Perfect place for a family to explore the area Positive: Location The village was so lovely and quiet Negative: There was nothing that I would say was a negative

The stay was good and the property homely, period without being too worn, good fresh decor and some nice touches esp. As it's a business hosting. Great spaces, comfortable, could have done with a down stairs separate toilet, but that's the only pit fall, some slight issues with a broken toilet seat and previous unreported crockery damage, other than that we would and probably will return as handy for our needs.

Gorgeous cottage for a few days away. Very close to surrounding areas so lots to do near by.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this charming cottage. The location was perfect for us! Unfortunately we did have some issues with the WiFi during our stay which weren’t rectified until we were checking out.

Positive: Lovely location and well furnished. Lots of good facilities. Beds were comfy. Negative: Could have been amazing 9/10 but and agent communications were very poor. We were given the wrong lock box code so family stood outside ages while waiting for a ring back with the actual code. Fortunately my son managed to work it out before they ever came back. No WiFi code for the entire stay despite contacting by message and phone several times. Was generally very clean but hairs and holes on one bedsheet and a piece of stale bread in the fireplace.

Great apartment, perfect location

This is a hard review to write because the house is fine and I had a comfortable stay. However, it was not without issues. I had to send a lot of messages to resolve things. Two things were irritating; no wi-fi password (and I desperately needed to be online) and the crockery & cutlery was grubby and required washing before I could use it. Also, the washing machine would not function and had a drawer full of old powder and some mould. Not nice. The washing machine was put right, in my absence, quite quickly. I was told the wifi login details were on the router, they were not. I had to write and phone and was not given the wi-fi password until after 7pm on our second day. Be aware that Host & Stay are an overseas company and this is a commercial rental. "Charlie" will write to you because Charlie is the name all of the agents use. They are polite and friendly, but it is only one step up from dealing with a bot. People work hard to get 5 stars but these people need to do a bit better.

Lovely home in a beautiful location

Good size house, very clean, comfy beds, quiet area & parking outside Positive: Location, quiet, good size house, very clean, comfy beds, good quality bedding curtains & furniture. Parking over the road. Negative: Missing one chair, only 4 in kitchen so one person had to sit outside as 5 of us.( Garden chairs were too heavy to carry in.) No bedroom chairs or waste bins in bedroom. Only supplied bath towels. Washer not working, & no instructions for cooker.
