Great location and fantastic lounge area for having a great family gathering. Plenty of space and good furniture through the property

Beautiful property in a great location Positive: Lovely property, beautifully furnished and very clean in a great location. Perfect for a group or large family. Well equipped kitchen , coffee machine etc and large dining table if you wanted to eat in. Large living space with plenty of comfortable seating. Would definitely stay again.

Young families only Positive: Location, space, family house feeling Negative: Not enough ventilation upstairs, no bin liners on day one, no bedding for the sofa bed, soap instead of a hand wash for such a big place, not for people.who hate stairs

This is a great stay for a weekend in Liverpool. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to the docks and Liverpool center. The place was cosy and very clean. We enjoyed our stay as a family. Thank you

Although this apartment is in a fabulous location and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars, we were not aware that it was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. There is also an extremely narrow stairs in the property which brings you to 2 of the bedrooms and both bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom which has 3 beds was impossible to sleep in because of the constant noise from the busy junction below. The draft coming in from the sash windows was unbearable. They did provide earplugs but it was so noisy the only option was to sleep elsewhere. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids managed one night in that room but after that we had to move them in with us upstairs. There was also some damp in one of the rooms upstairs which actually made the single bed damp on the first night. I had to re dress the bed using the bed linen from downstairs. If these issues are addressed, this could be an amazing property as it is decorated beautifully.

Relaxing break with friends Positive: Location - opposite the Anglican cathedral - is good. Apartment is a good size and comfortable. Negative: Steep stairs to second floor of apartment- okay once we got used to them.

Beautiful modern apartment. Positive: We loved the location. We liked it had three separate rooms as we were 3 friends. It was very clean. Comfortable. Good place to base ourselves. We are out but there are good facilities in the kitchen. The apartment has been completed to a good standard. Negative: It is obvious the building is being renovated and this was first apartment, so don't judge by the stairs. Four flights of stair's to the apartment. The stairs to the two bathrooms are very steep. No toilet on the first floor where there is the lounge and bedroom. Need more pillows. Some handsoap for toilets as not everyone thinks to bring any. Bigger towels would be nice too.

The slightly unimpressive street presence and stair well is quickly forgotten once you step inside the apartment. It is beautifully laid out and presented. The furniture and styling is top class and feels like you're staying in an executive apartment. We stayed there with a group of 5 and were very comfortable with plenty of space. And finally a proper shower in the UK! A rare treat :)

Place was very clean and tidy, perfect for our group and facilitated well. Location ideal for links to city centre.

FRIENDS WEEKEND AWAY We are abit concerned at first as when we arrived the bells at Liverpool Cathedral were ringing and went on for a long time and we wondered if this would be the same throughout the weekend. Fortunately this wasn't the case. The public areas of the property were tatty but the flat itself was fabulous. Well furnished, comfortable and clean. You could walk to the Albert Dock and into town, but it can be abit much if you are not that fit. Easy walk to the Catholic Cathedral with some handy restaurants along the way that also did breakfast. All in all, I would recommend this to others.

Leiligheten kunne vært litt bedre rengjort; det var noe støv på gulv og litt smuler/flekker i kjøkkenskuffer. Kokekjelene og bestikk kunne også vært litt bedre rengjort. Noen av tallerkenene hadde skår. Kunne vært et par ekstra oppvasktabletter. Men alt i alt var det et greit utrustet kjøkken, og renholdet totalt sett var ikke dårlig. Rent og pent å badene. Leiligheten oppfylte våre forventninger ut fra bilder/beskrivelse. Som andre har skrevet, var det en del trafikkstøy fra gata på det ene soverommet. Men dette var til å leve med for oss. Vi ville helt klart valgt dette stedet igjen. Perfekt for en større gruppe (vi var 9 stk, voksne og ungdommer). Om trapper: ja, det er trapper og er man dårlig til beins er kanskje ikke stedet å anbefale. Vi klarte oss veldig fint👍

Overall fantastic. Positive: How clean the property was, the decor was lovely and considering there was 12 of us we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Negative: There was only one set of keys between 12 of us, so we had to keep going down 3 flights of stairs to let people in when the group did things separately. The outside of the property and the hallways could do with a refurb as it doesn’t look very appealing until you actually get into the apartment.

Pleasant and good leg workout! Positive: Space for 8 people and facilities were good. Negative: Stairs - 3rd floor. Communal areas damp, smelly and not pleasant. Felt like a student house! Bathrooms on top floor up very steep, dangerous stairs. There is a nail sticking up on the second step from the bottom. Generally clean but door frames, skirtings, windows etc. very dusty and dirty.

There was 9 of us staying here for the weekend. The house was very spacious and we didn’t feel cramped. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you

Location and decorating was great. Plenty of beds. Positive: Decorated great! Negative: No paper towels, ran out of toilet paper. No bathroom on 1st floor, no elevator with little one. Not sure sheets were clean, there was hair in the bed. I was too tired to deal with it.

