Great place to stay at in beautiful Ramsgate- this was our second time staying in that flat. Easy access to both Ramsgate town and the coast line and Broadstairs. My children love the place and we will book it again in the future.

Not werth the money! Positive: The bedrooms were clean. The beds are comfortable. The main living area was good. Close lo location, too the beach. Negative: As you can see from the pictures, the on suites left a lot to be desired! The tv worked (it turned on) but had no signal. I couldn't even stream from my phone onto tv. As for the garden area. The table and chairs are very rusty. To the point of sharp edges. The dishwasher was full of pots when we arrived. And weeds around the front door. I do have pictures of all these points but can only put a few up.

Good Location, we had an enjoyable stay Positive: The location was excellent, very close to the beach, and to the town centre The apartment felt safe Parking was easy however I dont know if it would be at the height of summer The apartment was clean, and spacious. It was comfortable. I dont however know that if there where four people there, they was sufficient cutlery/cups etc, as we were only two it was fine! It had an outside space, but that was pretty unloved and had so much more potential ! Negative: On the whole it was fine, perhaps a little jaded ! The TV was intermittent depending upon the WIfI which was pretty poor, on the whole. A very small welcome pack would have been nice, so as not to have to immediately go out for milk /tea bags etc The apartment is located right next to a hotel garden, which was pretty noisy Saturday evening. Nothing the apartment can do, but guests might want to bring ear plugs !

Ramsgate is beautiful, great places to dine and the weather on the Saturday was fab! Positive: location was perfect for the Sea front and restaurants, very pleasant, the apartment was well big, comfy and had everything we needed, Negative: Host and Stay are not my type of people, would NEVER book anywhere through them again! Refused to help me in any way when I asked to cancel or change the dates of my stay due to personal difficulty, okay, on top of that there are hidden charges and you have to pay either £10 for admin and a £200 holding charge for damage insurance or £25 damage insurance, which I paid as I wouldn't trust this company with £200

For what we wanted we were comfortable(we just slept and showered) Positive: Good location. Negative: No storage in one of the bedrooms( a clothes rail ) table lamp casing broken exposing inner wires (and no table, was positioned on a wooden chair) quite dated interior could use a freshen up ! That said everything we used worked and we were comfortable.

Lovely and homely place to stay and perfect location close to the town and waterfront.

This is a great flat - so close to the sea and a short walk into the centre of town. We loved it because we were on the cliff above the sea and very close to the theatre, but close enough to the amenities of the town. The flat is spacious and airy and parking was easy. Great communication throughout from the host.

With some adjustements, it’s the ideal place in Ramsgate near the Beach and in walking distance from the harbour and the center. The coast line is absolutely breath taking.

Positive: The house is quiet, clean, and comfortable; I really like the atmosphere.

4th visit, not a charm. Great location though Positive: This is the 4th time we have stopped here. We love the location, and on the previous 3 visits, it was great. Negative: Unfortunately, on this occasion we had to clean the place upon arrival. Lots of cobwebs and a large clump of dark brown hair in the 1st bedroom. That wouldn't have been such an issue if the water heater hadn't given up working on the 1st morning. A 3 day stay was spoilt by no hot water and having to have cold showers every day. We also had to stay close by to wait on a contractor coming to fix it. Sadly, they couldn't. The contractor did say that it looked like it wasn't a new issue. We were unable to get out and about, so we were unable to visit the areas we had planned to.

The apartment was comfortable and a really good size for 4 people. But it does need a thorough clean with mould in the bathrooms and a bit of damp smell. The location was ok.

Stayed here with my parents while visiting family in ramsgate. It was a perfect location to get into town and very easy parking, due to a hot bank holiday weekend it was good we didn’t have to move it again as it soon got filled it. Was a lovely home

Great apartment in Ramsgate Positive: Great sized apartment, well stocked kitchen, great location. Negative: Smelt cigarette smoke on arrival but hopefully just a blip from previous guests.

