“Lovely house within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and short drive to attractions such as Knaresborough Castle and the famous Viaduct over the River Nidd.Easy drive to nearby towns such as Thirsk, Ripon, York, and Harrogate. The house was very spacious for our group of 5 with a large kitchen, 2 separate sitting areas, and updated bathrooms, 2 with extra roomy bathtubs. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is a beautiful rose garden in back and a side garden. A bonus was Leo the dog greeting us every day, and Dave the landlord next door who gave us a fascinating history of the house, and tips on local places to see and things to do.A total 5 star experience!”

“Very spacious and comfortable property - ideal for the family get-together we had - private parking for 2 cars a bonus - central location but very quiet at night-time - full of character with furnishings and decoration and Dave explained the history of the building as a family home”

“Lovely old fashioned house with décor in keeping with its old fashioned ambiance. Actually larger than expected, unlike lots of places that are smaller than they look on the photographs. In a good position for walking around Knaresborough.”