Comfortable and well furnished apartment in great location but access challenges to the upper floor. Positive: The apartment was well located and was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it had obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard. Negative: The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the shared stairwell to the apartment was very shabby (to be honest, we were worried about where we had booked until we walked through the apartment door). The stairs to the bedrooms on the top floor of the apartment were extremely steep and one of our group had mobility issues so this proved to be an issue. Both bathrooms were upstairs so they had to go up the stairs. I would not recommend that anyone with mobility issues books this apartment and would suggest that there is a warning in the booking information.

Property was very clean when we got there. Great location for the work conference we attended, everything within walking distance. Very comfy beds to sleep in. Nice and spacious and big living room area to chill. Overall has a great stay, lovely property, would recommend !!

Just returned from a wonderful bachelor weekend in Liverpool and this flat was superb and met our needs well. Decorated to a high standard, location is brilliant for access to city centre and felt secure. Only minor negatives to stop a full 5 star review - The front room (facing the cathedral) single glazed windows allow alot of noise through from the traffic and party goers so Friday sleep was patchy due to noise. Not sure if it can be helped but worth baring in mind for light sleepers. Otherwise it was excellent!

Interesting stay Positive: Location was great , for access to the Hop On bus routes Negative: 4 Flights of stairs to get to the apartment , also the very narrow set of stairs in the apartment to reach the top 2 bedrooms and the shower room , also the main bathroom.

Great views from the windows!

Positive: Close to everything we wanted to do. Large rooms, large television. 2 modern spacious bathrooms. Good communication. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Negative: Only 4 small loo rolls provided for 6 people for 4 nights, asked for more but were refused. Bowl of leftover food found in the microwave plus some chewing gum stuck at the back of a table. Communal staircase and hallway very tatty and run down. Extremely steep winding staircase to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and perfectly suited to our needs. Lovely modern decor and great facilities. There is a Smart TV in the living room and two Smart TVs in the bedrooms on the top floor. The stairs leading up to the two bathrooms and two bedrooms are steep, though this wasn’t a problem for us. There is also a bright, spacious bedroom on the lower floor with a lovely view of the cathedral. The location was perfect and quiet. Easy access to the city centre, restaurants and bars. The tour bus stop is right across the road — ideal if you book a bus tour to visit the Albert Docks, museums and city centre, and save your legs for exploring! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Negative: The WiFi wasn’t the best at times, but we just used our mobile data when we could. The TV signal upstairs occasionally dipped, but casting from your phone to the TV worked perfectly. Not an issue but worth noting.

Positive: Location, communication, cleanliness Negative: Communal hallway needs some tlc

We were in town for a graduation at LIPA- so the apartment was right around the corner and very convenient, but also clean and comfortable. The only caveat to be aware of is that there is no bathroom on the first floor- so middle of the night trips do require using the steep staircase. If that’s not a concern, this flat is a great way to accommodate a large group for a celebration!

Really lovely property. Beds very comfy. Lots of space. Hosts very accommodating when extended the stay by an extra nigh Positive: Location was perfect and the amount of beds. Perfect sized lounge and dining area. Negative: Upon entering the front door the stairway looked very unkept. The staircase inside the property was a little steep with narrow steps.

Excellent property! Positive: This property was absolutely lovely to stay in! In a great location about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and to Lime street train station. The decor and furniture make it so gorgeous! Nice spacious rooms with good lighting for getting ready and big mirrors. Glad I chose here and would stay here again. Perfect size for 10 people. Negative: The kitchen table was kind of hard to clean and the inside of the building was a little bit run down but you completely forget about that once you are in the apartment.

Wouldn’t stay again unless it had a deep clean and decorated ! Positive: Comfy mattress Negative: Property wasn’t clean just the basics done , found rubbish from last guest some was confidential ! Basics were done . Definitely needs a deep clean and decorated , entrance stairways extremely dirty and in need of new carpets . Probably wouldn’t stay there again .

The property, was exactly where we expected it to be. The photos of the rooms were a match for what we found at the property. This is a top floor apartment, with no lift however, this was made clear and was not an issue even with an infant under 1yo. This property did not disappoint in any respect.

Positive: The apartment was really nice, big place, plenty of room for the four of us and very modern, warm and cosy, loved the décor and the location, showers and bathrooms were great, but the stairs are very steep, both up to the apartment and inside the apartment. Negative: Lack of Information re stairs and trying to get into the property. My Dad was with us and he is 82, he really struggled with the stairs, please make sure you warn people about the stairs, as if I had known I wouldn't have booked it for my Dad. Also, couldn't get into the key safe, I was given the wrong code, I was on the phone for over half an hour trying to call for help, once I was given the correct code, all was ok. Again, not good standing outside the property with my 82 year old Dad!

Lovely modern apartment in handy location Positive: Lovely spacious apartment, comfy beds, good location, great bathrooms and kitchen. Modern decor. Massive telly, lots of hot water and a dishwasher. I loved it! Underfloor heating was great too. Negative: You could hear some road noise from the front bedroom - not enough to disturb us. Host and Stay sent a ridiculous number of email communications before and during our stay. I stopped reading them tbh - they got boring.