Great location Positive: The location is great. Facilities - everything you need. Negative: It's not a major issue, but the place is clearly due for an end of season deep clean. Lots of cobwebs. We stopped there previously, about 2 months ago, same cobwebs still there.the

Overall a great stay Positive: Great facilities, kitchen was well stocked - towels and bedding were first class - location was very good, right by the sea front and the parking was good. Negative: No shelving in the bathrooms for toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc and no shelving or anywhere to put things whilst taking a shower (flannel, shower gel, shampoo etc) I had to keep bending down to access things and for people with mobility issues or for the elderly (me!) this could be a struggle - but easily solved. Also there is a step to one of the toilets that I feel should be highlighted or an informative sign in view. Although I have made a couple of negative comments, I do not wish to detract from my overall comfort and enjoyment from staying here - I was very impressed most aspects, not least the facilities. It was a splendid stay at a great location - I just feel it is catered more for younger people.

Negative: Apartment was fine - dated but fine. Except one of the bathrooms was filthy - black mould and grouting, also carpeted. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable given the photos. Have also complained with host and stay.

Lovely stay at a nice beach front location Positive: Good location as it was right near the beach front and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Property had everything we needed including kitchen area. Negative: The bathroom was rather damp so towels didn’t dry properly, could do with a bit of attention.

This is a great flat. Equal sized rooms both with en-suites is fab. Place was spacious and v clean and bright. Welcoming touches included. In really good condition.

Nice apartment in a great location with view of the sea from the front door. Decoration could do with a bit of work as it felt a bit on the tired side but nothing too off putting. Some of the kitchen cupboards had rubbish left behind in them from a previous guest. Being picky, the TV was a bit awkward to use and didn't like the WiFi at first, but nothing a power cycle didn't fix. Overall a nice apartment and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Positive: The location Negative: Difficult to find the door as no door number, the pictures are dated, and the flat it’s not pleasant as it looks. The glass shower door almost felt on me. The amenities are poor, the floor make lots of noise, and also the staff on the phone are not the most friendly.

Great stay, lovely property and convenient location. Positive: Key safe easily accessible next to the door. Nicely decorated. Nice and warm and cosy. Nice hot bath and shower. Good location for the town and beaches. Negative: TV was a bit "hit and miss." Although we parked right outside the property, it would be a bit awkward for parking in the main season.

Negative: Not being told it was a basement flat. Also to say it was in Victoria Gardens, when there was not a Victoria Gardens in Albert Road. The photo for the flat was of a block of flats. But it was a lovely flat. Also the bed was too low, about 6 inches from the floor.

If I go to visit friends, I will definitely use this apartment Positive: Overall, a very nice apartment, spacious and comfortable

Dirty Positive: Location good for beach Negative: Really dirty, no attention to detail an apology that ot was dirty no compensation that I went to shop to buy cleaning products even mugs had tea stains, dirty rugs and sofa rusty windows blinds falling to bits in bathroom bath dirty and mouldy shower curtain

Peaceful, comfortable and conveniently located place to stay on the Kent coast Positive: Great location, really straight forward to find and access the apartment and very easy to find parking close by. Apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, and quiet in the evenings. Negative: Not a dislike - but a toaster in the kitchen would have made the stay even better!

Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause Positive: Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie Zuhause gefühlt! Das Appartment hat viel Charm, wir hatten ausreichend Platz und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit Charlie war sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend! Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Disappointing level of equipment in overpriced apartment Positive: Location, close to the seaside and a short walk to the town centre Negative: Television very difficult to operate with no instructions available. Practically impossible to switch off! Similarly the oven could not be operated as there were no instructions available and the symbols on the cooker were worn out. Also found a dirty shower curtain in the washing machine so we were reluctant to use the machine after that.

Eu adoro essa casinha , mais da última vez tive problemas pois a casa é subterrânea e não tem Wi-Fi . Antes tinha wife era tranquilo ter comunicação agora dessa vez eu tive problemas e fiquei incomunicável ! Mais em relação ao restante é muito confortável a casa
