didn't come to clean the table. So that soured the stay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. Kitchen lacked things such as a coffee maker, so we purchased a French press and the knives were as dull as a spoon! The milk that they provide was 9 single serve UHTs. A little disappointing overall and not what we are used to in AirBnBs, but we made it work and the location was convenient for us. It's a good home, but appears they do just enough to rent it.
The host communication throughout was excellent and the property was in good condition. The garden was quite overgrown in comparison to the photos which meant the grass was unusable. Overall though we enjoyed our stay in the property

If you are ever in this area, I would highly recommend a stay. What a quiet, beautiful property.

Great place would definitely stay again
Positive: Great location for Worcester and surrounding areas, not far from Malvern, clean house and comfortable beds, good kitchen diner area.Good TV and plenty of channels. Negative: Found the seating in the lounge area uncomfortable due to the low and deep seats. Would have preferred more supportive seating. Outside area was very overgrown, grass needed mowing, there was outside furniture but needed cleaning and cigarette butt's had been left. At least one extra large lidded pan would be useful when cooking for a larger group.
To be honest we were not very impressed by this place. It wasn’t very clean! Footprints visible on the kitchen floor, bath felt grimey, fag ends on patio, outside glass table top very dirty, lawn overgrown, unclean pans, a strange smell in the house, no nice touches such as a bunch of flowers or even a diffuser to help make the place smell fresh! It was not a cheap property and as it’s supposedly professionally managed, you would expect a level of cleanliness which this did not deliver. A shame as it should be a good property in terms of amenities, locality, parking etc.
Checkin process was horrible. They had the wrong address. After messaging the host they still gave me the wrong address. It wasn't until i stumbled upon one of their many different check-in links I found the place. They had different addresses and it was an absolutely frustrating experience. The downstairs stunk of cigarette smoke and the dishes were filthy. The home itself was nice and spacious. Beds lumpy. Overall would not recommend this place.
Perfect location the property is great it our second time and will be back again in the future.