Mooi appartement dichtbij het centrum. Met 5-10 min lopen sta je in het centrum. Ook de bushalte voor de buslijn naar het vliegveld was op 2 min lopen. Ideale uitvalsbasis om Liverpool te verkennen. Appartement is ruim, netjes en van de genoemde gemakken voorzien. Aanrader als je naar Liverpool wilt. Als ik een minpunt mag noemen heeft dat betrekking op de incheck en uitchecktijden. Hierin is geen enkele flexibiliteit. Zowel voor ons verblijf als na ons verblijf was het appartement niet verhuurd echter in verband met het schoonmaakprotocol kun je niet eerder inchecken of later uitchecken. Vooral 10 uur uitchecken is vroeg. Wel zit er op 100 meter in de straat een lockerstorage waar wij onze koffers opgeslagen hebben. Dit kan je eenvoudig online reserveren en zit om de hoek van de bushalte naar het vliegveld. Maar een heerlijk appartement om te verblijven!

Stunning apartment, stunning location, stunning view! Positive: The most stunning apartment - spotlessly clean, immaculately presented and every possible amenity. And the location and view — surely amongst the best in the city! Clear communication before and during our stay. We had the happiest time, and could not recommend highly enough.

Lovely apartment and a great location but unfortunately the customer experience with this company was below expectations- requests for excessive personal information prior to booking, then many contacts in the run up to stay regarding optional extras (including fees of £150 for checking in an hour early!) but then when I had a problem with the lock in the front door the company couldn’t do anything except reread the check in instructions to me repeatedly on the phone

The flat itself was beautiful and well appointed with a fantastic location for the city centre and Uni. The entrance hall was however very disappointing and very dirty. The flat itself was excellent and comfortable. The only thing to note was the stairs to the bedrooms in the flat were very steep and narrow which could have been an issue if you were unsteady on your feet. I also could not see how you exited the flat in the event of a fire. The flat was on the top floor and the only exit was down the filthy communal entrance stairwell.

Positive: Really well equipped and clean apartment with super comfortable beds. Great location. Negative: The building is currently being renovated so the entrance and star well are not in great condition.

Positive: Easy walk to most sites, right next to the cathedral, Hop on Hop off stop close by, spacious dining area, s large bedrooms with multiple beds in each Negative: Inoperable window in one bedroom, walk up to third floor, difficult to get to it with luggage, no lift, 2 floor unit with bedrooms and both bathrooms on top up a treacherous stairway, internet based tvs were continually buffering

Great location and communication throughout

we loved this apartment. large comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. nice views of the cathedral and a short walk to the city centre bars, restaurants and museums. Two lovely characterful pubs within minutes walks. One of which was John Lennons local when he lived near here. comfortable beds and hot showers and underfloor heating made our stay even better. The only issue we had was with parking. The listing stated that a parking permit was included with the accommodation but this is not the case. It was only after phoning the agency to query this that we were told otherwise. We had to pay for parking across the street at the cathedral at a cost of £30 for the duration of our stay. This did not effect our stay as we otherwise loved the accommodation and would definately stay again

Lovely apartment and good value for money but be-aware of the follow up request for some more money. Positive: It’s a lovely spacious apartment that offered so much more than I was anticipating. It’s quite a special place once you’re in. Negative: The entrance through the house is little concerning when you first arrive. I assume that the property is being modernised bit by bit. Once you’re in the apartment though, it really is very good. I was also a little annoyed by the request for a security deposit after I’d booked. This should be advertised up front.

Brilliant accommodation

The flat itself and the location is perfect! Decor is lovely, comfy beds and great shower However there was a few things missing such as washing up liquid to clean up after ourselves, there is a dishwasher but some washing up liquid to clean a few mugs and glasses would have been ideal! A few communication issues but was all resolved in the end Great location! All the bars and restaurants are just a stones throw away!!! Bustling little location there was also no mop bucket, we needed this as a passer by was sick on our doorstep, not ideal but hey ho, we’ve all been there! trying to clean it so we didn’t walk it through the house with a few saucepans going up and down 4 flights of stairs was a work out to say the least but we managed to sort it out eventually All and all a good stay would 100% recommend as the place is STUNNING can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic, high-spec apartment which was comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The decor was contemporary and complimentary making you feel at home instantly. There were quite a few stairs (which were mentioned in the description) to help you get your "steps in" hehe, but seriously, perhaps not one for elderly guest given the steep nature of the apartment internal staircase. We had a fabulous and comfortable stay, thank you very much.

Location and apartment great

The place was amazing! As some of the other reviews have already noted, the entrance into the location is less than desirable. However, once you step into the home, all of that is quickly forgotten. It is a beautiful, modern, well decorated and homey place to spend some time in Liverpool! We walked all over the city center and felt like we were “coming home” when we stepped back into the place! We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful flat. Lots of cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, coffee tea etc provided by owner. Fabulois location. Walkable to all sigts and restaurants. Communal areas extremely run down and grubby which may be worth prewarning residents about.
